Claims (23)
1. A device for cutting pouches, characterized in that it comprises:
the rack body is provided with a cold cutter assembly and a hot cutter assembly;
the base, the support body sets up on the base, the support body can be through relative the base motion is in order to switch cold-cutting knife subassembly or hot-cutting knife subassembly are on operating position.
2. The device for cutting bags according to claim 1, characterized in that a lifting assembly is provided between said frame and said base, said lifting assembly being adapted to move said frame with respect to said base.
3. The device for cutting the bag according to claim 2, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a first driving device and a guide rod, the first driving device is used for driving the guide rod to move up and down, and the guide rod is fixedly connected with the frame body or the base.
4. The apparatus for cutting pouches according to claim 2, wherein said lifting assembly comprises a hydraulic system.
5. The apparatus for cutting pouches according to claim 1, wherein said cold knife assembly comprises:
a cold knife extending along the length of the means for cutting the bag;
and the cold cutter driving arm is respectively and movably connected with the cold cutter and the second driving device so as to drive the cold cutter by the second driving device.

The device for cutting the bag according to claim 5, wherein the cold knife driving arm is a link mechanism, the cold knife driving arm comprises a first cold knife driving arm link and a second cold knife driving arm link, one end of the first cold knife driving arm link is movably connected with the cold knife, the other end of the first cold knife driving arm link is movably connected with one end of the second cold knife driving arm link, and the other end of the second cold knife driving arm link is connected with the second driving device.
7. Device for cutting pouches according to claim 5 or 6, characterized by the fact that said second driving means comprise an electric motor.
8. The apparatus for cutting pouches according to claims 5 or 6, wherein said cold knife driving arm comprises two symmetrically disposed on both sides of said cold knife.
9. The device for cutting the bag bodies according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the rack body is provided with a slide rail along the up-down direction, and the cold cutter is slidably arranged on the slide rail so as to be capable of moving up and down relative to the rack body.
10. The apparatus for cutting pouch according to claim 9, wherein the slide rail comprises two symmetrically disposed on both sides of the cold cutter in a length direction.
11. The device for cutting the bag according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the cold switch comprises an upper cold cutter and a lower cold cutter which are oppositely arranged, the upper cold cutter is movably connected with the cold cutter driving arm, and the lower cold cutter is fixedly arranged on the frame body.
12. The apparatus for cutting pouches according to claim 1, wherein said hot knife assembly comprises:
a hot knife extending along the length of the device for cutting the pouch;
the heating assembly is used for heating the hot cutter;
and the hot cutter driving arm is respectively and movably connected with the hot cutter and the third driving device so as to drive the cold cutter by the third driving device.

The apparatus for cutting pouch according to claim 12, wherein the hot knife driving arm is a link mechanism, the hot knife driving arm comprises a first hot knife driving arm link and a second hot knife driving arm link, one end of the first hot knife driving arm link is movably connected to the hot knife, the other end of the first hot knife driving arm link is movably connected to one end of the second hot knife driving arm link, and the other end of the second hot knife driving arm link is connected to the third driving device.
14. Device for cutting pouches according to claim 12 or 13, characterized by the fact that said third driving means comprise an electric motor.
15. The apparatus for cutting pouch according to claim 12 or 13, wherein said hot knife driving arm comprises two symmetrically disposed at both sides of said hot knife.
16. Device for cutting pouches according to claim 12 or 13, characterized by the fact that it also comprises:
and the hot cutter cushion seat is positioned below the hot cutter and matched with the hot cutter cushion seat to cut the bag body.
17. Device for cutting pouches according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized by further comprising:
the running roller, the running roller is located cold cutter subassembly and/or at least one side on the hot cutter subassembly fore-and-aft direction, the running roller extends along length direction, the running roller can be relative the support body rotates in order to drive the bag body.
18. The apparatus for cutting pouch according to claim 17, wherein a fourth driving means is provided on the heat cutter assembly, the fourth driving means is connected to the roller, and the fourth driving means is used for driving the roller to move up and down.
19. Device for cutting pouches according to claim 18, characterized by the fact that said fourth driving means comprise a pneumatic cylinder.
20. The apparatus for cutting pouches according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the cold knife assembly is located below the hot knife assembly.
21. The apparatus for cutting pouch according to claim 12, further comprising a heat cutter base, wherein the heat cutter is connected to the heat cutter base through an adjusting means, and the heat cutter base is connected to the heat cutter driving arm;
the adjusting device is used for adjusting the relative position between the hot cutter and the hot cutter base.
22. A device for cutting pouches according to claim 21, characterized by the fact that said adjustment means comprise threads and bolts.
23. The utility model provides a bagging-off seals all-in-one which characterized in that, bagging-off seals all-in-one and includes:
-a device for cutting pouches according to any of claims 1-22;
the outer bag unreeling rack is used for supplying bag bodies to the device for cutting the bag bodies;
a bagging machine for bagging an inner bag into the bag body cut by the device for cutting the bag body;
and the sealing machine is used for sealing the bag body and the inner bag.
