本发明公开了一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板,由耐磨高铬板、泡沫铝板和钢板复合而成;耐磨高铬板、泡沫铝板和钢板从上至下依次设置;蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板通过以下步骤制备而成:将泡沫铝板、耐磨高铬板、钢板按尺寸要求下料;去除金属钎焊接触表面的油污及氧化皮;将需要复合的接触面布满钎焊剂,叠放好,并进行重力加压;将压合成的板材置放到真空炉内加热,加热温度为380‑420℃;待钎焊完成后,随炉冷却至室温,出炉,得到抗冲击复合耐磨板。本发明既具有耐磨性能又具有抗冲击。

一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝板材生产技术领域,具体涉及一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板及其制作方法。
背景技术
由于蜂窝材料具有抗高风压、减震,隔音、保温、阻燃和比强度高等优良性能,国外六十年代已在民用各领域使用,而且发展很快,我国蜂窝技术才在民用工业的各领域应用。
在很多工业领域上,要用到既要耐磨性能又要有抗冲击的板材,现有的蜂窝状板材满足不了这种需求。
专利号CN201820792660.1,公开了一种抗冲击耐磨衬板,包括衬板本体,所述衬板本体上开设有缓冲槽,所述缓冲槽内设置有缓冲耐磨板,所述缓冲耐磨板从下至上依次由钢板基层、橡胶层和陶瓷耐磨层粘结而成,所述衬板本体的四角贯穿设有安装孔,所述安装孔中插接有安装螺栓,所述衬板本体的一侧设置有凸卡边,所述衬板本体的另一侧设置有与凸卡边相扣合的凹扣槽。上述的抗冲击耐磨衬板结构复杂,不易生产,而且影响的板材本身的强度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板及其制作方法,既具有耐磨性能又具有抗冲击。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板,由耐磨高铬板、泡沫铝板和钢板复合而成;所述的耐磨高铬板、泡沫铝板和钢板从上至下依次设置;所述蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板通过以下步骤制备而成:
1)将泡沫铝板、耐磨高铬板、钢板按尺寸要求下料;
2)去除金属钎焊接触表面的油污及氧化皮;
3)将需要复合的接触面布满钎焊剂,叠放好,并进行重力加压;
4)将步骤3)压合成的板材置放到真空炉内加热,加热温度为380-420℃;
5)待钎焊完成后,随炉冷却至室温,出炉,得到抗冲击复合耐磨板。
进一步地,所述的泡沫铝板的厚度为钢板厚度的5-8倍;所述耐磨高铬板的厚度为钢板的4-6倍。
进一步地,加热温度为400℃。
本发明提供一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将泡沫铝板、耐磨高铬板、普通薄板按尺寸要求下料;
2)去除金属钎焊接触表面的油污及氧化皮;
3)将需要复合的接触面布满钎焊剂,叠放好,并进行重力加压;
4)将步骤3)压合成的板材置放到真空炉内加热,加热温度为380-420℃;
5)待钎焊完成后,随炉冷却至室温,出炉,得到抗冲击复合耐磨板。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的制备的蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板表面设置耐磨高铬板,抗冲击性较强,在遇到较大冲击力时不会造成基板表面耐磨高铬板发生脱落的现象,使得复合耐磨板不易损坏,进而有效降低了用户的使用成本,能够满足港口、电厂、矿山、冶金等行业的使用要求。
本发明在耐磨高铬板和钢板之间设置泡沫铝板,泡沫铝板具有密度小、高吸收冲击能力强、耐高温、防火性能强、抗腐蚀、隔音降噪、导热率低、电磁屏蔽性高、耐候性强,将耐磨高铬板、泡沫铝板和钢板复合制备既具有耐磨性能又具有抗冲击的蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板。

下面将通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
参考图1,为本发明的一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板,由耐磨高铬板1、泡沫铝板2和钢板3复合而成;所述的耐磨高铬板1、泡沫铝板2和钢板3从上至下依次设置;泡沫铝板的厚度为钢板3厚度的6倍;所述耐磨高铬板1的厚度为钢板3的5倍。
本发明蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板通过以下步骤制备而成:
1)将泡沫铝板、耐磨高铬板、钢板按尺寸要求下料;
2)去除金属钎焊接触表面的油污及氧化皮;
3)将需要复合的接触面布满钎焊剂,叠放好,并进行重力加压;
4)将步骤3)压合成的板材置放到真空炉内加热,加热温度为400℃。
5)待钎焊完成后,随炉冷却至室温,出炉,得到抗冲击复合耐磨板。
本实施例中蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板冲击强度为8.9J/cm2
实施例2
为本发明的一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板,由耐磨高铬板1、泡沫铝板2和钢板3复合而成;所述的耐磨高铬板1、泡沫铝板2和钢板3从上至下依次设置;泡沫铝板的厚度为钢板3厚度的8倍;所述耐磨高铬板1的厚度为钢板3的6倍。
本发明蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板通过以下步骤制备而成:
1)将泡沫铝板、耐磨高铬板、钢板按尺寸要求下料;
2)去除金属钎焊接触表面的油污及氧化皮;
3)将需要复合的接触面布满钎焊剂,叠放好,并进行重力加压;
4)将步骤3)压合成的板材置放到真空炉内加热,加热温度为380℃;
5)待钎焊完成后,随炉冷却至室温,出炉,得到抗冲击复合耐磨板。
本实施例中蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板冲击强度为8.4J/cm2
实施例3
为本发明的一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板,由耐磨高铬板1、泡沫铝板2和钢板3复合而成;所述的耐磨高铬板1、泡沫铝板2和钢板3从上至下依次设置;泡沫铝板的厚度为钢板3厚度的5倍;所述耐磨高铬板1的厚度为钢板3的4倍。
蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板通过以下步骤制备而成:
1)将泡沫铝板、耐磨高铬板、钢板按尺寸要求下料;
2)去除金属钎焊接触表面的油污及氧化皮;
3)将需要复合的接触面布满钎焊剂,叠放好,并进行重力加压;
4)将步骤3)压合成的板材置放到真空炉内加热,加热温度为420℃;
5)待钎焊完成后,随炉冷却至室温,出炉,得到抗冲击复合耐磨板。
本实施例中蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板冲击强度为7.9J/cm2

1.一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板,其特征在于:由耐磨高铬板(1)、泡沫铝板(2)和钢板(3)复合而成;所述的耐磨高铬板(1)、泡沫铝板(2)和钢板(3)从上至下依次设置;所述蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板通过以下步骤制备而成:
1)将泡沫铝板、耐磨高铬板、钢板按尺寸要求下料;
2)去除金属钎焊接触表面的油污及氧化皮;
3)将需要复合的接触面布满钎焊剂,叠放好,并进行重力加压;
4)将步骤3)压合成的板材置放到真空炉内加热,加热温度为380-420℃;
5)待钎焊完成后,随炉冷却至室温,出炉,得到抗冲击复合耐磨板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板,其特征在于:所述的泡沫铝板的厚度为钢板(3)厚度的5-8倍;所述耐磨高铬板(1)的厚度为钢板(3)的4-6倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板,其特征在于:步骤4)的加热温度为400℃。
4.权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝状抗冲击耐磨板的制作方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)将泡沫铝板、耐磨高铬板、普通薄板按尺寸要求下料;
2)去除金属钎焊接触表面的油污及氧化皮;
3)将需要复合的接触面布满钎焊剂,叠放好,并进行重力加压;
4)将步骤3)压合成的板材置放到真空炉内加热,加热温度为380-420℃;
5)待钎焊完成后,随炉冷却至室温,出炉,得到抗冲击复合耐磨板。
