When using, the user can adjust required temperature through the temperature regulation button, the control unit can drive the case according to user's settlement temperature control motor and move in the valve body with the adjustment cold water chamber and the intercommunication area of hot water chamber respectively with mixing the water chamber, with the adjustment hot and cold water inflow, provide muddy water after mixing the water intracavity, then, the control unit can be according to cold water sensor, hot water sensor and muddy water sensor's detection signal drive case action with the further adjustment cold water chamber and hot water chamber respectively with mixing the water chamber's intercommunication area, with more accurately adjust the hot and cold water inflow, thereby invariably output hot water, and the constant temperature precision is high, the thermoregulation speed is fast, let the user obtain better shower experience.
In addition, because the valve is mixed to constant temperature and motor 28 sets up in mounting box 33, like this, can mix the miniaturized manufacturing of valve and motor with constant temperature, set up in mounting box 33 back, avoid leaking outward and occupy great space to make this part structure of water heater small, make the water heater can have better outward appearance proportion, also let this water heater of family's installation obtain better home space utilization.
In addition, in an embodiment, the housing 29 may include a housing body and side end caps 40 disposed at two axial sides, wherein a maintenance cap 39 is disposed outside one of the side end caps 40, and the power supply board 32 may be disposed between the maintenance cap 39 and the side end cap 40 for subsequent maintenance.
The control unit 34 may include a liquid crystal display and the temperature adjustment keys may be icons on the liquid crystal display.
In addition, the water mixing cavity 9 may be formed between the valve core 2 and the valve body 1, or a water mixing cavity 9 is formed in the valve core 2, as shown in fig. 1, since the water mixing cavity 9 is formed in the valve core 2, and the water mixing cavity 9 is communicated with the constant temperature water outlet 5 in the process of rotation or axial movement (as shown in fig. 11) of the valve core 2, for example, when the valve core 2 rotates to adjust the communication area between the cold water cavity 3 and the hot water cavity 4 and the water mixing cavity 9, the amount of cold water and the amount of hot water entering the water mixing cavity 9 are correspondingly adjusted, so that the cold water and the hot water are fully mixed in the water mixing cavity 9 in advance, and then flow out from the constant temperature water outlet 5, thereby providing water with a proper temperature for a consumer, for example, satisfying the comfortable bathing requirement of the consumer.
Of course, the water mixing cavity 9 can be directly communicated with the constant-temperature water outlet 5 through the opening on the cavity wall, so that the mixed water with proper temperature in the water mixing cavity 9 can rapidly and directly flow out from the constant-temperature water outlet 5. Or, in order to further enhance the effect of mixing cold water and hot water to provide outlet water with more appropriate temperature, the invention preferably provides the thermostatic mixing valve with a mixing channel between the mixing cavity 9 and the thermostatic outlet 5. Therefore, the cold and hot mixed water in the water mixing cavity 9 flows through the water mixing channel and then flows out of the constant-temperature water outlet 5, and in the flowing process in the water mixing channel, the cold and hot water are further mixed to improve the cold and hot water mixing effect.
It will of course be appreciated that the mixing channel may take a variety of forms, for example, various types of sinks which may extend in a curved or straight line. Or a collar-shaped water chute 19 and a collar-shaped water chute 18 as shown in fig. 1 (which will be described in detail later).
In addition, the valve body 1 can form the cold water chamber 3 and the hot water chamber 4 through the internal structure thereof, and the valve core 2 only needs to be assembled in the valve body 1. Or, in order to simplify the structure, the structure of the valve core 2 is fully utilized, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the valve core 2 divides the inner space of the valve body 1 into a cold water chamber 3 and a hot water chamber 4, for example, the valve body 1 may be formed in a cylindrical structure, and the valve core 2 may be hermetically and rotatably disposed in the valve body 1, so that the cold water chamber 3 and the hot water chamber 4 are respectively formed at both ends of the inner part of the valve body 1.
Of course, it should be noted that the communication between the cold water chamber 3 and the hot water chamber 4 and the mixed water chamber 9 may be achieved in various manners, for example, in one manner, the valve core 2 may be a cylinder, a hot water groove and a cold water groove communicated with the mixed water chamber 9 are formed on an outer surface of the cylinder, and when the valve core 2 rotates, the communication opening area between the hot water groove and the hot water chamber and the communication opening area between the cold water groove and the cold water chamber may be adjusted accordingly.
Or, in another form, as shown in fig. 1, the valve core 2 includes a valve core sleeve 10 and a valve core shaft 11, wherein the valve core sleeve 10 is fixedly and hermetically disposed in the valve body 1 and divides the internal space of the valve body 1 into a cold water chamber 3 and a hot water chamber 4, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a sealing ring is disposed in two sealing grooves on the valve core sleeve 10, the sealing ring can be in sealing contact with the inner surface of the valve body 1, and a sleeve water guide opening 12 communicated with the constant temperature water outlet 5, a sleeve cold water opening 13 communicated with the cold water chamber 3, and a sleeve hot water opening 14 communicated with the hot water chamber 4 are formed on the wall of the valve core sleeve 10; the section of the valve core shaft 11 extending into the shaft is hermetically arranged in the valve core sleeve 10 and the inside of the valve core shaft is formed into a water mixing cavity 2, for example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, sealing rings are arranged in two sealing grooves on the valve core shaft and can be in sealing contact with the inner surface of the valve core sleeve 10, and a shaft cold water port 15, a shaft hot water port 16 and a shaft water guide port 17 are formed on the cavity wall of the water mixing cavity 9; as shown in fig. 1, the valve core shaft 11 can rotate to adjust the communication area (the overlapping area of the two) between the sleeve cold water port 13 and the shaft cold water port 15 and the communication area (the overlapping area of the two) between the sleeve hot water port 14 and the shaft hot water port 16, so as to correspondingly adjust, for example, the communication areas of the cold water cavity 3 and the hot water cavity 4 and the water mixing cavity 9 respectively in the opposite directions; and the water mixing cavity 9 is communicated with the constant temperature water outlet 5 through a shaft water guide port 17 and a sleeve water guide port 12. The motor drives the valve core shaft to rotate, so that the water inflow of cold water and hot water is adjusted.
Of course, the sleeve cold water port 13 and the sleeve hot water port 14 may be formed at any suitable positions, for example, on the side wall of the end cover of the valve core sleeve, and accordingly, the shaft cold water port 15 and the shaft hot water port 16 are formed on the side wall of the end cover corresponding to the water mixing chamber of the valve core shaft.
Or, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sleeve cold water port 13 and the sleeve hot water port 14 are formed on the axial side wall of the valve core sleeve 10, a sleeve-shaped water guide groove 18 is formed on the outer surface of the valve core sleeve 10 between the sleeve cold water port 13 and the sleeve hot water port 14, the sleeve-shaped water guide groove 18 is communicated with the constant temperature water outlet 5, and the sleeve water guide port 12 is formed on the bottom of the sleeve-shaped water guide groove 18; as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the shaft cold water port 15 and the shaft hot water port 16 are formed on the axial cavity wall of the water mixing cavity 9, a shaft annular water guide groove 19 is formed on the outer surface of the valve core shaft 11 between the shaft cold water port 15 and the shaft hot water port 16, and the shaft water guide port 17 is formed on the bottom of the shaft annular water guide groove 19; the shaft annular water guide groove 19 and the collar-shaped water guide groove 18 form a mixing water passage. Therefore, when the valve core shaft rotates, cold water and hot water with different quantities can firstly enter the water mixing cavity 9, then enter the shaft annular water guide groove 19 through the shaft water guide port 17, then enter the sleeve annular water guide groove 18 through the sleeve water guide port 12, and finally flow out of the constant temperature water outlet 5. In this way, the cold and hot mixed water in the water mixing chamber 9 passes through the bent collar-shaped water guide groove 19 and the collar-shaped water guide groove 18, and the cold and hot mixing effect can be further improved.
In addition, the shaft water guide port 17 and the sleeve water guide port 12 are arranged in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction, and the sleeve water guide port 12 and the constant temperature water outlet 5 are arranged in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction. For example, the valve core sleeves 10 are arranged oppositely in the diameter direction, so that the mixed water path can be prolonged, and meanwhile, the mixed water can uniformly flow to the sleeve water guide opening 12 from the two circumferential sides of the shaft water guide opening 17 and can be further mixed while flowing, and then can uniformly flow to the constant temperature water outlet 5 from the two circumferential sides of the sleeve water guide opening 12 and can be further mixed while flowing.
In addition, as shown in fig. 11, the constant temperature water outlet 5 is connected to a constant temperature water outlet pipe section 50, and a mixed water sensor 51 is disposed at a position far from the constant temperature water outlet 5 in the constant temperature water outlet pipe section. Like this, because mix the water sensor and arrange the position department of keeping away from the constant temperature delivery port in the constant temperature delivery pipe section, like this, the mixed water that flows from the constant temperature delivery port can further mix in constant temperature delivery pipe section, then detect real-time temperature through mixing the water sensor after to the control unit can in time adjust the hot and cold water inflow according to the mixed water temperature that detects, like this, with hot and cold water multiple mixing, thereby promote the mixed effect of hot and cold water fully.
In addition, as shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, a mounting seat 35 is provided on the valve body 1, a limit switch 36 is provided on the mounting seat 35, the motor 28 is provided on the mounting seat 35, a rotating shaft 37 connected to an output shaft of the motor 28 is rotatably provided on the mounting seat 35, and a trigger 38 is provided on the rotating shaft 37, wherein the trigger 38 can rotate synchronously with the rotating shaft 37 to a position for triggering the limit switch 36, so that the limit switch 36 is triggered to send a signal for determining that the rotation angle of the motor 28 is an initial zero position to the control unit.
Because the rotating shaft 37 is rotatably disposed on the mounting seat 35, the triggering element 38 is disposed on the rotating shaft 37, and the rotating shaft 37 can synchronously drive the triggering element 38 to rotate to the position of the triggering limit switch 36, in this way, when the triggering device is actually used, the rotating shaft 37 is in power transmission connection with the output shaft of the motor 28, the motor 28 is started to drive the rotating shaft 37 to rotate until the triggering element 38 triggers the limit switch 36, such as triggering the trigger rod 49, so that the limit switch 36 sends a signal to the control unit that the rotation angle of the motor 28 is determined to be the initial zero position, that is, the control unit can determine that the rotation angle of the motor 28 is at the initial zero position at this time, for example, after the triggering element is applied to a mixing valve, the rotating shaft 37 is connected with the valve core 2 of the mixing valve to drive the valve core 2 to move to adjust the communication areas of the hot water inlet 8 and the cold water inlet 6 of the mixing valve with the mixing cavity 9 so as to adjust the amount of hot water and cold water entering the mixing cavity 9, therefore, the water temperature is adjusted, when the control unit determines that the rotation angle of the motor 28 is at an initial zero position (at the initial zero position, the hot water inlet 8 and the mixing cavity 9 of the mixing valve are all communicated, and the cold water inlet 6 and the mixing cavity 9 are all closed, or the hot water inlet 8 and the mixing cavity 9 of the mixing valve are all closed, and the cold water inlet 6 and the mixing cavity 9 are all communicated, or a preset communication area is formed between the hot water inlet 8 and the mixing cavity 9 of the mixing valve, and the cold water inlet 6 and the mixing cavity 9 are in a preset communication area), if the water temperature needs to be adjusted, the control unit controls the motor 28 to increase and decrease the rotation angle from the initial zero position, so as to adjust the communication areas of the hot water inlet 8 and the cold water inlet 6 and the mixing cavity 9, and enable the mixing valve to provide the outlet water with the required temperature. Therefore, this trigger device can be accurate carry out the resetting of motor 28 rotation angle, ensure that motor 28 operating position at every turn is unanimous and angle adjustment increment control's accuracy, avoided adopting prior art's motor stall mode to make the rotation angle of motor reset, promoted the life of motor.
The trigger 38 and the limit switch 36 can be disposed at any position of the mounting seat 35 in any manner as long as the rotating shaft 37 drives the trigger 38 to rotate to trigger the limit switch 36. In one embodiment, in order to fully install the self-structure of the seat 35 and reduce the space occupation of the triggering device, the seat 35 includes an accommodating cavity 41 and an accommodating groove 42 communicated with the accommodating cavity 41, wherein the rotating shaft 37 is arranged through the accommodating cavity 41, the triggering element 38 is located in the accommodating cavity 41, and the limit switch 36 is located in the accommodating groove 42. Thus, with the accommodation action of the accommodation chamber 41 and the accommodation groove 42, the trigger piece 38 and the limit switch 36 do not protrude from the axial end face of the mount 35 in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 37, thereby facilitating the mounting of the motor 28 on the axial end face of the mount 35.
In addition, the triggering member 38 can have various structures, for example, the triggering member 38 can be a radial lever disposed on the rotating shaft 37, and the radial lever can shift the triggering dial of the limit switch 36 to actuate the triggering dial for triggering. Alternatively, the trigger 38 may be a cam having a maximum outer profile 48 that triggers the limit switch 36 such that the progressively larger outer profile of the cam is used to progressively and smoothly apply the trigger force to the limit switch 36 to trigger the limit switch 36.
In addition, the limit switch 36 may be a normally closed switch, for example, after being powered on in use, the limit switch 36 may be a normally closed switch in a powered state, after being triggered by the trigger 38, the limit switch 36 is powered off, and the control unit determines that the rotation angle of the motor at this time is the initial zero position after receiving a signal of the normally closed switch, or the limit switch 36 is a normally open switch, and when being triggered, the normally open switch is closed to send a closing signal, and the control unit determines that the rotation angle of the motor at this time is the initial zero position according to the closing signal.
Of course, the limit switch 36 may also be another limit trigger and may be detected by a sensor, for example, the trigger 38 may extend a trigger rod of the limit switch 36, the sensor sends a detection signal to the control unit after detecting the extension state of the trigger rod, and the control unit determines that the rotation angle of the motor at this time is the initial zero position according to the detection signal.
In addition, the rotating shaft 37 may have various configurations, for example, as shown in fig. 9, in an embodiment of the rotating shaft 37, the rotating shaft 37 includes a mounting shaft section 44, a thread-fitting shaft section 43 and a trigger-fitting shaft section 45, which are respectively located at two axial sides of the mounting shaft section 44, and are used for connecting with an output shaft of the motor 28, wherein the trigger 38 is sleeved on the trigger-fitting shaft section 45. Mounting shaft segment 44 may mate with a mounting hole on mounting block 35, or mounting shaft segment 44 may mate with a mounting hole on valve body 1, or mounting shaft segment 44 may mate with both a mounting hole on mounting block 35 and a mounting hole on valve body 1. The thread fit shaft section 43 can be in threaded connection with the valve core shaft 11, so that the motor can drive the rotating shaft 37 to rotate, the rotating shaft 37 can drive the valve core shaft 11 to rotate or the valve core shaft 11 to move in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 37 (at this moment, the rotation limiting structure in the valve body converts the rotation of the valve core shaft 11 into axial movement), and the hot water inlet 8 and the cold water inlet 6 of the mixing valve are adjusted to be communicated with the water mixing cavity 9 in order to adjust the amount of water in which the hot water and the cold water enter the mixing cavity 9, so that the water temperature is adjusted. The trigger-matching shaft section 45 can be connected with the output shaft of the motor in any connection mode, for example, a strip-shaped hole or a polygonal hole is formed in the axial end face of the trigger-matching shaft section 45, and the front end of the output shaft of the motor is matched with the strip-shaped hole or the polygonal hole in a shape matching mode, so that the motor can drive the rotating shaft 37 to rotate when rotating, and the trigger 38 is driven to rotate.
Of course, trigger 38 can be mounted on trigger mating shaft segment 45 in a variety of ways, for example, trigger 38 and trigger mating shaft segment 45 can be connected by a key slot therebetween. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the trigger fitting shaft section 45 has an outer fitting tooth 46 formed on its outer peripheral surface, the trigger 38 has a fitting hole, and an inner fitting tooth 47 fitted to the outer fitting tooth 46 is formed on its inner peripheral surface. The serration engagement of the external teeth 46 and the internal teeth 47 ensures that the trigger member 38, such as a cam, is not loosened after assembly, while providing a more precise mounting of the trigger member 38, such as a cam, through the small angle of the serration.
In addition, in practical use, the water pressure of the cold water and the hot water may vary, for example, in the case that the valve core 2 communicates the cold water chamber and the hot water chamber with the mixing chamber, if the pressure of the cold water is too high, the cold water may enter the hot water chamber through the mixing chamber, so that the hot water flows backward, which may cause a large amount of cold water to flow out from the constant temperature water outlet 5 to affect the user's sense of well-being, and therefore, further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a one-way check device for allowing the hot water to flow into the mixing chamber 9 is provided in the hot water flowing channel between the hot water inlet 8 and the mixing chamber 9. In this way, the one-way check device may only allow hot water to pass through and flow into the mixing chamber, while cold water may be avoided from forcing hot water back from the hot water inlet 8.
Of course, the one-way check means may be provided at any suitable location, for example, it may be provided at the shaft hot water port 16, or, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the one-way check means may be provided in the hot water chamber 4. Thus, the one-way check device can be conveniently installed by fully utilizing the inner space of the hot water chamber 4.
Further, the one-way check device can be axially positioned through a positioning structure of the one-way check device, or as shown in fig. 1, the one-way check device is axially limited through the valve core 2, for example, the end of the one-way check device can abut against the end surface of the valve core 2, and the rotation of the valve core 2 is not affected.
Of course, the one-way check device may have various forms, for example, in one form, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the one-way check device includes a front seat body 21 having an inflow port 20, a rear seat body 23 having an outflow port 22, a spring 24, and a check post 25, wherein the front seat body 21 and the rear seat body 23 are fixedly coupled and disposed within the hot water chamber 4, the check post 25 is slidably disposed between the front seat body 21 and the rear seat body 23, and the spring 24 is coupled between the check post 25 and the rear seat body 23; the check rod 25 can close or open the inflow opening 20. Thus, the hot water pushes the check post 25 open to open the inflow port 20 under the pressure of the hot water, thereby allowing the hot water to enter the mixing chamber through the shaft water port 16, and if the pressure of the hot water is not sufficient to push the check post 25 open, a suitable pressurizing means may be provided at the hot water inlet 8 to increase the pressure of the hot water. When the pressure of the cold water is too high, the check column 25 can block the inflow port 20 to prevent the cold water from passing through.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in order to facilitate the check rod 25 to close or open the inflow port 20, it is preferable that an inner circumferential surface of the inflow port 20 is formed as a tapered surface 26 expanding toward the rear seat body 23, and an elastic sealing ring 27 capable of contacting the tapered surface 26 is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the check rod 25. Thus, when the check rod 25 blocks the inflow opening 20, the elastic sealing ring 27 and the tapered surface 26 form a gradual contact seal, and the gradual contact seal also facilitates the elastic sealing ring 27 to separate from the tapered surface 26 to open the inflow opening 20.
Or, in another form of the one-way check device, the one-way check device is an elastic valve sheet, wherein the elastic valve sheet is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the hot water cavity 4 to cover the hot water inlet 8 and can be turned towards the inside of the hot water cavity 4 under the action of hot water to open the hot water inlet 8. For example, the elastic valve sheet can be a high temperature resistant silica gel sheet.
