Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a noise reduction method of an air conditioner according to a first embodiment of the present invention, in which the method includes:
step S10, acquiring the operating frequency of a preset target mechanism in the air conditioner, and acquiring the environmental audio data of the environment where the indoor unit is located;
in this embodiment, after the air conditioner is powered on and starts to work, the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism in the air conditioner is acquired, because the noise generated when the air conditioner operates mainly comes from the fan and the compressor, and the sound generated when the indoor unit and the outdoor unit work is also audible indoors, the preset target mechanism can be set to be one or more of the outdoor fan, the indoor fan and the compressor, and can also be a mechanism which can generate noise in other operable processes in the air conditioner. The method comprises the steps that an audio collector can be arranged in an indoor unit of the air conditioner and used for collecting environmental audio data of the environment where the indoor unit is located, an audio collector externally arranged in the environment where the indoor unit is located can also be arranged, when the running frequency of a preset target mechanism of the air conditioner is obtained, the environmental audio data of the environment where the indoor unit is located are collected, whether the preset target mechanism generates noise or not can be further determined through analysis of the audio data, and therefore whether active noise reduction processing is conducted on the preset target mechanism or not can be judged.
Step S20, determining a matching audio frequency corresponding to the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism in the environmental audio data, and determining an actual amplitude value of the matching audio frequency corresponding to the environmental audio data;
in this embodiment, the collected environmental audio data of the environment where the indoor unit is located may include some audio generated by non-air-conditioning operation, so that the audio data is analyzed to find out the sound generated by the preset target mechanism during the operation of the air conditioner from the audio data, specifically, the matching audio corresponding to the operation frequency of the preset target mechanism in the environmental audio data is further determined according to the operation frequency of the preset target mechanism, and the corresponding actual amplitude value of the matching audio in the environmental audio data is determined, where the amplitude value refers to the magnitude of the vibration amplitude and the intensity of the vibration during the operation of the preset target mechanism, the larger the amplitude value is, the larger the loudness of the sound generated by the target preset mechanism is, and the smaller the amplitude value is, the smaller the loudness of the sound generated by the target preset mechanism is, and the actual amplitude value can be used to determine whether the sound generated by the target preset mechanism already constitutes noise, thereby deciding whether to perform active noise reduction processing.
Step S30, acquiring a preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism, and judging whether the actual amplitude value is larger than the preset amplitude value;
and step S40, if yes, controlling the preset target mechanism to enter a noise reduction operation mode.
In this embodiment, preset amplitude values are set, and because different preset target mechanisms have different operating frequencies, the preset amplitude values corresponding to the different preset target mechanisms may be set to be different, an actual amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism is compared with a preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism, whether the actual amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism is greater than the preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism is determined, when the actual amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism is less than or equal to the preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism, it indicates that sound generated by the operation of the preset target mechanism cannot constitute noise, at this time, the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism in the air conditioner is continuously obtained, environmental audio data of an environment where the indoor unit is located is collected, and re-determination is performed; when the actual amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism is larger than the preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism, the fact that the sound generated by the operation of the preset target mechanism is larger belongs to noise is shown, and in order not to influence the use of a user, the preset target mechanism is controlled to enter a noise reduction operation mode, so that active noise reduction is carried out. The actual amplitude value of the preset target mechanism of the air conditioner is reflected by collecting the sound data of the environment where the indoor unit is located, whether active noise reduction is carried out on the operation of the preset target mechanism or not is determined according to the actual amplitude value, and compared with passive noise reduction, the active noise reduction device has an obvious noise reduction effect.
Further, a second embodiment of the air conditioner noise reduction method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the air conditioner noise reduction method of the present invention, and in this embodiment, the step S20 includes:
step S21, carrying out frequency doubling processing on the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism to obtain at least one frequency doubling frequency;
step S22, determining the matching audio frequency corresponding to each frequency multiplication frequency in the environment audio frequency data;
step S23, determining an actual amplitude value corresponding to each of the matching audios in the environmental audio data.
In this embodiment, the frequency doubling processing is performed on the operation frequency of the preset target mechanism, for example, when the preset target mechanism is a compressor, the operation frequency of the compressor is obtained as f1, the frequency doubling processing is performed on f1, and at least one frequency doubling frequency is obtained, for example, the frequency doubling frequency is obtained as 2 × f1, the frequency tripling frequency is obtained as 3 × f1, the frequency quadruple frequency is obtained as 4 × f1, and so on. The method comprises the steps of further determining matched audios corresponding to frequency doubling frequencies in the environmental audio data, wherein the matched audios are audios corresponding to operation of a preset target mechanism found in collected audio data actually, further determining corresponding amplitude values of the matched audios in the environmental audio data according to Fourier transform and other modes, and the amplitude values reflect sound loudness generated when the preset target mechanism operates.
Further, step S21 includes:
step S210, taking the running frequency of the preset target mechanism as a fundamental frequency;
step S211, performing frequency doubling processing on the fundamental frequency to obtain a double frequency doubling frequency and a triple frequency doubling frequency, where the double frequency doubling frequency is twice the fundamental frequency, and the triple frequency doubling frequency is three times the fundamental frequency.
In this embodiment, the operation frequency of the preset target mechanism is used as the fundamental frequency, i.e. the fundamental frequency, usually the vibration is a combination vibration having a plurality of frequencies, a device operates the vibration component and is called the fundamental frequency in accordance with the operation frequency, the fundamental frequency is frequency-doubled to obtain a double-frequency and a triple-frequency, wherein the double-frequency of the preset target mechanism is twice the fundamental frequency, and the triple-frequency of the preset target mechanism is three times the fundamental frequency, for example, the selected preset target mechanism is a compressor, the operation frequency of the compressor is 50HZ, the fundamental frequency of the compressor is 50HZ, for the fundamental frequency, the double-frequency is 50HZ, the double-frequency is 50 × 2, i.e. 100HZ, and the triple-frequency is 50 × 3, i.e. 150HZ, in this embodiment, the vibration is not limited to the double-frequency and the triple-frequency, the method can also comprise other multiple frequency multiplication frequencies, the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism is used as the basic frequency, and the frequency multiplication processing is carried out on the basic frequency, so that the audio data of the preset target mechanism is matched in the environment audio data of the environment where the indoor unit is located according to the frequency multiplication frequency, the actual amplitude value is determined, and the actual amplitude value can be used for judging whether the sound generated by the target preset mechanism forms noise or not, so that the active noise reduction processing is carried out.
Further, step S22 includes:
step S220, respectively searching for matching audio frequencies corresponding to the frequencies and the frequency doubling frequencies in the environmental audio data.
In this embodiment, the audio data of each preset target mechanism needs to be determined in the collected environmental audio data of the environment where the indoor unit is located, specifically, matching audio data corresponding to frequencies and frequency multiplication frequencies are respectively searched in the collected environmental audio data of the environment where the indoor unit is located, and the audio data of the preset target mechanism can be quickly found from the environmental audio data through the frequencies.
Further, a third embodiment of the noise reduction method for an air conditioner of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the noise reduction method for an air conditioner of the present invention, and in this embodiment, the step S10 includes:
step S100, acquiring the operating frequency of a preset target mechanism in the air conditioner, and acquiring environmental audio data of a plurality of preset durations of the environment where the indoor unit is located;
step S22 includes:
step S101, determining matched audio corresponding to each frequency multiplication frequency in the environmental audio data of each preset duration;
step S23 includes:
step S102, determining a single amplitude value corresponding to each matching audio frequency in the environment audio data, and setting the average value of a plurality of single amplitude values corresponding to a single frequency multiplication frequency as an actual amplitude value
In this embodiment, the operating frequency of a preset mechanism in the air conditioner is obtained, and environmental audio data of a plurality of preset durations of an environment where the indoor unit is located is collected, for example, the environmental audio data may be collected once every first preset duration, and the environmental audio data of the preset duration is collected each time, where the first preset duration may be set to 3min, that is, 3min collects the audio data of the preset duration. After each acquisition, subsequent analysis is carried out, determining the matching audio corresponding to each frequency doubling frequency in the environmental data is that the matching audio corresponding to each frequency doubling frequency in the environmental audio of each preset time length is determined, namely the matching audio corresponding to each frequency doubling frequency is searched in the environmental audio data of each preset time length, a single amplitude value corresponding to each matching audio in the environmental audio data is determined after the matching audio is found, an evaluation value is further calculated according to a plurality of single amplitude values to obtain an actual amplitude value, specifically, the actual amplitude value is an average value of a plurality of single amplitude values corresponding to the single frequency doubling frequency, finally, the actual amplitude value is compared with the preset amplitude value, if the actual amplitude value is larger than the preset amplitude value, the sound loudness generated by a preset target mechanism in a period of time is larger, and the preset target mechanism needs to be actively controlled to enter a noise reduction mode, and carrying out active noise reduction processing.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the noise reduction method of the air conditioner of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the noise reduction method of the air conditioner of the present invention, and in this embodiment, the step S40 includes:
and step S41, carrying out frequency reduction on the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism according to a preset frequency.
In this embodiment, it is determined whether the actual amplitude value of the audio data of the preset target mechanism is greater than the preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism, and when the actual amplitude value of the audio data of the preset target mechanism is less than or equal to the preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism, no noise reduction is required; when the actual amplitude value of the audio data of the preset target mechanism is greater than the preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism, it is indicated that the sound loudness generated by the preset mechanism is too great, and noise reduction is required, specifically, the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism is subjected to frequency reduction processing according to the preset frequency, for example, the preset target mechanism is an indoor fan, when the actual amplitude value of the audio data of the indoor fan is greater than the preset amplitude value corresponding to the indoor fan, the operating frequency of the current indoor fan is subjected to frequency reduction processing, if the current operating frequency of the indoor fan is XHZ and the preset frequency is 1HZ, the indoor fan is controlled to operate according to (X-1) HZ, and after the frequency reduction of the preset target mechanism, the environmental audio data of the environment where the indoor unit is located can be collected again, so as to judge whether the actual amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism still exceeds the preset amplitude value corresponding to the preset target mechanism again, if yes, continue to reduce the frequency. The operating frequency of the preset target mechanism can be reduced through active frequency reduction of the preset target mechanism, the generated sound generated by operation is relatively reduced due to frequency reduction, and compared with passive noise reduction, the active frequency reduction of the operating mechanism in the air conditioner has a better noise reduction effect, so that the operating sound of the air conditioner is fundamentally reduced.
Further, step S41 includes:
step S50, acquiring the running frequency of the preset target mechanism under the current working condition and the threshold frequency corresponding to the current working condition;
step S51, determining whether the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism under the current working condition is greater than the threshold frequency corresponding to the current working condition; if yes, go to step S41.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure normal operation of the air conditioner, the frequency is not a reduced frequency, and it is necessary to determine whether to reduce the frequency according to an actual use condition, specifically, determine whether to reduce the frequency according to an actual working condition of the air conditioner, and obtain an operating frequency of a preset target mechanism under the current working condition and a threshold frequency corresponding to the current working condition, where the threshold frequency is a lowest operating frequency at which the preset target mechanism maintains the current working condition, compare the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism under the current working condition with the threshold frequency corresponding to the current working condition, determine whether the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism under the current working condition is greater than the threshold frequency corresponding to the current working condition, and when the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism under the current working condition is equal to the threshold frequency corresponding to the current working condition, it is determined that the operating frequency of the current preset target mechanism is the lowest frequency, a descending space does not exist, in order to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner, the frequency reduction treatment cannot be carried out on the preset target mechanism at the moment, and the operation frequency of the preset target mechanism under the current working condition is not adjusted at the moment; when the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism under the current working condition is greater than the threshold frequency corresponding to the current working condition, the operating frequency of the current preset target mechanism is not the lowest frequency, and a descending space exists, the operating frequency of the preset target mechanism can be subjected to frequency reduction according to the preset frequency, the normal operation of the air conditioner can not be influenced by the frequency reduction, the sound generated when the preset target mechanism operates can be effectively reduced by the active frequency reduction of the preset target mechanism, the noise pollution is reduced, and compared with passive noise reduction, the noise reduction effect is obvious.
