TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 1, in the preparation process of the water-based paint, the epoxy silane compound is introduced to the branched chain of the epoxy ester modified acrylic resin polymer by the chemical modification method as the water-based cross-linking agent in the embodiments 1 to 5 of the present invention, so as to comprehensively improve the performance of the water-based paint. Compared with the experimental results in the embodiment 2 and the comparative examples 1 to 3, the water-based paint using the epoxy ester modified acrylic resin and the epoxy silane compound as the water-based cross-linking agent has excellent water resistance and storage stability, and shows good adhesion to various substrates.
In conclusion, the waterborne coating provided by the invention improves the comprehensive performance of the waterborne coating by organically combining the epoxy silane compound with the epoxy ester modified acrylic resin. In the film forming process of the paint, the epoxy ester modified acrylic resin main chain of the water-based paint can migrate to the bottom surface of a paint film, so that the adhesive force with different substrates is provided; and the epoxy silane compound crosslinked with the acrylic resin branched chain can migrate to the surface of the paint film, thereby providing low surface tension and increasing the hydrophobicity of the coating, and the aqueous paint has excellent long-term storage stability due to the steric hindrance effect of the epoxy silane, which is incomparable with other aqueous crosslinking agents. Under the dual synergistic effect of the two, the prepared water paint has good comprehensive performance.
