Detailed Description
The invention relates to a medical line, in particular to a line hanging structure for treating anal fistula diseases and a preparation method of an elastic line forming the line hanging structure, and the main technical content of the invention is explained in detail by a plurality of embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the wire hanging structure of the present invention includes an elastic wire 1 and a separation tube 2.
Specifically, the elastic thread 1 is composed of a rubber band 11 and a medical thread 12 wound on the outer portion of the rubber band 11. The rubber band 11 of the elastic thread 1 is a non-annular closed elastic rubber band structure formed by medical silicon rubber, and is basically the same as the rubber band of a conventional thread hanging structure. The medical thread 12 is a medical thread impregnated and attached with traditional Chinese medicine for treating anal fistula diseases, and the medical thread 12 is wound outside the rubber band 11 compactly and uniformly along the length direction of the rubber band 11 in a winding mode which is easy to wind and has little influence on the medical thread 12.
The isolation tube 2 is a hollow tube structure formed by medical plastic, has no elasticity except the deformability of the material, and is basically the same as the conventional infusion tube; thus, the elastic force of the isolation tube 2 is inevitably much smaller than the elastic force of the rubber band 11 of the elastic thread 1. The inner hole of the isolation tube 2 is a through hole structure, and the diameter of the inner hole of the isolation tube 2 is basically equal to the thickness of the elastic thread 1 which is folded together in a double-layer mode, namely the inner hole of the isolation tube 2 is required to allow the elastic thread 1 to pass through in a double-layer folding state. The length of the isolation tube 2 is at least required to form linear directional support on the surrounding elastic line 1 at the corresponding affected part, namely when the isolation tube 2 is sleeved on a certain part of the circumference of the elastic line 1, a certain transverse support length exists, and the annular elastic line 1 outside the isolation tube 2 is prevented from being too close to a whole ring; according to the treatment condition of general anal fistula diseases, the length of the isolation tube 2 usually ranges from 2 cm to 3.5 cm.
The thread hanging structure composed of the elastic thread 1 and the isolation tube 2 is characterized in that a ring buckle 3 capable of buckling and hanging the affected part is formed on one side of the isolation tube 2 in a mode that two ends of the elastic thread 1 are threaded in the isolation tube 2 in the cross direction. The cross direction threading means that one end of the elastic thread 1 penetrates out from left to right in the isolation pipe 2, the other end penetrates out from right to left in the isolation pipe 2, two ends of the elastic thread 1 penetrate out from cross in the isolation pipe 2 and form cross and overlap fit in the isolation pipe 2, a ring buckle 3 is formed on one side of the isolation pipe 2 in an area which is not positioned at two ends of the elastic thread 1 and is positioned outside the isolation pipe 2, and the ring buckle 3 is tightened on one side of the isolation pipe 2 by drawing the corresponding end parts of the elastic thread 1 at two ends of the isolation pipe 2. According to the hanging wire with the structure, the elastic wire 1 takes the isolation pipe 2 as a tightening reference, along with the elastic force generated when the elastic wire 1 is pulled at two ends to tighten and/or the hanging buckle corresponds to an affected part, the ring buckle 3 formed by the elastic wire 1 on one side of the isolation pipe 2 is directionally cut towards one side of the isolation pipe 2 to correspond to the affected part due to tightening, and the technical problem of centripetal cutting is solved.
According to the thread hanging structure, the diameter of the inner hole of the isolation pipe 2 is preferably slightly smaller than the double-layer overlapping thickness of the elastic thread 1, so that the friction is increased when the two ends of the elastic thread 1 penetrate through the isolation pipe 2, and the technical effect of tightening the ring buckle 3 on the outer side of the isolation pipe 2 is achieved.
When the hanging wire structure is used clinically, the anus position of a patient is usually used as a reference, the near end close to the anus and the far end far away from the anus are distinguished corresponding to an affected part, the isolation tube is located at the far end corresponding to the affected part, the elastic wire is wound back to the near end corresponding to the affected part, so that near-end muscle is formed to be in direct contact with the elastic wire for chronic cutting, and directional cutting from inside to outside from the near end of the anus to the far end is realized, and the medical wire on the elastic wire has the treatment effects of pus lifting, slough removal, pain relief, sore healing, granulation promotion and the like.
The medicated thread of the elastic thread is prepared by soaking and attaching traditional Chinese medicines consisting of the following raw materials in parts by weight on a medical thread (i.e. medical silk thread such as medical No. 7 silk thread and the like): 5 parts of dung beetle, 6 parts of lilac daphne flower bud, 4 parts of angelica dahurica, 5 parts of spina gleditsiae, 2 parts of bletilla striata, 2 parts of dragon's blood and 1 part of lithospermum.
The preparation method of the elastic thread comprises the following process steps:
step 1, selecting dry and clean daphne genkwa without roots and stems, and carrying out vinegar processing on the daphne genkwa according to the following processes: mixing flos Genkwa and vinegar (preferably rice vinegar) at a ratio of 1: 0.3, stirring uniformly and stewing thoroughly; then, putting the mixture into a frying container for frying until the vinegar is absorbed completely, taking out the mixture, and cooling the mixture for later use;
drying Catharsii Molossi in the shade, and grinding into fine powder;
grinding sanguis Draxonis into fine powder;
sterilizing the rubber band by ultraviolet lamp irradiation or high pressure steam for later use;
step 2, putting the medical thread, the angelica dahurica, the spina gleditsiae, the bletilla striata and the lithospermum in the formula amount and the standby daphne genkwa in the step 1 into a sand pot;
adding clear water which can fully mix the medicines in the sand tank and fully soak the medical thread into the sand tank;
fully soaking the medical thread in the liquid medicine in the sand tank for at least 24 hours, such as 26 hours;
step 3, boiling the liquid medicine in the sand tank;
slowly decocting with slow fire until the liquid medicine in the sand tank is dry and the medicine soaking line still contains water, transferring the medicine soaking line into a cleaning vessel;
step 4, scattering dung beetles and dragon blood prepared in the step 1 into the utensil in the step 3 according to the formula amount, and fully wrapping fine dung beetle powder and dragon blood powder outside the medicine soaking line;
step 5, winding and distributing the medicine soaking line in the step 4 outside the rubber band along the length direction of the rubber band in a relatively compact and uniform winding mode to form an elastic line, wherein the elastic line generally has a shearing allowance and can be sheared in a proper amount according to the required length in clinic;
sterilizing the elastic line by ultraviolet lamp irradiation or high pressure steam;
vacuum packaging is adopted for the sterilized elastic thread for clinical thread hanging; when the clinical thread hanging is carried out, the elastic thread with the currently required length is pulled out from the vacuum package and cut.
Example 2
The thread hanging structure comprises an elastic thread and an isolation pipe.
Specifically, the elastic thread consists of a rubber band and a medical thread wound on the outer part of the rubber band. The elastic thread has a non-annular closed elastic rubber band structure formed by medical silicon rubber, and is basically the same as the elastic band of the conventional thread hanging structure. The medical line is impregnated and attached with a traditional Chinese medicine medical line for treating anal fistula diseases, and the medical line is densely and uniformly wound outside the rubber band along the length direction of the rubber band in a conventional manual weaving mode (compared with a winding mode, the weaving process is complex, and the attachment stability of medicine fine powder attached to the outside of the medical line is easily influenced).
The isolation tube is a hollow tube structure formed by medical silicon rubber, and the elasticity of the isolation tube is far less than that of the rubber band of the elastic thread. The inner hole of the isolation tube is of a through hole structure, and the diameter of the inner hole of the isolation tube is basically equal to the thickness of the elastic thread double-layer lamination, namely the inner hole of the isolation tube should allow the elastic thread to pass through in the double-layer lamination state. The length of the isolation tube is at least required to form linear directional support on the surrounding elastic line at the corresponding affected part, namely when the elastic line of the isolation tube sleeve is wound around a certain part of the circumference of the ring, a certain transverse support length exists to prevent the annular elastic line outside the isolation tube from being too close to the whole ring; according to the treatment condition of common anal fistula diseases, the length of the isolation tube is generally in a range of about 2-3.5 cm.
The line hanging structure formed by the elastic line and the isolation tube has the advantages that the elastic line can form a ring buckle which can be buckled and hung on an affected part in a mode that two ends of the elastic line are threaded in the isolation tube in the cross direction. The cross direction threading means that one end of the elastic thread penetrates out from left to right in the isolation pipe, the other end penetrates out from right to left in the isolation pipe, two ends of the elastic thread penetrate out from the isolation pipe in a cross mode and form cross overlapping matching in the isolation pipe, a loop fastener is formed on one side of the isolation pipe in the area, not located at two ends of the elastic thread, outside the isolation pipe, and the loop fastener is tightened on one side of the isolation pipe by drawing the corresponding end portions of the elastic thread at two ends of the isolation pipe. According to the hanging wire with the structure, the elastic wire takes the isolation pipe as a tightening reference, the elastic wire is tightened and/or the elastic force when the hanging buckle corresponds to the affected part is tightened along with the pulling of the elastic wire at two ends, the ring buckle formed by the elastic wire at one side of the isolation pipe directionally cuts the affected part towards one side of the isolation pipe due to the tightening, and the technical problem of centripetal cutting is solved.

fully soaking the medical thread by the liquid medicine in the sand tank for at least 24 hours, such as 24 hours;
step 3, boiling the liquid medicine in the sand tank;
slowly decocting with slow fire until the liquid medicine in the sand tank is dry and the medicine soaking line still contains water, transferring the medicine soaking line into a cleaning vessel;
step 4, scattering dung beetles and dragon blood prepared in the step 1 into the utensil in the step 3 according to the formula amount, and fully wrapping fine dung beetle powder and dragon blood powder outside the medicine soaking line;
step 5, the medicine soaking line in the step 4 is distributed outside the rubber band in a relatively compact and uniform manual weaving mode along the length direction of the rubber band to form an elastic line, and the elastic line generally has a shearing allowance and can be sheared in a proper amount according to the required length in clinic;
sterilizing the elastic line by ultraviolet lamp irradiation or high pressure steam;
vacuum packaging is adopted for the sterilized elastic thread for clinical thread hanging; when the clinical line is hung, the elastic line with the current required length is pulled out and cut from the vacuum package.

the elastic thread (1) is characterized in that the traditional Chinese medicine soaked and attached on the thread (12) of the elastic thread (1) is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
4-8 parts of dung beetle,
4-8 parts of lilac daphne flower bud,
3-6 parts of angelica dahurica,
3-6 parts of spina gleditsiae,
1-4 parts of bletilla striata,
1-4 parts of dragon's blood,
1-4 parts of lithospermum.
2. The seton structure for treating anal fistula diseases according to claim 1, wherein the elastic thread (1) has a non-annular closed elastic rubber band structure formed by medical silicon rubber (11).

step 4, scattering dung beetles and dragon blood prepared in the step 1 into the utensil in the step 3 according to the formula amount, and fully wrapping fine dung beetle powder and dragon blood powder outside the medicine soaking line;
step 5, winding and distributing the medicine soaking wire obtained in the step 4 on a rubber band to form an elastic wire;
the elastic thread is sterilized for clinical use.
