In some embodiments, if the coloring completion degree of the food is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold, the control device controls the top heating device to stop heating.
The third preset threshold may be set by a user, configured in the intelligent recipe, or pre-configured by the baking device.
For example, in the case where the upper color completion degree may be expressed as a numerical value in percentage, the third preset threshold may be 100%. Alternatively, in the case where the upper color completion degree is expressed in the form of a level, the third preset threshold may be a fourth level.
It should be understood that, in the case that the coloring completion degree is greater than or equal to the third preset threshold, it indicates that the coloring on the top of the food has been satisfied, and therefore the control device controls the top heating device to stop heating, so as to avoid overbaking the top of the food.
In some embodiments, if the coloring completion degree of the food is less than the third preset threshold and greater than or equal to the fourth preset threshold, the control device controls the top heating device to maintain the current heating power.
The fourth preset threshold may be set by a user, configured in an intelligent recipe, or pre-configured by the baking device.
For example, in the case where the upper color completion degree may be expressed as a numerical value in percentage, the fourth preset threshold may be 80%. Alternatively, in the case where the upper color completion degree is expressed in the form of a level, the fourth preset threshold may be a third level.
It should be understood that the coloring completion degree is less than the third preset threshold and greater than or equal to the fourth preset threshold, which indicates that the coloring condition of the food at this time matches the execution state of the current baking program, the baking device continues to keep the current heating power to continue heating, and the top of the food can be baked and colored to reach the optimal coloring state when the baking program is executed and completed.
In some embodiments, if the coloring completion degree of the food is less than a fourth preset threshold, the control means controls the top heating means to increase the heating power.
When the coloring completion degree of the food is smaller than the fourth preset threshold value, the coloring progress of the food in the box body is lower, if the current heating power is kept to continue heating, the top of the food in the box body is possibly not colored completely when the baking time in the baking procedure is reached. Therefore, if the coloring completion degree of the food is less than the fourth preset threshold, the control device controls the top heating device to increase the heating power so as to accelerate the coloring speed of the food.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the baking device can determine the coloring condition of the food according to the coloring completion degree of the food, and then adjust the heating power of the top heating device, so as to avoid the top of the food from being coked due to too high baking temperature or being insufficiently colored due to too low baking temperature. Thus, the food in the box body can reach the optimal coloring state.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, a method for controlling a toasting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s401, the control device obtains image information of food in the box body.
S402, the control device determines whether the shape of the baked food meets a preset condition according to the image information of the food.
As a possible implementation, the control means determines the baked shape of the food based on the image information of the food. The control device determines the similarity between the shape of the baked food and a preset shape. In the case where the similarity is greater than the threshold, the control device determines that the shape of the baked food satisfies a preset condition. Alternatively, in a case where the similarity is less than or equal to the threshold, the control device determines that the shape of the food after baking does not satisfy the preset condition.
Illustratively, the predetermined shape may be a crack on top of a food item (e.g., cake, cookie, etc.).
And S403, if the shape of the baked food meets the preset condition, controlling the top heating device to stop heating by the control device.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the control device can also analyze the shape of the baked food according to the image information of the food in the box body, and when the shape of the baked food reaches the preset condition, the top heating device is controlled to stop heating in time, so that the situation that the food is excessively baked and the taste is not good enough can be avoided.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium includes computer-executable instructions, and when the computer-executable instructions are executed on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the method provided in the foregoing embodiments.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, which can be directly loaded into the memory and contains software codes, and after being loaded and executed by the computer, the computer program product can implement the method provided by the above embodiment.
Those skilled in the art will recognize that, in one or more of the examples described above, the functions described in this invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
Through the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the foregoing division of the functional modules is merely used as an example, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device may be divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules or units is only one logical function division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation. For example, various elements or components may be combined or may be integrated into another device, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be essentially or partially contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solutions may be embodied in the form of a software product, where the software product is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. Claims (16)

1. A baking apparatus, comprising
A box body;
a plurality of heating devices arranged inside the box body;
the temperature sensors are arranged in the box body and comprise a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor;
a control device connected to the plurality of heating devices and the plurality of temperature sensors, respectively, the control device being configured to:
acquiring a first temperature value detected by the first temperature sensor and a second temperature value detected by the second temperature sensor;
when the first temperature value is smaller than the second temperature value and the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is larger than a first preset threshold value, the heating power of at least one heating device in the plurality of heating devices is adjusted, so that the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
2. The toasting apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the plurality of heating means comprises a top heating means disposed on a top wall of the interior of the housing;
the first temperature sensor is arranged on the top wall in the box body, and the second temperature sensor is arranged on the side wall or the bottom wall in the box body;
the control device is specifically configured to:
when the first temperature value is smaller than the second temperature value and the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is larger than a first preset threshold value, controlling the top heating device to increase the heating power so that the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
3. The toasting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of heating means comprises a back heating means disposed at a rear side wall inside the housing;
the first temperature sensor is arranged on the side wall in the box body, and the second temperature sensor is arranged on the top wall or the bottom wall in the box body;
the control device is specifically configured to:
when the first temperature value is smaller than the second temperature value and the difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is larger than a first preset threshold value, controlling the back heating device to increase the heating power so that the difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
4. The toasting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of heating means comprises bottom heating means disposed at a bottom wall of the interior of the housing;
the first temperature sensor is arranged on the bottom wall in the box body, and the second temperature sensor is arranged on the side wall or the top wall in the box body;
the control device is specifically configured to:
when the first temperature value is smaller than the second temperature value and the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is larger than a first preset threshold value, controlling the bottom heating device to increase the heating power so that the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
5. The toasting apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
the fan is arranged in the box body and is connected with the control device;
the control apparatus is further configured to:
when the difference value between the first temperature value and the second temperature value is larger than a second preset threshold value, the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted, so that the difference value between the first temperature value and the second temperature value is smaller than or equal to the second preset threshold value.
6. The toasting apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the plurality of heating means comprises a top heating means disposed on a top wall of the interior of the housing;
the toasting device further comprises: the shooting device is arranged in the box body, is connected with the control device and is used for acquiring image information of food in the box body;
the control apparatus is further configured to:
acquiring image information of the food;
determining the coloring completion degree of the food according to the image information of the food;
and adjusting the heating power of the top heating device according to the coloring completion degree of the food.
7. The toasting apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the control device is further configured to adjust the heating power of the top heating device according to the degree of coloring completion of the food, in particular comprising:
if the coloring completion degree of the food is greater than a third preset threshold value, controlling the top heating device to stop heating; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
if the coloring completion degree of the food is less than or equal to the third preset threshold value and greater than or equal to a fourth preset threshold value, controlling the top heating device to keep the current heating power; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if the coloring completion degree of the food is smaller than the fourth preset threshold value, controlling the top heating device to increase the heating power.
8. The toasting apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the control device is further configured to:
determining whether the shape of the baked food meets a preset condition or not according to the image information of the food;
and if the shape of the baked food meets the preset condition, controlling the top heating device to stop heating.
9. A control method suitable for use in a toasting device according to any of the claims 1-8, which control method comprises:
acquiring a first temperature value detected by a first temperature sensor and a second temperature value detected by a second temperature sensor;
when the first temperature value is smaller than the second temperature value and the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is larger than a first preset threshold value, adjusting the heating power of at least one heating device in the plurality of heating devices so that the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
10. The control method according to claim 9, wherein if the plurality of heating means includes a ceiling heating means disposed on a ceiling inside a cabinet of the toasting apparatus; the first temperature sensor is arranged on the top wall in the box body, and the second temperature sensor is arranged on the side wall or the bottom wall in the box body; the adjusting the heating power of at least one of the plurality of heating devices specifically includes:
when the first temperature value is smaller than the second temperature value and the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is larger than a first preset threshold value, controlling the top heating device to increase the heating power so that the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
11. The control method according to claim 9, wherein if the plurality of heating devices comprises a back heating device disposed on a rear side wall inside a cabinet of the toasting apparatus; the first temperature sensor is arranged on the side wall in the box body, and the second temperature sensor is arranged on the top wall or the bottom wall in the box body; the adjusting the heating power of at least one of the plurality of heating devices specifically includes:
when the first temperature value is smaller than the second temperature value and the difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is larger than a first preset threshold value, controlling the back heating device to increase the heating power so that the difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
12. The control method according to claim 9, wherein if the plurality of heating devices comprises a bottom heating device disposed on a bottom wall inside a cabinet of the toasting apparatus; the first temperature sensor is arranged on the bottom wall in the box body, and the second temperature sensor is arranged on the side wall or the top wall in the box body; the adjusting the heating power of at least one of the plurality of heating devices specifically includes:
when the first temperature value is smaller than the second temperature value and the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is larger than a first preset threshold value, controlling the bottom heating device to increase the heating power so that the difference value between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value.
13. The control method according to any one of claims 9 to 12, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when the difference value between the first temperature value and the second temperature value is larger than a second preset threshold value, the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted, so that the difference value between the first temperature value and the second temperature value is smaller than or equal to the second preset threshold value.
14. The control method according to any one of claims 9 to 12, characterized in that the method further comprises:
acquiring image information of the food;
determining the coloring completion degree of the food according to the image information of the food;
and adjusting the heating power of the top heating device according to the coloring completion degree of the food.
15. The control method according to claim 14, wherein the adjusting the heating power of the top heating device according to the coloring completion degree of the food comprises:
if the coloring completion degree of the food is greater than a third preset threshold value, controlling the top heating device to stop heating; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
