Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method and system.
As shown in fig. 1, in a first embodiment of a pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the present invention, this embodiment is applied to a pump station operation and maintenance patrol management system; the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management system comprises a cloud server, a management terminal and a patrol terminal; the management terminal and the patrol terminal are both in communication connection with the cloud server; the number of the management terminals is consistent with that of the pump stations, and the management terminals correspond to the pump stations one by one; the management terminal is arranged on a corresponding pump station; the patrol terminal is carried by a pump station operation and maintenance worker; the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S110: and acquiring patrol requirement information sent by the management terminal through the cloud server, wherein the patrol requirement information comprises the geographic position of the pump station.
Specifically, the cloud server acquires the patrol requirement information sent by the management terminal, and the patrol requirement information is sent to the cloud server through the management terminal after a manager of the pump station finds that the pump station has a fault needing to be patrolled and overhauled, wherein the patrol requirement information comprises the geographical position of the pump station, namely the geographical position of the pump station to be patrolled and overhauled.
Step S120: and acquiring the position information of the patrol terminal sending terminal through the cloud server.
Specifically, the cloud server acquires the position information of the patrol terminal sending terminal. Namely, the patrol terminal automatically sends terminal position information to the cloud server at intervals (for example, 5 minutes), wherein the terminal position information is used for expressing the current position of the patrol terminal.
Step S130: and analyzing the geographic position of the pump station and the terminal position information to mark the inspection terminal closest to the pump station as an optimal inspection terminal and establish a corresponding relation.
Specifically, the cloud server analyzes the geographic position of the pump station and the position information of the terminal, so as to mark the inspection terminal closest to the pump station as an optimal inspection terminal and establish a corresponding relationship.
Step S140: and marking the pump station corresponding to the optimal patrol terminal as a target pump station, and sending assignment information to the optimal patrol terminal, wherein the assignment information comprises the geographical position of the pump station of the target pump station.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the pump station corresponding to the optimal patrol terminal as a target pump station, and sends assignment information to the optimal patrol terminal, so that patrol personnel can conveniently go to the target pump station for patrol and overhaul according to the assignment information after seeing the assignment information.
The pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the invention can assign the patrol and maintenance tasks of the pump station to the nearest patrol terminal nearby according to the real-time distance between the patrol terminal and the pump station, so that patrol personnel can arrive at the pump station nearby, the patrol and maintenance efficiency is greatly improved, and compared with the existing mode of sequentially patrolling according to the plan after formulating a patrol plan according to subjective experience, the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the invention is more efficient, and faults occurring in the pump station can be timely processed.
In a second embodiment of the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the invention, based on the first embodiment, the number of patrol terminals is multiple; step S110, then further comprising:
step S210: and marking the pump station corresponding to the patrol requirement information in the past preset time period as a requirement pump station.
Specifically, the cloud server marks a pump station corresponding to the patrol requirement information within a preset time period (preferably 10 minutes) in the past as a requirement pump station. The inspection requirements are centrally processed every 10 minutes, so that the processing efficiency can be considered, and meanwhile, the conditions of a plurality of inspection requirements appearing in the preset time period can be conveniently and centrally processed in the follow-up process.
Step S220: and marking the current idle patrol terminal as an idle terminal.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the current idle patrol terminal as an idle terminal. The idle terminal is an inspection terminal without inspection task, namely an inspection terminal on standby.
Step S130, including the steps of:
step S230: and when the number of the idle terminals is not less than the number of the required pump stations, analyzing the geographic position of the pump stations and the terminal position information to obtain the idle terminal closest to each required pump station and marking as the nearest terminal.
Specifically, when the number of the idle terminals is not less than the number of the required pump stations, that is, the idle terminals can meet the allocation requirements of all the required pump stations, the cloud server analyzes the geographic positions of the pump stations and the terminal position information to obtain the idle terminal closest to each required pump station, and marks the idle terminal as a closest terminal. Namely, the cloud server directly performs nearby distribution on each demand pump station, and takes the idle terminal closest to each demand pump station as the nearest terminal.
Step S240: and marking the nearest terminal of the demand pump station as the optimal patrol terminal and establishing a corresponding relation.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the nearest terminal of the demand pump station as the optimal patrol terminal and establishes a corresponding relationship.
In the embodiment, the patrol requirement information received in the past preset time period is processed in a centralized manner, so that the problem of unreasonable distribution route caused by the adoption of sequential processing aiming at the single patrol requirement information can be avoided; for example, the distance between the pump station corresponding to the subsequent patrol requirement information and a certain patrol terminal which is determined as the optimal patrol terminal is shorter, which causes the patrol personnel to take more invalid routes.
In a third embodiment of the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the present invention, based on the second embodiment, step S130 further includes the following steps:
step S310: and when the number of the idle terminals is smaller than that of the required pump stations, analyzing the geographic position of the pump stations and the terminal position information to acquire the required pump stations closest to each idle terminal and marking as the priority pump stations.
Specifically, when the number of the idle terminals is smaller than that of the required pump stations, that is, the idle terminals cannot meet the patrol requirement of each required pump station, at this time, the requirement is analyzed based on the idle terminals and distributed at the angle of the idle terminals, so that the cloud server analyzes the geographic position of the pump station and the position information of the terminal to obtain the required pump station closest to each idle terminal and marks the required pump station as a priority pump station; the priority pumping stations are pumping stations which are used for patrolling preferentially, and other required pumping stations are too far away and wait for the time first.
Step S320: and marking the idle terminal closest to each priority pump station as the optimal patrol terminal, and establishing a corresponding relation between the priority pump station and the optimal patrol terminal.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the idle terminal closest to each priority pump station as the optimal patrol terminal, and establishes a corresponding relationship between the priority pump station and the optimal patrol terminal.
The present embodiment aims to provide a solution when the number of idle terminals is smaller than the number of required pump stations.
In a fourth embodiment of the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the present invention, based on the third embodiment, step S320 further includes the following steps:
step S410: and marking the pump stations which are left after the priority pump station is removed from the required pump stations as the remaining pump stations.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the remaining pump stations except the priority pump station in the demand pump station as remaining pump stations. The remaining pump stations are the pump stations to be overhauled, for which no corresponding patrol terminal is arranged.
Step S420: marking the patrol terminal in motion as a traveling terminal.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the patrol terminal which is moving as a traveling terminal. The moving patrol terminal is a patrol terminal that is going to the corresponding target pump station.
Step S430: and acquiring the real-time position of the traveling terminal.
Specifically, the cloud server acquires the real-time position of the traveling terminal.
Step S440: and judging whether the distance between the traveling terminal and the residual pump station is smaller than the distance between the traveling terminal and the target pump station or not based on the real-time position.
Specifically, the cloud server judges whether the distance between the traveling terminal and the remaining pump station is smaller than the distance between the traveling terminal and the target pump station based on the real-time position.
If yes, go to step S450: re-labeling the target pump station of the traveling terminal as the remaining pump station.
Specifically, if the distance between the traveling terminal and the remaining pump stations is shorter, the patrol personnel carrying the traveling terminal can be directly dispatched to the remaining pump stations for patrol and overhaul; and the cloud server marks the target pump station of the traveling terminal as the residual pump station again.
The purpose of this embodiment is to provide a solution for how to arrange patrol for the remaining pump stations.
In a fifth embodiment of the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the present invention, based on the fourth embodiment, step S450 further includes the following steps:
step S510: and the target pump station originally corresponding to the traveling terminal is marked as the required pump station again.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the target pump station originally corresponding to the traveling terminal as the required pump station again. So as to rearrange the original target pumping station to the corresponding patrol terminal.
In a sixth embodiment of the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the present invention, based on the first embodiment, step S140 further includes the following steps:
step S610: and acquiring the distance value of the current distance between the optimal patrol terminal and the target pump station.
Specifically, the cloud server obtains a distance value of the current distance from the optimal patrol terminal to the target pump station. The method comprises the steps that before an inspector starts to move to a target pump station, a distance value between the inspector and the target pump station is obtained, wherein the distance value is a road distance instead of a straight-line distance, so that the estimated time of reaching the target pump station can be calculated later.
Step S620: and calculating the estimated arrival time length based on the distance value.
Specifically, the cloud server calculates the estimated arrival time based on the distance value, wherein the estimated arrival time is the estimated time required by the patroller to reach the target pump station; and sending the estimated field duration to the corresponding management terminal.
Step S630: and judging whether the optimal patrol terminal reaches the target pump station within the estimated arrival time.
Specifically, after the patrolman starts to move towards the target pump station, the cloud server judges whether the optimal patrolman terminal reaches the target pump station within the estimated arrival time.
If not, go to step S640: and sending a prompting message to the optimal patrol terminal.
Specifically, if not, it is indicated that the patrol personnel does not arrive at the target pump station in time, so that the cloud server sends a prompting message to the optimal patrol terminal to prompt the patrol personnel to accelerate the speed of overtaking a road.
In a seventh embodiment of the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the present invention, based on the sixth embodiment, step S620 includes the following steps:
step S710: and acquiring the pump station field condition video transmitted by the management terminal.
Specifically, the cloud server acquires the pump station field condition video sent by the management terminal. The pump station field video is sent to the cloud server by a manager of the pump station through the management terminal, and the pump station field video is used for expressing faults of the pump station.
Step S720: and sending the pump station field condition video to the optimal patrol terminal.
Specifically, the cloud server sends the pump station field condition video to the optimal patrol terminal.
Step S730: and acquiring the preparation time input by the optimal patrol terminal based on the pump station field condition video.
Specifically, the cloud server acquires the preparation time input through the optimal patrol terminal based on the pump station field condition video; after the patrol personnel watch the site condition video of the pump station, the preparation time length is input through the optimal patrol terminal, wherein the preparation time length is the time length required by the patrol personnel for preparing a maintenance tool or an accessory aiming at the fault of the pump station, and the part of the time length needs to be counted in the estimated arrival time length so as to increase the accuracy of the estimated arrival time length.
Step S740: calculating the estimated arrival time length based on the distance value and the preparation time length:
Figure BDA0003060768260000101
wherein, TdTo estimate the estimated arrival time, t1For the preparation time length, the value is more than 0 (for example, the value is 10 minutes), D is the distance value, the value is more than 0 (for example, the value is 20 kilometers), and v is the standard movement of operation and maintenance personnelThe moving speed (preferably the moving speed of riding a motorcycle, for example, 20 km/h) is greater than 0, a is a vehicle correction coefficient, when the operation and maintenance personnel ride different vehicles, different constants are taken, the value is greater than 0 (for example, when the vehicle is an automobile, a is 2, when the vehicle is a motorcycle, a is 1, when the vehicle is a walk, a is 0.2), t is t2The value is more than 0 for the remaining duration, and the value is positively correlated with the distance value (for example, the value is 10 minutes).
The embodiment provides a specific calculation formula of the estimated on-site duration, and the estimated on-site duration can be obtained more accurately through the calculation formula provided by the embodiment.
In an eighth embodiment of the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the invention, based on the sixth embodiment, the patrol requirement information further includes a patrol level, and the patrol level includes any one of normal and priority; the embodiment further comprises the following steps:
step S801: and marking the times of the patrol terminal reaching the target pump station within the estimated scene duration as a first time.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the number of times that the patrol terminal reaches the target pump station within the estimated arrival duration as a first number, where the first number is the number of times that the patrol terminal arrives at the target pump station in time.
Step S802: and acquiring the total times of the patrol terminal reaching the target pump station.
Specifically, the cloud server obtains the total times of the patrol terminal reaching the target pump station.
Step S803: and marking the inspection terminal with the ratio of the first times to the total times larger than a preset percentage as a preferred terminal.
Specifically, the cloud server marks the patrol terminal, of which the ratio of the first number of times to the total number of times is greater than a preset percentage (preferably 90%), as a preferred terminal. The preferred terminal is the patrol terminal which reaches the target terminal in time and the total number of times is more than 90%, that is, the response speed of the patrol personnel corresponding to the patrol terminal is excellent, and the punctuality rate of reaching the target pumping station is excellent.
Step S130, the method further includes the following steps:
step S804: and judging whether the patrol level is a priority.
Specifically, the cloud server judges whether the patrol level is a priority or not, and the patrol level is a priority, which indicates that the fault of the pump station is troublesome and needs to be solved quickly.
Step S805: and if the priority is the priority, analyzing the geographic position of the pump station and the position information of the terminal, marking the preferred terminal closest to the pump station as a first preselected terminal, and marking the patrol terminal closest to the pump station except the preferred terminal as a second preselected terminal.
Specifically, if the priority is given, the cloud server analyzes the geographic position of the pump station and the position information of the terminal, marks the preferred terminal closest to the pump station as a first preselected terminal, and marks the patrol terminal closest to the pump station except for the preferred terminal as a second preselected terminal.
Step S806: and marking the distance value between the pump station and the first pre-selection terminal as a first distance value, and marking the distance value between the pump station and the second pre-selection terminal as a second distance value.
Specifically, the cloud server marks a distance value between the pump station and the first preselected terminal as a first distance value, and marks a distance value between the pump station and the second preselected terminal as a second distance value.
Step S807: and judging whether the first distance value is greater than the second distance value or not, and judging whether the difference value is greater than a preset value.
Specifically, the cloud server determines whether the first distance value is greater than the second distance value, and the difference is greater than a preset value, where the preset value is preferably 20% of the second distance value.
If yes, go to step S808: and marking the inspection terminal closest to the pump station as the optimal inspection terminal.
Specifically, if the distance between the preferred terminal and the pump station is smaller than the distance between other patrol terminals and the pump station, or the distance between the preferred terminal and the pump station is greater than the distance between other patrol terminals and the pump station, but the difference value is smaller than the preset value, in this case, considering that the patrol level of the target pump station is the priority, the problem needs to be solved quickly, and the patrol maintenance personnel needs to arrive at the target pump station at the accurate point, so the preferred terminal is selected to better ensure that the patrol maintenance personnel can arrive at the target pump station at the accurate point in time, but the non-preferred terminal may have a late point condition, and for the sake of stability, the patrol terminal closest to the pump station is marked as the optimal patrol terminal.
If not, go to step S809: and marking the preferred terminal closest to the pump station as the optimal patrol terminal.
Specifically, if the distance between the preferred terminal and the pump station is not greater than the distances between other patrol terminals and the pump stations, and the difference is greater than the preset value, in this case, because the distance between the preferred terminal and the pump station is too far, even if the action of the preferred terminal is considered to be more on time, because the distances between the other patrol terminals are really closer, the other patrol terminals are more reliable choices, and the cloud server marks the preferred terminal closest to the pump station as the optimal patrol terminal.
Step S810: if not, go to step S130.
Specifically, the patrol level is not the priority, which indicates that the fault of the pump station is relatively common, and the solution requirement is not so urgent, so the step S130 is directly executed, that is, the patrol task of the pump station is distributed according to the conventional distribution scheme.
In a ninth embodiment of the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method provided by the present invention, based on the sixth embodiment, step S640 further includes:
step S910: and after the preset duration after the promotion message is sent, judging whether the optimal patrol terminal reaches the target pump station again.
Specifically, after a preset time (preferably 20 minutes) after the cloud server sends the urging message, whether the optimal patrol terminal reaches the target pump station is judged again.
If not, go to step S920: and establishing voice communication connection between the patrol terminal and the management terminal.
Specifically, if not, it is stated that the optimal patrol terminal still does not reach the target pump station after sending the urging message for 20 minutes, so the cloud server establishes a voice communication connection between the patrol terminal and the management terminal, so that a manager of the pump station can directly communicate with the patrol person, and know when the patrol person can reach the target pump station.
The invention also provides a pump station operation and maintenance patrol management system which is applied to the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management method; the pump station operation and maintenance patrol management system comprises a cloud server, a management terminal and a patrol terminal; the management terminal and the patrol terminal are both in communication connection with the cloud server; the number of the management terminals is consistent with that of the pump stations, and the management terminals correspond to the pump stations one by one; the management terminal is arranged on a corresponding pump station; and the patrol terminal is carried by pump station operation and maintenance personnel.
