本发明涉及汽车用动力传动装置技术领域,具体为一种用于纵置后驱混合动力车辆的动力传动装置。
背景技术
石油短缺、环境污染、气候变暖是全球汽车产业面对的共同挑战,发展新能源汽车已成为趋势,新能源汽车必将成为21世纪汽车工业发展的热点。而现行新能源汽车中,在技术上比较成熟的混合动力系统成为现阶段解决汽车能耗和环境污染的可行技术方案,其核心动力动力传动装置也就成为各公司研发的重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于纵置后驱混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,结构紧凑,通过离合器与制动器的相互开闭,以实现纯电动和混合动力驱动模式。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于纵置后驱混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,包括动力源一、动力源二、动力源三、换挡组件、传动组件、以及差速器总成,所述动力源一、动力源三、换挡组件、传动组件均以变速器内壳体为载体进行构建。
所述动力源一包括电机一和第一传动齿轮,所述动力源二包括发动机和固定在发动机输出轴上的离合器一;
所述换挡组件包括太阳轮、行星架、齿圈、设置在行星架的行星轮、离合器二、制动器、以及离合器三,所述行星轮同时与太阳轮和齿圈啮合,且太阳轮、行星架、齿圈、离合器二、制动器、以及离合器三的轴线重合,在齿圈的左侧同轴固定有第二传动齿轮,第二传动齿轮与第一传动齿轮啮合,在第二传动齿轮的左侧设有连接部一,用于与离合器一连接,所述离合器二同轴心固定在齿圈的右侧壁上,所述太阳轮的左侧延伸设有用于与离合器二连接的连接部二,所述制动器设置在太阳轮的右侧,在太阳轮的右侧延伸设有用于与制动器连接的连接部三,所述离合器三同轴固定在行星架的右侧,所述离合器三与第三传动齿轮左侧的连接部四连接;
所述动力源三包括电机二和第四传动齿轮,所述第四传动齿轮固定在电机二的输出轴上;
所述传动组件包括同轴固定连接的第五传动齿轮和第六传动齿轮,所述第四传动齿轮与第六传动齿轮啮合,所述第三传动齿轮与第五传动齿轮啮合,所述第五传动齿轮与差速器总成的差速器减速齿轮啮合。

在纯电动模式时,离合器一2、离合器二16、离合器三17和制动器9均打开,采用电机二12单独驱动,电机二12通过减速齿轮副13直接将动力经差速器总成15传递至车轮14,该模式定义为第一挡位纯电动驱动模式即固定传动比纯电动模式EV-1。
打开离合器一2、离合器二16,闭合制动器9和离合器三17,采用电机一3和电机二12同时驱动,该模式定义为第二挡位纯电动驱动模式EV-2,在该驱动模式下,动力传动装置能够输出较大的驱动扭矩,该模式也作为纯电动状态的大扭矩输出模式。
随着车速的增加,控制制动器9和离合器一2为打开状态,离合器二16和离合器三17为闭合状态,采用电机一3和电机二12同时驱动,该模式定义为第三挡位纯电动驱动模式EV-3。
在混合动力驱动模式下,控制制动器9、离合器二16和离合器三17为打开状态,离合器一2为闭合状态,整个传动系统为串联驱动,该模式定义为第一挡位混合动力模式HEV-1。
控制离合器二16打开,制动器9、离合器一2和离合器三17闭合,采用发动机1能够与电机二12共同驱动,在该固定传动比模式下能够输出较大的扭矩,可实现系统的并联驱动,该模式定义为第二挡位混合动力驱动模式HEV-2,该模式作为混合动力模式下的大扭矩驱动模式,可以在车辆爬坡起步时等情况下使用。
当车辆车速较高时,控制制动器9打开,离合器一2、离合器二16和离合器三17闭合,采用发动机1能够与电机二12共同驱动,在该模式下能够输出较高转速,该模式定义为第三挡位混合动力驱动模式HEV-3,该模式作为混合动力模式下的高转速驱动模式,在车辆高速情况下使用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于纵置后驱混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,包括动力源一、动力源二、动力源三、换挡组件、传动组件(13)、以及差速器总成(15),所述动力源一、动力源三、换挡组件、传动组件(13)均以变速器内壳体为载体进行构建,其特征在于:
所述动力源一包括电机一(3)和第一传动齿轮(5),所述动力源二包括发动机(1)和固定在发动机(1)输出轴上的离合器一(2);
所述换挡组件包括太阳轮(8)、行星架、齿圈(6)、设置在行星架的行星轮(7)、离合器二(16)、制动器(9)、以及离合器三(17),所述行星轮(7)同时与太阳轮(8)和齿圈(6)啮合,且太阳轮(8)、行星架、齿圈(6)、离合器二(16)、制动器(9)、以及离合器三(17)的轴线重合,在齿圈(6)的左侧同轴固定有第二传动齿轮(4),第二传动齿轮(4)与第一传动齿轮(5)啮合,在第二传动齿轮(4)的左侧设有连接部一,用于与离合器一(2)连接,所述离合器二(16)同轴心固定在齿圈(6)的右侧壁上,所述太阳轮(8)的左侧延伸设有用于与离合器二(16)连接的连接部二,所述制动器(9)设置在太阳轮(8)的右侧,在太阳轮(8)的右侧延伸设有用于与制动器(19)连接的连接部三,所述离合器三(17)同轴固定在行星架的右侧,所述离合器三(17)与第三传动齿轮(10)左侧的连接部四连接;
所述动力源三包括电机二(12)和第四传动齿轮(11),所述第四传动齿轮(11)固定在电机二(12)的输出轴上;
所述传动组件(13)包括同轴固定连接的第五传动齿轮(18)和第六传动齿轮(19),所述第四传动齿轮(11)与第六传动齿轮(19)啮合,所述第三传动齿轮(10)与第五传动齿轮(18)啮合,所述第五传动齿轮(18)与差速器总成(15)的差速器减速齿轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纵置后驱混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述行星轮(7)预装在行星架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纵置后驱混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述发动机输入轴(18)、离合器一(2)、离合器二(16)、制动器(9)、离合器三(17)的中心轴线处于同一条水平线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纵置后驱混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述离合器一(2)、离合器二(16)、制动器(9)、以及离合器三(17)均采用多片湿式换挡元件。
