Description

Tooth paste capable of simultaneously nursing teeth and gums and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oral care products, in particular to a dental paste capable of simultaneously caring teeth and gums and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Normal healthy teeth are shiny, yellowish white, with a texture similar to ceramics. However, for various reasons, teeth may also develop discoloration. Common extrinsic staining causes of teeth are the following:
pigment in diet, such as long-term tea drinking, coffee, smoking, etc.
2, poor oral hygiene, causing external pigmentation on the tooth surface.
Certain drugs, such as chlorhexidine, can cause staining of the tooth surface.
4, occupational factors such as certain prolonged exposure to iron, sulfur, etc., color the teeth.
5, other factors, such as the growth of pigmented bacteria in the oral cavity, can contribute to exogenous staining.
Exogenous staining is one of the common factors of tooth discoloration, and at the present stage, except for treatment of medical institutions going to the profession, the main method for removing exogenous staining is to use toothpaste with whitening efficacy, whiten tooth paste or use whitening gel products.
The main action mechanism of the whitening tooth paste is to decolorize exogenous coloring matters by using a strong oxidant so as to achieve the whitening effect. However, the strong oxidizing agent, represented by peroxide, can cause some damage to the teeth themselves, such as sensitivity of the teeth, over time. In addition, if the whitening strip contacts the gum portion, the gum portion is adversely affected. Even without contacting the gums, the whitening strip product is just a non-damaging gum. During the process of whitening the teeth, the gum part is not maintained. Whitening patches are too single in efficacy and can cause tooth sensitivity as a point of pain that needs industry resolution.
The functional components aiming at tooth desensitization at the present stage are mainly divided into two types. The first is represented by a tooth remineralizing agent, and the main mechanism is to remineralize teeth by fluorine element or the like, and to block dentinal tubules, thereby reducing tooth sensitivity. The other is represented by desensitizing agents, such as potassium ions, which can be used to some extent as desensitizing agents to reduce the symptoms of dental hypersensitivity. Although such research is occurring in domestic and foreign papers, it cannot be organically combined with common products.
The daily problems of gums are mainly manifested in red and swollen gums, pain and the like. Many herbs or essential oils have some effect on this condition. Such as honeysuckle, dandelion, ginger essential oil, tea tree essential oil, propolis, etc. For daily maintenance of gums, chrysanthemum, vitamin E and its derivatives, vitamin C and its derivatives are all good choices. The gel patch prepared from the active ingredients is tightly attached to the gum, so that the active ingredients can directly contact the gum, and the efficiency of the active ingredients on the gum is improved.
In the prior art CN 112107509A, a whitening tooth paste containing hyaluronic acid is disclosed, which uses the characteristics of hyaluronic acid to care gums to achieve the purpose of preventing the damage of the whitening agent in the tooth paste to the gums. However, the dental tape does not directly contact the gums, so that it is difficult for the active ingredient to properly care for the gum region.
Disclosure of Invention
First, the technical problem to be solved
In order to avoid damage to gums by commonly used tooth care ingredients while caring teeth and gums through one dental patch, the present invention explores and provides a dental patch capable of simultaneously caring teeth and gums and a preparation method thereof.

The subject was allowed to evaluate the tooth sensitivity of the subject by using the dental tape prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, and comparative example 1 for one hour, using a method of vertically blowing cold air, and the subject recorded the sensitivity after the teeth were stimulated.
Sensitivity evaluation criteria: according to the evaluation criteria of shichuan two, 3 degrees is stimulation may induce intolerable pain, 2 degrees is stimulation may induce significant pain, but may be tolerated, 1 degree is stimulation may induce pain that is mild or inadaptation, and 0 degree is cold or mechanical stimulus pain.
Efficacy assessment criteria: the "significant effect" is that the difference between the sensitivity before and after use is not less than 2, the "effective" is that the difference between the sensitivity before and after use is 1, the "ineffective" is that the difference between the sensitivity before and after treatment is 0, and the "deteriorated" is that the difference between the sensitivity before and after treatment is negative.
Wherein, the effective rate=effective number/tested person number is 100%, and the effective rate=effective person number/tested person number is 100%. The results are shown in Table 4 below.
