7. The mixing valve according to claim 6, characterised in that the on-off flow device is an on-off flow connection according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the connection inlet (3) is connected to the thermostatic water outlet (20).

The mixing valve according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that a cold water chamber (21) and a hot water chamber (22) are formed in the valve body (15), the cold water chamber (21) having a cold water inlet (18) and a cold water outlet (23) for connection with a cold water connection of a water heater body, the hot water chamber (22) having a hot water inlet (19); the valve core (16) can adjust the communication areas of the cold water cavity (21) and the hot water cavity (22) and the water mixing cavity (17) respectively.
9. A water heater comprising a water heater body having a cold water connection and a hot water connection and a mixing valve according to any one of claims 6-8, wherein the hot water inlet (19) is connected to the hot water connection.
10. The water heater according to claim 9, wherein the flow cut-off device is triggered when there is a power failure outside the water heater, a failure of a motor driving a cartridge of the mixing valve to act within a valve body does not rotate, a drive of a control board of the water heater is damaged, or the leaving water temperature is too high to adjust.
