The thermostatic valve main body 5 is provided with a thermostatic valve core cavity 51 for accommodating the thermostatic valve core 3, a switching valve core cavity 52 for accommodating the switching valve core, a cold water inlet channel 53, a hot water inlet channel 54 and a mixed water outlet channel 55, wherein the cold water inlet channel 53 and the hot water inlet channel 54 are respectively communicated with the switching valve core cavity 52, and a cold water inlet 56 and a hot water inlet 57 are arranged in the thermostatic valve core cavity 51 and respectively correspond to the valve core cold water inlet 321 and the valve core hot water inlet 322; the cold water inlet 56 and the hot water inlet 57 are also respectively communicated with the switch valve core cavity 52; cold water enters from the cold water inlet channel 53, the switch valve core assembly 6 controls the flow to enter the cold water inlet 56, hot water enters from the hot water inlet channel 54, the switch valve core assembly 6 controls the flow to enter the hot water inlet 57, and the cold water and the hot water are mixed in the thermostatic valve core 3 and flow out from the valve core mixed water outlet 323 and the mixed water outlet channel 55.
In this embodiment, the thermostatic valve core 3 is inserted into the thermostatic valve core chamber 51, the pressing cap 2 is in threaded connection with the thermostatic valve core chamber 51 of the thermostatic valve main body 5, and an internal thread matched with the pressing cap thread 22 is arranged at a port of the thermostatic valve core chamber 51. The turning portion 23 of the press cap 2 is outside the housing 7. The thermostatic valve core assembly is fixedly connected with the thermostatic valve main body 5 through a pressing cap thread 22 on the pressing cap 2, and the thermostatic valve core assembly is assembled and disassembled through a rotating part 23 which applies force on the outer side of the shell 7.
In this embodiment, a positioning protrusion 314 is disposed on a sidewall of the valve seat wide portion 312 for positioning and installing the thermostatic valve element. The inner wall of the thermostatic valve core cavity 51 of the thermostatic valve main body 5 is correspondingly provided with a positioning groove 511 in the axial direction, and the positioning lug 314 is matched with the positioning groove 511 to guide the inlet and the outlet of the thermostatic valve core 3.
This thermostatic valve still includes a spanner 9, and its circle column structure for containing the internal tooth cooperates with the external tooth of rotation portion 23, and spanner 9 passes thermostatic cartridge hand wheel 1 cover from outer on the rotation portion 23 of pressing the cap, when pulling spanner 9 in the direction from top to bottom, drives to press cap 2 rotatory screwing up or unscrew, and then realizes the dismouting of thermostatic cartridge assembly. When not in use, the wrench 9 can be taken down at any time, and is convenient and easy to operate.
According to the thermostatic valve core assembly and the thermostatic valve using the thermostatic valve core assembly, the pressing cap 2 is clamped between the thermostatic valve core hand wheel 1 and the thermostatic valve core 3, and the thermostatic valve core assembly and the thermostatic valve core hand wheel 1 and the thermostatic valve core 3 are integrally formed. The thermostatic valve core assembly is fixedly connected with the thermostatic valve main body 5 through a pressing cap thread 22 on the pressing cap 2, the pressing cap 2 is rotated to move left and right along the axis to drive the thermostatic valve core assembly to move left and right, and the force application rotating part 23 screws and fixes the thermostatic valve core assembly. When the thermostatic valve core assembly is dismounted, the force is reversely applied to the rotating part 23, the pressing cap 2 with the whole thermostatic valve core assembly is screwed out, and the thermostatic valve core assembly is dismounted. The thermostatic cartridge hand wheel 1 is detached simultaneously, which is convenient for the detachment of the thermostatic cartridge hand wheel 1.
Thermostatic cartridge 3 does not connect with thermostatic valve main part 5 lug connection, but is connected with thermostatic valve main part 5 through pressing cap 2, realizes that thermostatic cartridge 3's installation is fixed, presses cap 2's rotation portion 23 in the outside of thermostatic valve shell 7 simultaneously, can be directly implement the dismouting operation to thermostatic cartridge assembly in thermostatic valve's outside, need not to pull down the thermostatic valve, and the dismouting mode is more simple laborsaving.
When the thermostatic cartridge 3 is to be dismounted, the gland 16 of the thermostatic cartridge hand wheel 1 is only required to be taken down, the fastener 4 is screwed out, and the thermostatic cartridge 3 is dismounted naturally, so that the effect of easy dismounting of the thermostatic cartridge can be realized.
This thermostatic cartridge assembly and thermostatic valve, simple structure is compact, and design benefit provides a new thinking for the installation of thermostatic cartridge, has made things convenient for thermostatic cartridge's maintenance and change, and then prolongs thermostatic cartridge and thermostatic valve's life, practices thrift the cost of life.
