step S1: before the transportation of the over-limit steel box girder, thorough research and research are carried out on road conditions passed by transportation vehicles, the bearing capacity of bridges, the road clearance height, the passing width, the traffic flow along the way and the climate conditions so as to ensure the safety and the smooth transportation of goods, vehicles, roads and bridges;
step S2: according to the size and weight of the component, the transportation of the steel box girder is carried out by adopting a large-scale flat-bed trailer, the transportation of the steel box girder is carried out at night as much as possible, and because the component is ultra-long and ultra-wide, a signal lamp is arranged during the transportation, a transportation scheme is reported to a traffic police department for approval before the transportation, and a traffic administration is requested to assist the driving, the drawing and the road sealing when necessary, so as to ensure the safety and the timely transportation of the steel girder to the site;
step S3: before loading operation, a technician carries out technical delivery of hoisting and unloading, wherein a commander, a cable operator and a hoisting machinery operator must be subjected to professional learning and safety technical training to guarantee post, and the used hoisting machinery, a sling and a shackle are guaranteed to be perfect;
step S4: preparing a transport vehicle in advance according to the requirements of a construction party, transferring the transport vehicle to a steel box girder manufacturing plant, firstly, aligning the center point of a vehicle plate, keeping the center point consistent with the center of the steel box girder to be transported, placing a section of sleeper on the vehicle plate at intervals of 2m, and positioning a sleeper pad below a partition plate to avoid the deformation of the steel box girder;
step S5: firstly, connecting a steel wire rope on hoisting machinery on a plate of a beam transporting vehicle with a lifting lug on a steel box beam, slowly lifting the steel box beam by the hoisting machinery, pouring the transport vehicle into the lower part of the steel box beam, slowly lowering the steel box beam by the hoisting machinery onto the plate on the transport vehicle beam, detecting the load conditions of all supporting points by using a hydraulic system on a flat car after the hoisting machinery is completely unloaded, and ensuring that a flat car group is horizontally horizontal;
step S6: aiming at the problem that the rigidity of a part of open steel box girders cannot meet the transportation requirement, angle steel or channel steel needs to be added on the outer side of the box girder for temporary reinforcement in order to avoid transportation deformation;
step S7: and binding and reinforcing the steel box girder by using the chain block, wherein two ends of the chain block at each binding point are symmetrically bound with the binding points and the binding ear rings of the flat car group in a splayed shape respectively.
9. The transportation method of claim 8, further comprising the steps of:
step S8: when the chain block is used for bundling and reinforcing the steel box girder body and the flat car set, the contact part of the steel wire rope and the steel box girder body needs to be padded by soft cloth or thin rubber;
step S9: in order to prevent the steel box girder from moving laterally, a limiting block is additionally welded between the two sides below the steel box girder and the carriage, so that the steel box girder is fixed on the carriage and cannot generate displacement, and then the steel box girder is tightly bound with the carriage by a chain block;
step S10: the steel box girder is firmly supported in the transportation process to prevent deformation, a paperboard or a rubber sheet is padded at the supporting point of the steel box girder to prevent paint damage, a temporarily reinforced welding spot is timely polished and brushed with oil before installation, and the rubber sheet is added at the contact part of a steel wire rope for sealing the vehicle and a main girder to prevent paint damage;
