the driving information pushing center module carries out data interaction with the information processing module through the network communication module and is connected with the driving overtime alarm module and the road state warning module through the network communication module to acquire real-time road condition information, driving safety can be warned at a driver client, a service area manager client of the information processing module can enable a service area to judge a possibly brought people flow peak according to real-time conditions in advance, and preparation is made for each service of the service area in advance;
