In this embodiment, it is specifically defined that the stand 102 can perform attitude adjustment, so that the driver aligns the visible line segment by adjusting the attitude of the stand 102 itself to coincide with the longitudinal boundary of the road roller, and at this time, the visible line segment can directly reflect the position of the longitudinal boundary of the road roller, so that the driver can perform operation according to the visible line segment to ensure the operation safety.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a method for controlling a welt control device of a road roller is provided, where the welt control device of the road roller includes a light emitting device and a light source detecting device, where the light emitting device is disposed on the road roller, the light emitting device can emit a visible light beam, a visible line segment is formed by projection on a working surface in front of and/or behind the road roller, and the light source detecting device is disposed on the road roller and is configured to collect light intensity around the road roller, and the method for controlling the welt control device of the road roller includes:
step 302, controlling a light source detection device to collect the light intensity around the road roller;
and step 304, controlling the operating parameters of the light-emitting device according to the light intensity around the road roller.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a road roller welting control device, wherein the road roller welting control device can be installed on a road roller so as to project visible line segments on a working surface in front of and/or behind the road roller, the light-emitting device is in a static state relative to the road roller, so that the position relation between the visible line segments and the road roller is fixed under the condition that the relative position between the road roller and the working surface is relatively stable, and the visible line segments can be observed by a driver due to the fact that the visible line segments are projected and displayed on the working surface, so that the driver can control the road roller to work according to the position relation between the visible line segments and other reference objects on the working surface.
When the road roller adopting the road roller welting control device works, a driver can realize the precise control of the operated object on the working surface by observing the working surface and the visible line segment projected on the working surface, and the driver does not need to repeatedly observe the actual working surface and the panoramic image displayed in the display equipment, so that the fatigue possibility of the driver is reduced, and the safety of the operation is further improved.
The embodiment of the application is realized in such a way that specifically, the welt control device of the road roller comprises a light-emitting device arranged on the road roller, and the light-emitting device is fixed on the road roller so as to project on a working surface after the light-emitting device emits visible light beams and form a visible line segment. In particular, given that the scene in which the roller is operated is not fixed, the visible line segments may become invisible or difficult to observe in the event of a change in the scene of use.
In order to avoid the above situation, an embodiment of the present application specifically defines that the road roller welting control device is further provided with a light source detection device, and the light source detection device is arranged to set an operation parameter of the light emitting device, so as to ensure that a visible line segment generated by the light emitting device is observed by a driver.
Specifically, the light source detection device is used for collecting the light intensity around the road roller, so that the condition which needs to be met if a visible light beam is projected on the current working surface to form a visible line segment is determined, the operating parameters of the light-emitting device are determined according to the light intensity, the light-emitting device is controlled to operate according to the operating parameters, and the situation that the visible line segment generated by the light-emitting device is interfered by the working surface and cannot be observed by the light-emitting device is avoided.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving a starting signal of a welt control device of the road roller, and controlling the light-emitting device to operate; or receiving a closing signal of the edge-pasting control device of the road roller, and controlling the light-emitting device to stop running.
In this embodiment, the light emitting device is not operated in real time, that is, is not projected to the working surface at any time to form a visible line segment, and in the case where no work is required, the light emitting device needs to be controlled to stop operating, and in the case where the operation is required, the light emitting device is controlled to operate.
In the process, whether the light-emitting device operates or not is controlled by a driver, and the situation that the driver judgment is influenced by the mutual intersection of visible line segments between the road rollers during the intersection operation is avoided.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps: and controlling the light-emitting device in the position of the obstacle to operate based on the obstacle detected within the preset distance.
In this embodiment, the control device is further configured to obtain a detection condition of the road roller on the obstacle, specifically, obtain a detection result of the obstacle detected within a preset distance, and control the light-emitting device in the direction of the obstacle to operate, so as to form a visible line segment by projection on the working surface corresponding to the direction of the obstacle. At the moment, the display of the visible line segment plays a role in reminding a driver of safe driving, so that the driver can control the road roller in time, the probability of collision between the road roller and an obstacle is reduced, and the operation safety of the road roller is ensured in the process.
In any of the above embodiments, the operating parameters include: one or more of the values of emission power, emission color, size of visible light beam, length of visible line segment.
In the embodiment, the brightness of the visible line segment is adjusted by setting or adjusting the transmitting power, so that the driver can distinguish and judge conveniently, and the visible line segment can be observed by the driver; through setting up luminous colour to distinguish the colour of visible line segment and the colour of operation face, ensure that visible line segment can be observed by the driver, similarly, through setting up or adjusting the size of visible light beam and the length value of visible line segment, make things convenient for the driver to distinguish and judge, so that the driver can be according to actual operation environment, rationally adjust the length and the width of visible line segment, ensure that visible line segment can be observed by the driver.
In any of the above embodiments, the length value of the visible line segment is greater than or equal to 5 meters.
In this embodiment, the length of the visible line segment is limited to a value greater than or equal to 5 m, so as to ensure that the driver can observe the visible line segment, avoiding the possibility of it being obscured by the structure of the roller itself.
In any of the above embodiments, the light emitting device is controlled to emit a visible light beam of a first color based on an increase in light intensity around the road roller above a predetermined threshold; and controlling the light-emitting device to emit the visible light beam of the second color based on the light intensity around the road roller being reduced to or below a preset threshold value, wherein the first color and the second color are different in color.
In the embodiment, the light-emitting color of the light-emitting device is adjusted by controlling the light-emitting device according to the change condition of the light intensity around the road roller, so that the working requirements under different working scenes can be met.
Under the normal condition, in the operation scene with good light such as daytime, the light-emitting device can emit the visible light beam with the first color so that the driver can operate, the light intensity around the road roller is continuously reduced along with the continuous reduction of the light intensity around the road roller, if the light intensity around the road roller is continuously reduced near the evening, if the light intensity is detected to be reduced to a preset threshold value or below the preset threshold value, the light color emitted by the light-emitting device is controlled to be changed from the first color to the second color so that the driver can accurately observe the visible line segment, and the operation accuracy is ensured.
EXAMPLE six
In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a roller 200 comprising: a welt control apparatus 100 for a roller as claimed in any preceding claim.
The embodiment of the present application provides a road roller 200, wherein the road roller 200 includes the above-mentioned road roller welt control device 100, and therefore, the road roller 200 has all the beneficial technical effects of the above-mentioned road roller welt control device 100, and the details are not repeated herein.
For example, roller 200 may be operated in a half-width rolling operation or a full-width rolling operation.
The road roller adopts a symmetrical uniform operation mode on the paved road surface, as shown in fig. 5, and performs half-width rolling operation, wherein it can be understood that only a half-width road surface area is rolled by taking the center line of the road surface as a boundary.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 6, the full width rolling operation is performed, and it can be understood that the full width operation mode is adopted on the paved road surface, that is, rolling from one welt to the other welt is required.
According to different operation scenes, the arrangement positions and the arrangement number of the road roller welt control devices 100 on the road roller 200 are different, and specifically, under half-width rolling operation, the road roller welt control devices 100 are respectively arranged in front of and behind the operation side of the road roller 200, such as in front of and behind the left side of the road roller 200 or in front of and behind the right side of the road roller 200.
If during the right welt rolling operation, the driver of the road roller only needs to stop the sight at the projection line of the visible light on the road surface, namely the distance between the visible line segment and the road edge stone, and properly adjust the welt distance of the road roller, so that the aim of accurate welt control can be achieved.
In the full-width operation mode, the welt control device 100 of the road roller is respectively arranged at the front and the back of two sides of the road roller 200, in order to avoid the cross operation, the visual line segments between the road rollers are crossed with each other to influence the judgment of a driver, the driver can carry out on-off control on the welt control device 100 of the road roller, namely, the welt control device 100 of the road roller on the left side can be independently started when the left side is welt, the light-emitting device on the left side starts to work, the welt control device 100 of the road roller on the right side can be independently started when the right side is welt, and when the welt is not required to be rolled, the welt control device 100 of the road roller can be selected to be closed.
In one embodiment, the color of the illumination may be automatically adjusted based on the intensity of the illumination surrounding the roller 200, such as automatically switching to a green light source during daylight hours, and selecting a red light source during night hours or in tunnels when the illumination is not good.
In the above embodiment, the method further includes: the operation of the warning device of the road roller 200 is controlled based on the detection of the obstacle within the preset distance.
The obstacle is detected within the preset distance, and the warning device of the road roller 200 is controlled to operate, so that a driver is warned to control the road roller 200 in time, the probability of a collision event between the road roller 200 and the obstacle is reduced, and the operation safety is ensured.
In any of the embodiments described above, the warning device includes, but is not limited to, a light output device, such as a hazard warning light of compactor 200, and/or an audible output device, such as a horn or the like.
EXAMPLE seven
In an embodiment of the invention, there is provided a roller cluster comprising at least two rollers, each roller being provided with a roller welt control apparatus as in any one of the first aspects, and when the two rollers are travelling in opposite directions and have overlapping paths, and the distance between the two rollers is less than a predetermined distance, the light emitting devices of the two rollers near the overlapping region of the paths are respectively turned on, the light emitting device of one of the two rollers emitting a visible light beam of a third color, the other roller emitting a visible light beam of a fourth color, the third color being different from the fourth color.
Each road roller in the set of road rollers proposed in the present application has the welt control device of the first aspect, and therefore the set of road rollers has all the beneficial technical effects of the welt control device of the road roller described above, and will not be described herein again.
In addition, when the two road rollers travel in opposite directions and have overlapped paths and the distance between the two road rollers is smaller than the preset distance, the light-emitting devices of the two road rollers close to the overlapped region of the paths respectively emit visible light beams with different colors, so that the operation interference between the different road rollers is reduced, and the operation safety is ensured.
For example, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating that, when two road rollers move in opposite directions and have overlapped paths, and the distance between the two road rollers is smaller than a preset distance, the light-emitting devices of the two road rollers close to the overlapped region of the paths respectively emit visible light beams with different colors.

Claims (10)

1. A road roller welt control device, comprising:
the light-emitting device is arranged on the road roller and can emit visible light beams, the visible light beams are projected on the working surface in front of and/or behind the road roller to form visible line segments, and the visible line segments and the longitudinal boundary of the road roller are on the same straight line.
2. The welt control device of claim 1, further comprising:
the light source detection device is arranged on the road roller and used for collecting the light intensity around the road roller;
a control device connected with the light source detection device and the light emitting device and used for controlling the operation parameters of the light emitting device according to the light source detection device,
wherein the operating parameters include one or more of emission power, emission color, size of visible light beam, length value of the visible line segment.
3. The welt control device of claim 2, wherein the control device is specifically configured to:
controlling the light-emitting device to emit a visible light beam of a first color based on the increase of the light intensity around the road roller to be above a preset threshold value;
controlling the light emitting device to emit a visible light beam of a second color based on the intensity of light around the roller falling below or at a preset threshold,
wherein the first color and the second color are different colors.
4. The welt control device of claim 2, further configured to:
and controlling the light-emitting device in the position of the obstacle to operate based on the fact that the obstacle is detected within the preset distance.
5. The welt control device of a road roller according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a support through which the light emitting device is arranged on the road roller, the support being a three-dimensional rotating support,
and adjusting the posture based on the three-dimensional rotating support, wherein the visible line segment can be coincided and aligned with the longitudinal boundary of the road roller.
6. A roller characterised by the provision of a roller welt control apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A roller cluster comprising at least two rollers, wherein each roller is provided with a welt control device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, and when the two rollers are travelling in opposite directions and have overlapping paths, and the distance between the two rollers is less than a predetermined distance, the light-emitting devices of the two rollers adjacent to the overlapping region of the paths are respectively turned on, the light-emitting device of one of the two rollers emitting a visible light beam of a third color, and the other roller emitting a visible light beam of a fourth color, the third color being different from the fourth color.
8. A control method of a road roller welting control device is used for a road roller, and is characterized in that the road roller welting control device comprises a light-emitting device and a light source detection device, wherein the light-emitting device is arranged on the road roller and can emit a visible light beam, the visible light beam is projected on a working surface in front of and/or behind the road roller to form a visible line segment, and the visible line segment and a longitudinal boundary of the road roller are on the same straight line, and the control method of the road roller welting control device comprises the following steps:
controlling the light source detection device to acquire the light intensity around the road roller;
controlling the operating parameters of the light emitting device in dependence on the intensity of light around the roller,
wherein the operating parameters include one or more of emission power, emission color, size of visible light beam, length value of the visible line segment.
9. The control method of the welt control device of the road roller as set forth in claim 8, further comprising:
and controlling the light-emitting device in the position of the obstacle to operate based on the fact that the obstacle is detected within the preset distance.
10. The control method of the welt control device of a road roller according to claim 8 or 9, further comprising:
controlling the light-emitting device to emit a visible light beam of a first color based on the increase of the light intensity around the road roller to be above a preset threshold value;
controlling the light emitting device to emit a visible light beam of a second color based on the intensity of light around the roller falling below or at a preset threshold,
wherein the first color and the second color are different colors.
