the frame body is arranged on the base and can move relative to the base to switch the cold cutter component or the hot cutter component at a working position; a lifting assembly is arranged between the frame body and the base, and the lifting assembly is used for enabling the frame body to move relative to the base; the lifting assembly comprises a first driving device and a guide rod, the first driving device is used for driving the guide rod to move up and down, and the guide rod is fixedly connected with the frame body or the base;
the cold knife assembly includes:
a cold cutter extending in a length direction of the device for cutting the bag body;
the cold cutter driving arm is movably connected with the cold cutter and the second driving device respectively, so that the second driving device drives the cold cutter;
the hot knife assembly includes:
a hot cutter extending in a length direction of the device for cutting the bag body;
a heating assembly for heating the hot knife;
the hot cutter driving arm is movably connected with the hot cutter and the third driving device respectively, so that the third driving device drives the cold cutter;
a slide rail is arranged on the frame body along the up-down direction;
the hot cutter is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding way so that the hot cutter can move up and down relative to the frame body, and the movement track is linear movement which is straight up and down;
the cold cutter is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding way, so that the cold cutter can move up and down relative to the frame body, and the movement track is linear movement which is straight up and straight down.
2. The apparatus for cutting bags of claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a hydraulic system.

The apparatus for cutting bags according to claim 1, wherein the cold cutter driving arm is a link mechanism, the cold cutter driving arm includes a first cold cutter driving arm link and a second cold cutter driving arm link, one end of the first cold cutter driving arm link is movably connected with the cold cutter, the other end of the first cold cutter driving arm link is movably connected with one end of the second cold cutter driving arm link, and the other end of the second cold cutter driving arm link is connected with the second driving device.
4. A device for cutting bags according to claim 1 or 3, wherein said second driving means comprises a motor.
5. A device for cutting bags according to claim 1 or 3, wherein said cold cutter driving arm comprises two symmetrically arranged on both sides of said cold cutter.
6. A device for cutting a bag according to claim 1 or 3, wherein a slide rail is provided on the frame in an up-down direction, and the cold cutter is slidably provided on the slide rail so that the cold cutter can move up-down with respect to the frame.
7. The apparatus for cutting bags according to claim 6, wherein the slide rail comprises two symmetrically disposed at both sides of the cold knife in a length direction.

A device for cutting bags according to claim 1 or 3, wherein said cold cutter comprises an upper cold cutter and a lower cold cutter which are arranged opposite to each other, said upper cold cutter being movably connected to said cold cutter driving arm, said lower cold cutter being fixedly arranged on said frame.

The apparatus for cutting bags according to claim 8, wherein the hot knife driving arm is a linkage mechanism, the hot knife driving arm comprises a first hot knife driving arm connecting rod and a second hot knife driving arm connecting rod, one end of the first hot knife driving arm connecting rod is movably connected with the hot knife, the other end of the first hot knife driving arm connecting rod is movably connected with one end of the second hot knife driving arm connecting rod, and the other end of the second hot knife driving arm connecting rod is connected with the third driving device.
10. A device for cutting bags according to claim 8 or 9, wherein said third driving means comprises a motor.
11. The apparatus for cutting bags according to claim 8 or 9, wherein said hot cutter driving arm comprises two symmetrically disposed on both sides of said hot cutter.
12. The device for cutting bags according to claim 8 or 9, further comprising:
the hot cutter pad seat is positioned below the hot cutter and matched with the hot cutter pad seat to cut the bag body.
13. A device for cutting bags according to any of claims 1-3, further comprising:
the roller is positioned on at least one side of the cold cutter assembly and/or the hot cutter assembly in the front-rear direction, extends along the length direction, and can rotate relative to the frame body to drive the bag body.
14. The apparatus for cutting bags according to claim 13, wherein a fourth driving means is provided on the hot knife assembly, the fourth driving means being connected to the roller, and the fourth driving means being for driving the roller to move up and down.
15. The apparatus for cutting bags according to claim 14, wherein said fourth driving means comprises a cylinder.
16. A device for cutting bags according to any of claims 1-3, wherein said cold cutter assembly is located below said hot cutter assembly.
17. The apparatus for cutting bags according to claim 1, further comprising a hot knife base, said hot knife being connected to said hot knife base by an adjustment means, said hot knife base being connected to said hot knife drive arm;
the adjusting device is used for adjusting the relative position between the hot cutter and the hot cutter base.
18. The apparatus for cutting bags according to claim 17, wherein said adjustment means comprises threads and bolts.
