the liquid supply mechanism comprises a second liquid collecting barrel 12, a first water pump 14 and a liquid inlet pipe 16, a second pressure sensor is further arranged at the bottom of the second liquid collecting barrel 12 and used for detecting whether cleaning liquid in the second liquid collecting barrel 12 is sufficient or not, and if the pressure value of the second pressure sensor is lower than the lowest threshold value, the operation of the cleaning mechanism is stopped;
meanwhile, a flow meter is arranged on the first water pump 14 and is used for detecting the amount of the cleaning liquid which is conveyed into the centrifuge tube 5 by the first water pump 14 in a single time, so that the control unit can accurately control the start-stop time of the first water pump 14;
meanwhile, the liquid inlet pipe 16 should be located above the centrifuge pipe 5, and the highest water level of the cleaning liquid dropped into the centrifuge pipe 5 should be lower than the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe 16 to prevent the liquid inlet pipe 16 from being polluted, and meanwhile, the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe 16 should be located above the highest station of the filter screen 19 to prevent the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe 16 from contacting the filter screen 19 and further polluting the liquid inlet pipe 16;
when the filter screen 19 is at the highest working position, the liquid level of the cleaning liquid should be lower than the filter screen 19, so that the gas in the gas inlet pipe 17 can be discharged from the centrifuge tube 5; because the washing liquid is comparatively thick, if when the degerming operation, filter screen 19 soaks in the washing liquid, the bubble of filter screen 19 below this moment can be after passing through filter screen 19, produces a large amount of bubbles, and then probably leads to the washing liquid to spill over centrifuging tube 5.
The degerming mechanism comprises an air pump and an air inlet pipe 17, and the separating mechanism comprises a telescopic motor 13, a hollow pipe 110 and a filter screen 19; the vertical section of the air inlet pipe 17 is arranged in the hollow pipe 110, the horizontal section of the air inlet pipe 17 penetrates through a sliding opening 111 on the side wall of the hollow pipe 110, and the sliding opening 111 can enable the position of the air inlet pipe 17 to be always kept unchanged when the hollow pipe 110 drives the filter screen 19 to move up and down;
as shown in fig. 2, when initial state, filter screen 19 is located the well upper portion of centrifuging tube 5, this moment filter screen 19 is located highest station, this moment the most of the vertical section of intake pipe 17 is located filter screen 19's below, through the air pump with intake pipe 17 to let in mist in centrifuging tube 5, preferably, be provided with a plurality of air vents on the lateral wall of the vertical section of intake pipe 17, make tissue piece and the washing liquid in centrifuging tube 5 can mix more fully.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the cleaning mechanism includes a liquid supply mechanism, a sterilization mechanism, a separation mechanism, and a liquid discharge mechanism, the liquid supply mechanism is configured to deliver a cleaning liquid into the centrifuge tube 5, the sterilization mechanism is configured to mix the cleaning liquid and the tissue block in the centrifuge tube 5, the separation mechanism is configured to separate the cleaning liquid and the tissue block in the centrifuge tube 5 from each other, and the liquid discharge mechanism is configured to extract the cleaning liquid in the centrifuge tube 5;
next, the liquid discharge mechanism includes a first liquid collecting bucket 11, a second water pump 15 and a liquid suction gravity ball 18, as shown in fig. 1, after the tissue mass is thoroughly mixed with the cleansing fluid under the action of the high-velocity air flow passing through said air inlet duct 17, the sieve 19 is moved downwards by the hollow tube 110 to the position shown in the figure, where the tissue mass is collected below the sieve 19, the washing liquid is collected above the sieve 19, then the second water pump 15 is started to pump out the cleaning liquid, at the moment, the pumping-out state of the cleaning liquid is monitored in real time through the optical sensor 4, i.e. the optical sensor 4 detects the current turbidity of the washing liquid above the tissue mass, and if the current turbidity is less than or equal to a third turbidity, when the cleaning liquid above the filter screen 19 is judged to be completely discharged out of the centrifuge tube 5, the second water pump 15 is stopped to operate;
secondly, the optical sensor comprises a first gear and a second gear, the first gear is used for detecting the turbidity of a section of liquid column of the cleaning liquid in the test tube and above the filter screen 19, the focus point of the optical sensor is a section of liquid column with a preset height, the second gear is used for detecting the turbidity of a section of liquid column with a height of 1-2 centimeters above the upper surface of the filter screen 19, the first gear is used for executing the detection operation, and the second gear is used for executing the liquid discharge operation.
Meanwhile, the optical sensor 4 is also used for monitoring the turbidity of the cleaning liquid after each mixed cleaning, further judging whether the cleaning of the tissue block reaches the preset cleanliness, and further judging whether the cleaning is required to be repeated again until the cleanliness of the tissue block reaches the standard;
meanwhile, the bottom of the first liquid collecting barrel 11 is also provided with a first pressure sensor for detecting the amount of the cleaning waste liquid in the first liquid collecting barrel 11, and if the pressure value of the first pressure sensor is greater than the highest threshold value, the operation of the cleaning mechanism is stopped.
According to the specific embodiment of the disclosure, the tissue block is automatically cleaned by the cleaning mechanism, so that the existing pure manual cleaning mode is replaced, the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the experiment efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the liquid supply mechanism includes a second liquid collecting barrel 12, a first water pump 14 and a liquid inlet pipe 16, the second liquid collecting barrel 12 is connected to a water inlet of the first water pump 14 through a hose, a water outlet of the first water pump 14 is connected to the liquid inlet pipe 16 through a hose, and the liquid inlet pipe 16 is disposed above a nozzle of the centrifugal tube 5; the highest water level of the cleaning liquid dripped into the centrifugal tube 5 is lower than the bottom of the liquid inlet tube 16, so that the liquid inlet tube 16 is prevented from being polluted; meanwhile, a flow meter is arranged on the first water pump 14 and used for detecting the amount of the cleaning liquid which is conveyed by the first water pump 14 into the centrifugal tube 5 in a single time, and therefore the control unit can accurately control the starting and stopping time of the first water pump 14.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the separating mechanism comprises a telescopic motor 13, a hollow tube 110 and a filter screen 19, the telescopic end of the telescopic motor 13 is connected with the top of the hollow tube 110, the bottom of the hollow tube 110 extends downwards into the centrifuge tube 5, the bottom of the hollow tube 110 is fixedly connected with the filter screen 19, the side wall of the hollow tube 110 is provided with a sliding opening 111 for preventing the air inlet pipe 17 from being operated by mistake, the filter screen 19 is provided with a through hole for preventing the air inlet pipe 17 from generating misoperation, the vertical section of the air inlet pipe 17 is arranged in the hollow pipe 110, the horizontal section of the air inlet pipe 17 passes through the sliding opening 111 on the side wall of the hollow pipe 110, the position of the air inlet pipe 17 can be kept unchanged by the sliding opening 111 when the hollow pipe 110 drives the filter screen 19 to move up and down.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the sterilization mechanism includes an air pump and an air inlet pipe 17, an air outlet of the air pump is connected to the air inlet pipe 17 through a hose, the air inlet pipe 17 is L-shaped, a vertical section of the air inlet pipe 17 is disposed in the hollow pipe 110, a bottom of the vertical section passes through a through hole disposed on the filter screen 19 and extends downward to a bottom of an inner cavity of the centrifuge tube 5, a horizontal section of the air inlet pipe 17 passes through a sliding opening disposed on the hollow pipe 110 and is connected to a top of the vertical section, and a relative position of the air inlet pipe 17 and the centrifuge tube 5 is fixed; the vertical section of the air inlet pipe 17 is arranged in the hollow pipe 110, the horizontal section of the air inlet pipe 17 penetrates through a sliding opening 111 on the side wall of the hollow pipe 110, and the sliding opening 111 can enable the position of the air inlet pipe 17 to be always kept unchanged when the hollow pipe 110 drives the filter screen 19 to move up and down;
as shown in fig. 2, when initial state, filter screen 19 is located the well upper portion of centrifuging tube 5, this moment filter screen 19 is located highest station, this moment the most of the vertical section of intake pipe 17 is located filter screen 19's below, through the air pump with intake pipe 17 to let in mist in centrifuging tube 5, preferably, be provided with a plurality of air vents on the lateral wall of the vertical section of intake pipe 17, make tissue piece and the washing liquid in centrifuging tube 5 can mix more fully.
In a specific embodiment of this disclosure, be provided with a plurality of ventholes on the lateral wall of the vertical section of centrifuging tube 5, make tissue piece and the washing liquid in centrifuging tube 5 can mix more fully.
In a specific embodiment of this disclosure, drainage mechanism includes first liquid collecting bucket 11, second water pump 15 and imbibition gravity ball 18, first liquid collecting bucket 11 with the delivery port of second water pump 15 passes through the hose connection, the water inlet of second water pump 15 with imbibition gravity ball 18 passes through the hose connection, imbibition gravity ball 18 sets up the upper surface at filter screen 19, and follows filter screen 19 removes.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, an optical detection mechanism is disposed on a lower surface of the clamping mechanism 3, and the optical detection mechanism is used for detecting the turbidity of the cleaning solution in the centrifugal tube 5.
As shown in fig. 1, after the tissue mass and the cleaning solution are sufficiently mixed by the high-speed airflow passing through the air inlet pipe 17, the filter screen 19 moves down to the position shown in the figure by the hollow pipe 110, the tissue mass is concentrated below the filter screen 19, the cleaning solution is concentrated above the filter screen 19, then the second water pump 15 is started to pump out the cleaning solution, at this time, the pumping-out state of the cleaning solution is monitored in real time by the optical sensor 4, that is, the optical sensor 4 detects the current turbidity of the cleaning solution located above the tissue mass, and if the current turbidity is less than or equal to the third turbidity, it is determined that all the cleaning solution located above the filter screen 19 has been discharged out of the centrifuge tube 5, and then the second water pump 15 is stopped.
Meanwhile, the optical sensor 4 is also used for monitoring the turbidity of the cleaning liquid after each mixed cleaning, further judging whether the cleaning of the tissue block reaches the preset cleanliness, and further judging whether the cleaning is required to be repeated again until the cleanliness of the tissue block reaches the standard;
meanwhile, the bottom of the first liquid collecting barrel 11 is also provided with a first pressure sensor for detecting the amount of the cleaning waste liquid in the first liquid collecting barrel 11, and if the pressure value of the second pressure sensor is greater than the highest threshold value, the operation of the cleaning mechanism is stopped.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a sterilization mechanism is disposed above the partition board 2, and the sterilization mechanism is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the area above the partition board 2, and preferably, the sterilization mechanism may be an ultraviolet lamp 6.

the processing unit is used for receiving and processing the monitoring numerical value sent by the detection unit and sending a corresponding control instruction to the cleaning mechanism according to the monitoring numerical value, and the control instruction is used for controlling the cleaning mechanism to clean the tissue blocks in the centrifuge tube 5;
the display unit is used for displaying the air inlet intensity, the air inlet frequency, the number of cycles to be cleaned and the operation duration;
the adjusting unit comprises an emergency interruption button, a disinfection button, an adjusting button, an execution button and a pipeline cleaning button;
the pipeline cleaning button is used for starting the cleaning mechanism to clean the centrifuge tube 5 which is newly put in, and the emergency interruption button is used for forcibly stopping the operation of the tissue block cleaning device.
The detection unit comprises a second hydraulic sensor arranged at the bottom of the second liquid collecting barrel 12, a first hydraulic sensor arranged at the bottom of the first liquid collecting barrel 11, a flow sensor arranged on the first water pump 14 and an optical sensor 4 arranged below the partition plate 2.

Based on the tissue mass cleaning device in embodiment 1, this embodiment provides a cleaning method based on the tissue mass cleaning device, including:
s1, screwing a clamping knob 31 on a clamping mechanism 3 to enable two arc clamping plates 32 on the clamping mechanism 3 to move away from each other, so that a clamping hole on the clamping mechanism 3 is enlarged, and when the diameter of the clamping hole is larger than the diameter of a pipe orifice of a centrifugal pipe 5, stopping screwing the clamping knob 31;
s2, placing the centrifuge tube 5 filled with the tissue block to be cleaned in the clamping hole, and screwing the clamping knob 31 to enable the two arc clamping plates 32 on the clamping mechanism 3 to move towards each other so as to clamp the outer wall of the centrifuge tube 5, and stopping screwing the clamping knob 31 when the centrifuge tube 5 is fixed on the two arc clamping plates 32;
s3, selecting the single washing liquid consumption corresponding to the current specification of the centrifugal tube 5 through an adjusting button, clicking an executing button to enable the cleaning mechanism to execute cleaning operation until the cleaning mechanism stops running, and displaying cleaning completion information by a display unit at the moment;
s4, an operator twists the clamping knob 31 on the clamping mechanism 3 to enable the two arc clamping plates 32 on the clamping mechanism 3 to loosen the centrifugal tube 5, and then the centrifugal tube 5 is taken out.

next, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step s36 of performing a liquid discharge operation may further include: setting a second flow meter on the second water pump 15, presetting a drainage threshold value in the control unit, starting the second water pump 15 when the drainage operation is executed, detecting the drainage quantity through the second flow meter, and stopping running the second water pump 15 if the drainage quantity is greater than or equal to the drainage threshold value;
s37, executing the reset operation;
s38, the processing unit compares the first turbidity with a first preset turbidity, and if the first turbidity is greater than or equal to the first preset turbidity, the liquid feeding operation, the sterilizing operation, the filtering operation, the detecting operation, the liquid discharging operation and the resetting operation are sequentially and repeatedly executed;
and S39, if the first turbidity is smaller than the first preset turbidity, sending a completion instruction to the display unit, and then starting a sterilization operation, wherein the completion instruction is an instruction for enabling the display unit to display text information prompting an operator to clean the finished product, preferably, the starting of the sterilization operation is that the operator presses the sterilization button to start the ultraviolet lamp 6 to sterilize the cleaning mechanism, and the starting of the sterilization operation is started after the operator takes out the centrifuge tube 5.

the detection unit comprises a second hydraulic sensor arranged at the bottom of the second liquid collecting barrel (12), a first hydraulic sensor arranged at the bottom of the first liquid collecting barrel (11), a flow sensor arranged on the first water pump (14) and an optical sensor (4) arranged below the partition plate (2).
9. A method of cleaning a tissue mass cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
screwing a clamping knob (31) on the clamping mechanism (3) to enable two arc clamping plates (32) on the clamping mechanism (3) to move away from each other, so that a clamping hole on the clamping mechanism (3) is enlarged, and when the diameter of the clamping hole is larger than the diameter of a pipe orifice of the centrifugal pipe (5), stopping screwing the clamping knob (31);
placing the centrifuge tube (5) filled with the tissue block to be cleaned in the clamping hole, screwing the clamping knob (31), moving the two arc clamping plates (32) on the clamping mechanism (3) towards each other, further clamping the outer wall of the centrifuge tube (5), and stopping screwing the clamping knob (31) when the centrifuge tube (5) is fixed on the two arc clamping plates (32);
selecting the single washing liquid consumption corresponding to the current specification of the centrifugal tube (5) through an adjusting button, and then clicking an executing button to enable the cleaning mechanism to execute the cleaning operation until the cleaning mechanism stops running, wherein at the moment, a display unit displays cleaning completion information;
an operator twists a clamping knob (31) on the clamping mechanism (3), so that two arc clamping plates (32) on the clamping mechanism (3) loosen the centrifugal tube (5), and then take out the centrifugal tube (5).
10. The cleaning method of claim 9, wherein clicking the execute button causes the cleaning mechanism to perform a cleaning operation until the cleaning mechanism stops operating, comprises:
resetting operation: starting a telescopic motor (13), enabling the telescopic motor (13) to drive a hollow pipe (110) to move up and down, further enabling the hollow pipe (110) to drive a filter screen (19) to reach an initial preset height, and enabling the filter screen (19) to be located at the middle-upper part of the centrifugal pipe (5), wherein the initial preset height is the highest station of the filter screen (19);
liquid feeding operation: starting a first water pump (14), enabling the first water pump (14) to convey the cleaning liquid in the second liquid collecting barrel (12) to a liquid inlet pipe (16) through a hose, further enabling the cleaning liquid to enter the centrifugal pipe (5), and stopping running the first water pump (14) when a flow sensor detects that the cleaning liquid dropping into the centrifugal pipe (5) reaches the preset single-time cleaning liquid consumption;
and (3) sterilization operation: starting an air pump, leading the air pump to introduce air into an air inlet pipe (17), further leading impurities on tissue blocks in the centrifugal pipe (5) to be peeled off under the flow liquid impact formed by the cleaning liquid, and stopping running the air pump after the ventilation time reaches a first preset time;

the processing unit compares the first turbidity with a first preset turbidity, and if the first turbidity is greater than or equal to the first preset turbidity, the liquid feeding operation, the sterilizing operation, the filtering operation, the detecting operation, the liquid discharging operation and the resetting operation are sequentially and repeatedly executed;
and if the first turbidity is smaller than the first preset turbidity, sending a finishing instruction to the display unit, then starting the sterilization mechanism, and sending a finishing instruction to the display unit, wherein the finishing instruction is an instruction for enabling the display unit to display text information for prompting an operator to finish cleaning.
