Preferably, the water filling port 3111 is located at one end of the water tank 311, and a water filling window 44 matched with the water filling port 3111 is formed on the corresponding side of the base 4.
The ironing unit also comprises, in particular, a second turning roller 34, arranged behind the second iron 31b, in the direction of travel of the piece of cloth 1, to facilitate the layout of the line.

the mechanical wrinkle removing unit comprises a tightening assembly (21), a wrinkle removing roller (22) and a smoothing assembly (23) which are sequentially arranged along the advancing direction of the cloth (1).

A textile wrinkle chasing mechanism according to claim 1, characterised in that the wrinkle chasing roller (22) comprises a wrinkle chasing roller body (221), the cross-sectional shape of the wrinkle chasing roller body (221) is arranged as a gourd formed by the intersection of two circles of equal diameter, and the axis of the wrinkle chasing roller (22) passes through the midpoint of the line between the centres of the circles of equal diameter.

The textile wrinkle removing mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a fixing block (43) is respectively arranged on two corresponding sides of the base (4), the tightening assembly (21) comprises a tightening shaft (212), a tightening roller (211) sleeved on the tightening shaft (212) and rotatably matched with the tightening shaft (212), and a telescopic component with a resilience function is respectively arranged between each end of the tightening roller (211) and the corresponding fixing block (43).

A textile wrinkle removing mechanism according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the first smoothing assembly (23) comprises a first smoothing roller (231) and a second smoothing roller (232) which have parallel axes and are correspondingly arranged on both sides of the cloth (1), and the circumferential surfaces of the first smoothing roller and the second smoothing roller are respectively in contact fit with the corresponding surfaces of the cloth (1), two gears (233) which are respectively fixed on the rotating shaft of the first smoothing roller (231) and the rotating shaft of the second smoothing roller (232) in a sleeved mode and are meshed with each other, and a smoothing driving component (24) which controls the gears (233) to rotate back and forth.

the flattening driving part (24) comprises two swing rods (246) which are positioned at two ends of the flattening assembly (23), one ends of the two swing rods are respectively hinged with the base (4), two rollers (245) which correspond to the two swing rods (246) one by one and are respectively in running fit with the two swing rods (246), and a pulling piece is respectively arranged at the other end of each swing rod (246) corresponding to the first flattening roller (231) or between the other end of each swing rod (246) and the corresponding end of the second flattening roller (232);
the two rollers (245) are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two extending parts (224), and the circumferential surface of each roller (245) is in interference fit with the circumferential surface of the corresponding extending part (224);
one of the pulling pieces is positioned on one side of the smoothing assembly (23), and the other pulling piece is positioned on the other side of the smoothing assembly (23).

The fabric wrinkle removing mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the pulling member comprises a hinge head (241) rotatably connected to the swing link (246), a connection ring (242) fixed to the hinge head (241), a connection rope (244) having one end fixedly connected to the corresponding end of the first smoothing roller (231), and a tension spring (243) disposed between the other end of the connection rope (244) and the connection ring (242).

A textile wrinkle removing mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the ironing unit comprises several irons (31) acting on the surface of the cloth (1), respectively, two sliders (32) correspondingly arranged at least at two ends of one of the irons (31) and slidably engaged with the base (4) back and forth along the traveling direction of the cloth (1), respectively, and a translational drive member controlling the movement of the sliders (32).
9. A textile wrinkle removing mechanism according to claim 8, characterized in that the translational drive part is provided as a rack (5) with one end engaged with the gear (233) and the other end fixedly connected with the corresponding slider (32).

A fabric wrinkle removing mechanism according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the iron (31) comprises a pressing part (312 a) and a supporting part (312 b) for pressing both surfaces of the cloth (1), and a water tank (311) which is communicated with the pressing part (312 a) and is provided with a water filling opening (3111) at the top, wherein the pressing part (312 a) is tightly matched with the upper surface of the cloth (1), the supporting part (312 b) is tightly matched with the lower surface of the cloth (1), and the pressing part (312 a) is communicated with the outside at the pressing part.
