Comparative example:
referring to fig. 15, in the prior art, a chinese invention patent, such as patent No. CN201310257684.9, discloses a middle trough and a scraper conveyor 1 having the middle trough, which includes a prior art shovel ledge 3, a prior art baffle ledge 2, a prior art bottom plate 5, a prior art middle plate 4, the prior art shovel ledge 3, the prior art baffle ledge 2, the prior art bottom plate 5, the prior art middle plate 4, and a prior art pushing lug connected together by welding; the middle groove in the prior art also comprises a bottom plate 5, the whole height of the middle groove is high, more materials are lost in casting and cannot be used in a short mine hole, a scraper chain surrounds the whole middle plate in the operation process, the scraper chain is not easy to detect and is easy to break, and the scraper chain is not easy to maintain after being broken; and the shovel board and the bottom plate among the prior art are located same horizontal plane, and the middle part groove collides easily at the in-process of turning, leads to the easy wearing and tearing of shovel board among the prior art.
Referring to fig. 18, the middle trough of the bottom-chain-free scraper conveyor for mining of the present invention includes: the scraper chain scraper comprises a scraper ledge, a supporting plate and a baffle ledge, wherein the scraper ledge is connected with one end of the supporting plate, the other end of the supporting plate is connected with the baffle ledge, the baffle ledge is connected with a baffle, one end of the baffle is connected with the baffle ledge, the other end of the baffle is a free end, the upper surface of the supporting plate is a scraper chain running space, and the baffle can prevent a small amount of coal blocks falling off during the running process of a coal mining machine from entering a chain returning channel to influence the running of the scraper chain. The invention has no bottom plate in the prior art, and the height of the baffle ledge and the shovel board ledge is reduced by one third to one half compared with the prior art, so that the height of the whole conveying trough is reduced, the conveying trough can adapt to shorter mine holes, materials can be saved in the casting process, the weight of the cast conveying trough is obviously reduced, and the supporting plate selects the predetermined thickness according to the conveyed coal quantity and the size of the scraper chain, so that the conveying trough can meet the strength of material transportation; in addition, the scraper chain moves horizontally on the upper surface of the supporting plate, the scraper chain is not easy to break in the operation process of the scraper chain, the scraper chain can be checked on the upper surface of the supporting plate, and once the scraper chain is broken, the scraper chain can be directly maintained on the upper surface of the supporting plate, so that the operation is convenient; according to the invention, the lower surface of the shovel plate and the lower surface of the supporting plate form a certain included angle, so that the conveying groove is more flexible in the turning process, and the abrasion between the shovel plates is reduced.
