referring to fig. 15, in the prior art, a chinese invention patent, such as patent No. CN201310257684.9, discloses a middle trough and a scraper conveyor 1 having the same, which includes a prior art shovel ledge 3, a prior art baffle ledge 2, a prior art bottom plate 5, a prior art middle plate 4, the prior art shovel ledge 3, the prior art baffle ledge 2, the prior art bottom plate 5, the prior art middle plate 4, and a prior art pushing lug connected together by welding; the middle groove in the prior art also comprises a bottom plate 5, the whole height of the middle groove is high, more materials are lost in casting and cannot be used in a short mine hole, a scraper chain surrounds the whole middle plate in the operation process, the scraper chain is not easy to detect and is easy to break, and the scraper chain is not easy to maintain after being broken; and the shovel board and the bottom plate among the prior art are located same horizontal plane, and the middle part groove collides easily at the in-process of turning, leads to the easy wearing and tearing of shovel board among the prior art.
Referring to fig. 18, the middle trough of the bottom-chain-free scraper conveyor for mining of the present invention includes: the scraper chain scraper comprises a scraper ledge, a supporting plate and a baffle ledge, wherein the scraper ledge is connected with one end of the supporting plate, the other end of the supporting plate is connected with the baffle ledge, the baffle ledge is connected with a baffle, one end of the baffle is connected with the baffle ledge, the other end of the baffle is a free end, the upper surface of the supporting plate is a scraper chain running space, and the baffle can prevent a small amount of coal blocks falling off during the running process of a coal mining machine from entering a chain returning channel to influence the running of the scraper chain. The invention has no bottom plate in the prior art, and the heights of the baffle ledge and the shovel board ledge are reduced by one third to one half compared with the prior art, so that the height of the whole conveying trough is reduced, the conveying trough can adapt to shorter mine holes, materials can be saved in the casting process, the weight of the cast conveying trough is obviously reduced, and the supporting plate selects a preset thickness according to the conveyed coal quantity and the size of the scraper chain, so that the conveying trough can meet the strength of material transportation; in addition, the scraper chain moves horizontally on the upper surface of the supporting plate, the scraper chain is not easy to break in the operation process of the scraper chain, the scraper chain can be checked on the upper surface of the supporting plate, and once the scraper chain is broken, the scraper chain can be directly maintained on the upper surface of the supporting plate, so that the operation is convenient; according to the invention, the lower surface of the shovel plate and the lower surface of the supporting plate form a certain included angle, so that the conveying groove is more flexible in the turning process, and the abrasion between the shovel plates is reduced.

The mining drag chain-less variable angle scraper conveyor of claim 1, wherein the first variable angle center trough comprises: the first supporting plate, the first baffle ledge, the first shovel ledge and the elastic baffle, wherein two sides of the first supporting plate are respectively connected with the first shovel ledge and the first baffle ledge, and the second variable-angle middle groove comprises: the length of the first baffle is larger than that of the second baffle, two sides of the second baffle are connected with the first baffle and the second baffle respectively, one end of the first support plate is in pin joint with one end of the second support plate, the other end of the first support plate is connected with the middle grooves on the same side, the other end of the second support plate is connected with the middle grooves on the same side, the ledge of the first baffle is connected with the first baffle through the elastic baffle, and the ledge of the first baffle is connected with the second baffle through the turning assembly.

The mining drag-less chain variable angle scraper conveyor of claim 3, wherein the turning assembly comprises: the first connecting plate is in threaded connection with the first shovel board ledge, the second connecting plate is in threaded connection with the second baffle, long holes are formed in the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, the first connecting plate can move on the side wall of the first shovel board ledge, the second connecting plate can move on the side wall of the second baffle, the first bearing seat, the roller and the second bearing seat are sequentially sleeved on the shaft, two ends of the first bearing seat are in threaded connection with the upper portions of the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate respectively, two ends of the second bearing seat are in threaded connection with the lower portions of the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate respectively, the roller is located between the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat and is in contact with the upper surfaces of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate, and the shaft is located at the connection position of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate.

The endless chain variable angle scraper conveyor for mining according to claim 4, wherein a first receiving groove is formed in a side of the first pallet connected to the first shovel ledge, a second receiving groove is formed in a side of the second pallet connected to the second apron, the first receiving groove and the second receiving groove are not in the same horizontal plane, a first coal deflector is disposed on a side of the first connecting plate, the first coal deflector can be received in the first receiving groove, a second coal deflector is disposed on a side of the second connecting plate, and the second coal deflector can be received in the second receiving groove.

The mining bottomless chain variable angle scraper conveyor of claim 1, wherein the scraper assembly comprises: the scraper blade body, walking wheel, the one end of scraper blade body with chain fixed connection, the other end of scraper blade body is the free end, the walking wheel is located the lower part of scraper blade body free end, just the walking wheel with the upper surface contact of conveyer trough, the walking wheel provides the support for scraper blade body motion in-process.
7. The mining chainless variable angle scraper conveyor of claim 1, wherein the spacing between adjacent scraper bodies is greater than the circumference of the first set of sprocket shafts.
