The first section 9c2 has an internal thread 9c4 on the hole wall surface, and one end of the internal thread 9c4 extends to the tip end surface of the fixed cylinder 9. The outer diameter of the spring 4 is smaller than the bore diameter of the first section 9c2, the bore diameter of the blind hole 3b is larger than the bore diameter of the first section 9c2, i.e. the outer diameter of the spring 4 is smaller than the inner diameter of the internal thread 9c4, and the bore diameter of the blind hole 3b is larger than the inner diameter of the internal thread 9c 4. The top end of the spring 4 is inserted into the first section 9c2 of the adjustment hole 9c, and the spring 4 can be inserted into the adjustment hole 9c from the top end opening of the adjustment hole 9c and into the blind hole 3 b.

The valve core is installed in the valve cavity 12a, the valve body 12 is provided with an installation opening 12h communicated with the valve cavity 12a, the wall surface of the installation opening 12h is provided with a convex shoulder, and the valve core seat 1 is inserted into the valve cavity 12a through the installation opening 12 h. The mounting portion 1c of the valve core seat 1 is in threaded connection with the wall surface of the mounting opening 12h, the positioning convex ring 1f abuts against the convex shoulder of the mounting opening 12h, the O-shaped ring in the first fixing groove 1d abuts against the wall surface of the mounting opening 12h and forms sealing, and the O-shaped ring in the second fixing groove 1e abuts against the wall surface of the valve cavity 12a and forms sealing. The water inlet hole 12e is communicated with the water inlet 1b, and the water outlet hole 12f is communicated with the water outlet 1a 1.
The pressure control valve is installed in the pipeline through the water inlet end 12b and the water outlet end 12c, the ball valve 13 is opened, water in the pipeline enters from the water inlet end 12b, enters from the water inlet hole 12e into the valve core through the water inlet 1b, then flows out from the water outlet 1a1 through the flow control gap, and then enters the water outlet hole 12f and flows to the rear end equipment of the pipeline. When the valve core is used normally, the flow of water is limited when the water passes through the valve core, so that the pressure reduction effect can be generated. When the water pressure of the water inlet hole 12e changes, the water pressure at the water outlet 1a1 is increased immediately after the water pressure of the water inlet hole 12e is increased, the water pressure in the water outlet 1a1 is increased and exceeds the elastic force of the spring 4, the valve rod 3 is pushed by the water pressure to move towards the top of the valve core seat 1, and the flow control gap is reduced, so that the water pressure of the water outlet 1a1 is reduced; the water pressure at the water outlet 1a1 can be reduced immediately after the water pressure at the water inlet 12e is reduced, the water pressure at the water outlet 1a1 is reduced and is smaller than the elastic force of the spring 4, the spring 4 pushes the valve rod 3 to move towards the bottom of the valve core seat 1, the flow control gap is enlarged, so that the water pressure at the water outlet 1a1 is enlarged, and the stable output of the water pressure at the water outlet 12f in a certain range can be ensured. The control of the valve core can realize the stable pressure delivery after decompression and can keep the flow stable. When the water pressure was too big in apopore 12f, can also discharge too much water through relief valve 14, guarantee security and the stability of pipeline rear end equipment use.
When the valve core is assembled, the valve rod 3 is firstly inserted into the valve hole 1a from the top end orifice of the valve hole 1a, the matching ring 3a passes through the fixed hole section 1a4 and then is in sliding fit with the sliding hole end, and the matching ring 3a is blocked by the limiting part 1a7, so that the valve rod 3 is hung in the valve hole 1 a. Then, the fixed cylinder 9 is inserted into the valve hole 1a from the top end opening of the valve hole 1a, the fixed cylinder 9 is engaged and fixed with the fixed hole section 1a4, and the bottom end face of the fixed cylinder 9 abuts on the step face 1a 8. And then the spring 4 is inserted into the adjusting hole 9c from the top end hole of the adjusting hole 9c, so that the bottom end of the spring 4 is inserted into the blind hole 3b and sleeved on the positioning convex column I3 d.
