Comparative example 7 differs from example 1 in that the modified aluminum borate whiskers described in comparative example 7 were prepared by a method different from that of example 1, and the other steps were the same.
In the comparative example, titanium dioxide is used for replacing the modified white carbon black to modify the aluminum borate whisker.
The preparation method of the modified aluminum borate whisker comprises the following steps:
s1, adding 2 parts by weight of sodium oxalate, 1.5 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate and 2.5 parts by weight of glycerol into 33.7 parts by weight of deionized water to prepare a mixed solution, adding 10 parts by weight of aluminum borate whisker into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 500rpm, adding 0.3 part by weight of triethanolamine, and uniformly stirring to obtain an aluminum borate whisker mixed solution;
s2, adding 3 parts by weight of titanium dioxide into 15 parts by weight of aluminum borate whisker mixed solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 25min at 500W, adding 0.6 part by weight of stearic acid, stirring uniformly at 80 ℃, filtering, and drying to obtain the modified aluminum borate whisker.
To further demonstrate the effect of the present invention, the following test methods were provided:
1. the rock panels described in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2, 5 were subjected to tactile evaluation, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the rock plate of the present invention has a smooth and fine touch and a jatropha-like touch, while the use of the ternary lubricant comprising calcium fluoride, magnesium trifluoromethanesulfonate, and hexagonal boron nitride as the lubricant enables the rock plate to have a smooth, fine, and jatropha-like touch as in comparative example 1 and comparative examples 1 and 2, while the use of the aluminum borate whisker instead of the modified aluminum borate whisker affects the touch of the rock plate and does not have a jatropha-like touch as in comparative example 1 and comparative example 5.
2. The glaze wear resistance is tested by the test method in GB/T3810.7-2016 (determination of glazed tile surface wear resistance), the wear value is tested at 6000 revolutions, and the test result is shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the rock panels according to the invention have good wear resistance.
Comparing example 1 with comparative example 3, it can be seen that the wear resistance can be improved more remarkably by using the potassium-containing mineral of the present invention than by using potassium feldspar alone.
Compared with the comparative examples 4 to 7, the modified aluminum borate whisker can obviously improve the wear resistance of the rock plate, and the modified aluminum borate whisker prepared by different modification methods has different improvements on the wear resistance of the rock plate.
In light of the foregoing description of preferred embodiments according to the invention, it is clear that many changes and modifications can be made by the person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A rock plate with a mutton tallow jade touch feeling is characterized by comprising a blank layer and a glaze layer from bottom to top, wherein the glaze layer is formed by applying mutton tallow jade glaze on the blank layer and sintering;
the mutton tallow jade glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-40 parts of potassium-containing mineral, 20-30 parts of kaolin, 15-20 parts of quartz sand, 6-11 parts of modified aluminum borate whisker, 4-8 parts of spodumene, 3-7 parts of lubricant and 1-4 parts of calcium silicate.
2. The rock plate with a sheepskin jade touch according to claim 1, wherein the sheepskin jade glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-35 parts of potassium-containing mineral, 20-28 parts of kaolin, 15-18 parts of quartz sand, 8-11 parts of modified aluminum borate whisker, 5-8 parts of spodumene, 4-7 parts of lubricant and 1-3 parts of calcium silicate.
3. The rock plate with a sheepskin jade touch according to claim 1, wherein the sheepskin jade glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 33 parts of potassium-containing mineral, 26 parts of kaolin, 16 parts of quartz sand, 10 parts of modified aluminum borate whisker, 7 parts of spodumene, 6 parts of lubricant and 2 parts of calcium silicate.
4. The rock plate with a mutton tallow jade feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein the potassium-containing mineral is formed by mixing illite, potash feldspar and muscovite according to a weight ratio of 2-8: 1-5: 1 to 4.
5. The rock plate with a mutton tallow jade feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein the potassium-containing mineral is composed of illite, potash feldspar, muscovite mica in a weight ratio of 5: 3: 2.
6. The rock plate with a sheepskin jade touch according to claim 1, wherein the modified aluminum borate whiskers are prepared by a method comprising:
s1, adding 1-4 parts by weight of sodium oxalate, 1-3 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate and 2-5 parts by weight of glycerol into 20-40 parts by weight of deionized water to prepare a mixed solution, adding 8-15 parts by weight of aluminum borate whisker into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 300-1000 rpm, adding 0.1-0.4 part by weight of triethanolamine, and uniformly stirring to obtain an aluminum borate whisker mixed solution;
s2, adding 0.8-2 parts by weight of phosphoric acid, 0.5-2 parts by weight of acetic acid and 0.2-0.6 part by weight of bis (dioctyloxypyrophosphate) ethylene titanate into 20-40 parts by weight of deionized water, uniformly mixing to prepare a modified solution, adding 2-6 parts by weight of white carbon black into the modified solution, uniformly stirring, washing with deionized water, and drying to constant weight to obtain modified white carbon black;
s3, adding 1-4 parts by weight of modified white carbon black into 10-40 parts by weight of aluminum borate whisker mixed solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10-35 min at 300-800W, adding 0.5-2 parts by weight of stearic acid, stirring uniformly at 70-85 ℃, filtering, and drying to obtain the modified aluminum borate whisker.
7. The rock plate with a sheepskin jade feel according to claim 1, wherein said lubricant is comprised of calcium fluoride, magnesium triflate, hexagonal boron nitride in a weight ratio of 1: 0.2-2: 0.2-2.

The rock plate with a mutton tallow jade touch feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein the green body layer is prepared by ball milling, mixing, pressing, sintering and edging the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of potassium feldspar, 20-30 parts of kaolin, 15-25 parts of quartz sand, 10-15 parts of aluminum borate whisker, 4-8 parts of spodumene and 2-5 parts of calcium silicate.

The rock plate with a mutton tallow jade touch feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein the green body layer is prepared by ball milling, mixing, pressing, sintering and edging the following raw materials in parts by weight: 36 parts of potassium feldspar, 24 parts of kaolin, 18 parts of quartz sand, 12 parts of aluminum borate whisker, 6 parts of spodumene and 4 parts of calcium silicate.
10. A method for preparing a rock plate having a sheepskin jade touch, for preparing the rock plate having a sheepskin jade touch of any of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
s11, adding the raw materials for preparing the blank layer into a ball mill, uniformly ball-milling, sieving with a 100-400-mesh sieve, drying, and using 3000-7000 tons/m2Pressing the blank to a thickness of 5-20 mm to obtain a blank, and sintering the blank at 1250-1290 ℃ for 40-80 min to obtain a blank layer;
s12, applying a sheepskin jade glaze material on the blank layer, wherein the glazing amount is 150-300 g/m2And sintering at 1250-1290 ℃ for 60-100 min to obtain the rock plate with the mutton tallow jade touch feeling.
