Furthermore, directional phrases used in this disclosure, such as, for example, upper, lower, top, bottom, front, rear, left, right, inner, outer, lateral, peripheral, central, horizontal, lateral, vertical, longitudinal, axial, radial, uppermost or lowermost, etc., refer only to the orientation of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for the purpose of illustration and understanding of the present disclosure, and are not used to limit the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, one embodiment of the present application provides a cart 10 for transporting batteries, comprising: a handle 100; a vehicle body frame 101 connected to the handle 100; a plurality of mounts 102 provided on the vehicle body frame 101; and a plurality of steering wheels 103 provided at the bottom of the body frame 101; the plurality of holders 102 further include a plurality of rollers 104 fixed on the plurality of holders 102.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, since the battery used in the automated guided vehicle 30 is generally about 50 kg and is not easy to carry, the present embodiment develops a cart 10 for transporting the battery, the battery 20 is placed on the plurality of rollers 104, and the plurality of rollers 104 can rotate in situ in a predetermined direction to feed the battery 20 into the automated guided vehicle 30, so as to reduce the danger when the worker changes the battery. In addition, referring to fig. 1, the plurality of rollers 104 are respectively assembled in two rows and can rotate in place in a predetermined direction, each roller 104 is assembled on a top surface of the body frame 101, two sides of each roller 104 are respectively assembled and fixed on the body frame 101, and a wheel body of each roller 104 can rotate in place in the predetermined direction, so as to facilitate sliding and carrying of the battery 20 with a heavy weight on the trailer. The rollers 104 are fixed on the fixing frame 102 to prevent the rollers 104 from being dislocated or damaged due to the heavy weight of the battery 20 during transportation, in addition, stoppers 105 for fixing the battery 20 are further provided on two sides of the upper surface of the vehicle body frame 101 to prevent the battery 20 from falling to two sides during transportation, the stoppers 105 may be made of polyvinyl chloride, and it should be noted that the distance between the stoppers 105 needs to be adjusted according to batteries with different sizes to ensure that the battery can be fixed during transportation.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to avoid damage caused by too large force of the cart 10 for transporting batteries contacting the automatic guiding cart 30 when the batteries are replaced, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the cart 10 for transporting batteries further includes a buffer pad 106 disposed on a side surface of the body frame 101, so as to effectively reduce the force of impact, and the material of the buffer pad 106 may include silicon rubber or other materials with buffering effect.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, in order to prevent the battery 20 from sliding down in the direction of the plurality of rollers 104 rotating during the transportation process, the cart 10 for transporting the battery further includes a blocking plate 107 disposed on the side surface of the vehicle body frame 101, wherein one end of the blocking plate 107 is pivotally connected to the side surface of the vehicle body frame 101 and is fixed after the blocking plate 107 pivots, for example, the friction force between the blocking plate 107 and the vehicle body frame 101 can cause the blocking plate 107 to pivot and fix after the blocking plate 107 pivots, or other pivoting fixing limiting mechanism designs can achieve the effect of the pivoting and fixing after the pivoting and fixing, and the blocking plate 107 is partially higher than the side surface of the vehicle body frame 101, so as to prevent the battery 20 from sliding down to the ground in the direction of the plurality of rollers 104 rotating during the transportation process and causing battery damage or operator carelessness, of course, the blocking piece 107 may be partially raised above the surface of the body frame 101 by other means as long as it can ensure that the battery 20 does not slip off during transportation, and the material of the blocking piece 107 may include polyvinyl chloride.
Further, in order to ensure that the vehicle body frame 101 can support the battery 20 with a weight of about 50 kg, the material of the vehicle body frame 101 may include stainless steel, and at the same time, in order to reduce the weight of the cart 10 for transporting the battery as much as possible, the present embodiment is specially designed for the structure of the vehicle body frame 101, specifically, referring to fig. 1, the vehicle body frame 101 further includes a first horizontal frame 1011 and a second horizontal frame 1012, wherein the first horizontal frame 1011 and the second horizontal frame 1012 are square-shaped, and four corners of the first horizontal frame 1011 and four corners of the second horizontal frame 1012 are connected by four vertical frames 1013, and by the hollow design, the weight of the vehicle body frame 101 itself can be reduced to a certain extent under the condition that the vehicle body frame 101 has enough supporting force for the battery 20, so that the operator can push the cart 10 for transporting the battery more easily, it should be noted that the first horizontal frame 1011, the second horizontal frame 1012 and the four vertical frames 1013 may be integrally formed or separately manufactured, and this embodiment does not limit the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the four vertical frames 1013 can be extended and contracted to adjust the height of the vehicle body frame 101, referring to fig. 3, by such a design, a worker can push the battery 20 into the battery compartment of the automated guided vehicle 30 more conveniently, and even if the position of the battery compartment of the automated guided vehicle 30 is changed, the cart 10 for transporting batteries proposed in the present embodiment can replace the battery by changing the height of the vehicle body frame 101, and there is no need to additionally redesign the structure of the cart 10 for transporting batteries.
In this embodiment, in order to further ensure the supporting force of the cart for transporting batteries 10 on the batteries 20, the materials of the plurality of direction wheels 103 may include teflon, and in addition, in order to further ensure the safety when the batteries 20 are pushed into the battery compartment of the automated guided vehicle 30, the plurality of direction wheels 103 further include fixing pieces 108, the fixing pieces 108 may be a structure for fixing the direction wheels 103 by pivoting on one side, each fixing piece 108 may prevent each direction wheel 103 from rotating when the direction wheel 103 is fixed by pushing the fixing piece 108, and after the cart for transporting batteries 10 is pushed to a predetermined position, the plurality of direction wheels 103 may be fixed by the fixing pieces 108 to prevent the direction wheel 103 from rotating, thereby preventing the batteries 20 from slipping down due to the movement of the cart for transporting batteries 10, the safety of the battery replacement process is increased.
In summary, the present application can effectively increase the speed and safety of battery replacement by using the cart to transport a heavy battery, and in addition, the present application can reduce the burden of the operator in carrying the battery to a certain extent by arranging a series of components on the cart according to the weight characteristics of the battery and the actual situation of the battery replacement, and can more effectively reduce the danger in replacing the battery of the automated guided vehicle by optimizing the structure of the cart.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, and it should be noted that modifications and refinements may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present disclosure, and these modifications and refinements should also be construed as the protection scope of the present disclosure.
