Abstract

本发明提供了一种可水洗枕芯及其制备方法,涉及枕头技术领域,该枕芯包括面布和一层或多层聚氨酯泡沫片,聚氨酯泡沫片上设有若干通孔,面布包覆聚氨酯泡沫片,聚氨酯泡沫片的密度为25‑50kg/立方米。枕芯的制备方法包括:聚氨酯泡沫片裁成所需厚度后打孔;热熔胶复合面布;复合完静置,通风冷却;热压成型。本发明的通孔利于水的浸润清洁的同时,还可快速脱水干燥;聚氨酯泡沫自身具有高开孔率,在结合打孔处理,非常利于水的浸润清洁的同时可快速脱水干燥;热熔胶复合面布的工艺,是布料和芯材结合在一起,加强了材料的性能,水洗后轻微变形;热压定型的的方式可简单的通过模具设计得到符合人体工学的枕芯款式。

Description

一种可水洗枕芯及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及枕头技术领域,尤其是涉及一种可水洗枕芯及其制备方法。
背景技术
枕头,是一种睡眠工具。一般认为,枕头是人们为睡眠舒适而采用的填充物。从现代医学研究上认识,人体的脊柱,从正面看是一条直线,但侧面看是具有四个生理弯曲的曲线。为保护颈部的正常生理弯曲,维持人们睡眠时正常的生理活动,睡觉时须采用枕头。枕头一般由枕芯、枕套两部分构成。
枕头作为我们日常生活中不可或缺的产品,其质量的好坏直接影响睡眠质量及身体健康。市面上常见的枕芯有化纤填充枕芯、植物填充枕芯、乳胶枕芯、记忆棉枕芯等等。
枕头长期使用后人体分泌的汗液及唾液(尤其是婴幼儿多汗、常流口水)难免渗入枕芯内部而产生斑迹及滋生细菌,但无一例外这些枕芯都无法水洗清洁,如水洗后枕芯材料被破坏或者干燥后枕芯变形。因此开发一款可水洗清洁且不变形的枕芯成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种可水洗枕芯,以解决现有技术中采用的枕芯的无法水洗清洁,即使能够水洗,也会导致枕芯材料被破坏或者干燥后枕芯变形严重的技术问题。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种可水洗枕芯的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的之一,本发明提供了一种可水洗枕芯,包括面布和一层或多层聚氨酯泡沫片,所述聚氨酯泡沫片上设有若干通孔,所述面布包覆所述聚氨酯泡沫片,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的密度为25-50kg/立方米。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的水洗膨胀率小于3%。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的开孔率大于95%。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述聚氨酯泡沫片为普通聚氨酯软泡、高回弹聚氨酯软泡、慢回弹聚氨酯的一种或多种的复合。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述面布和所述聚氨酯泡沫片之间设有热熔胶。
为了实现上述目的之二,本发明提供了一种可水洗枕芯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:聚氨酯泡沫片裁成所需厚度后打孔;
步骤S2:热熔胶复合面布;
步骤S3:复合完静置,通风冷却;
步骤S4:热压成型。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述步骤S4之后,还包括步骤S5:修剪飞边。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述步骤S1中,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的打孔率大于95%。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述步骤S2中,所述面布包括顶面布和底面布,胶辊将所述热熔胶辊压于打孔后的所述聚氨酯泡沫片的顶面和底面之后,所述顶面布和所述底面布覆盖于所述聚氨酯泡沫片上。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述步骤S4中,热压成型时,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的顶面布正对上加热模,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的底面布正对下加热模。
本发明提供的可水洗枕芯,具有以下技术效果:
该种可水洗枕芯,是在一层或多层聚氨酯泡沫片上包覆面布,并且聚氨酯泡沫片上设有若干通孔,通孔利于水的浸润清洁的同时,还可快速脱水干燥。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
正如背景技术所述,枕头长期使用后人体分泌的汗液及唾液(尤其是婴幼儿多汗、常流口水)难免渗入枕芯内部而产生斑迹及滋生细菌,但无一例外这些枕芯都无法水洗清洁,如水洗后枕芯材料被破坏或者干燥后枕芯变形。因此开发一款可水洗清洁且不变形的枕芯成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
基于此,本发明提供了一种可水洗枕芯,是在一层或多层聚氨酯泡沫片上包覆面布,并且聚氨酯泡沫片上设有若干通孔,通孔利于水的浸润清洁的同时,还可快速脱水干燥。
下面结合具体的附图2对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。
如图2所示,本发明提供的一种枕芯,其可水洗,从上到下依次包括顶面布21、热熔胶层3、聚氨酯泡沫片1、热熔胶层3和底面布22,聚氨酯泡沫片1自身具有高的开孔率,热融合之前还需要进行打孔处理,顶面布21和底面布22通过热熔胶层3复合于具有一定厚度的聚氨酯泡沫片1上,聚氨酯泡沫片1的密度为25-50kg/立方米,水洗膨胀率小于3%,开孔率大于95%。
其中,聚氨酯泡沫片1为普通聚氨酯软泡、高回弹聚氨酯软泡、慢回弹聚氨酯的一种或多种的复合。
下面结合具体的附图1对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。
如图1所示,为可水洗枕芯的制备方法的流程图,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:聚氨酯泡沫片1裁成所需厚度后打孔,其中,聚氨酯泡沫片1的开孔率大于95%;
步骤S2:热熔胶复合面布2,面布2包括顶面布21和底面布22,胶辊将热熔胶辊压于打孔后的聚氨酯泡沫片1的顶面和底面之后,顶面布21和底面布22覆盖于聚氨酯泡沫片1上;
步骤S3:复合完静置,通风冷却;
步骤S4:热压成型,聚氨酯泡沫片1的顶面布21正对上加热模41,聚氨酯泡沫片1的底面布22正对下加热模42;
步骤S5:修剪飞边。
本发明提供的可水洗枕芯的制备方法,聚氨酯泡沫自身具有高开孔率,在结合打孔处理,非常利于水的浸润清洁的同时可快速脱水干燥;热熔胶复合面布2的工艺,是布料和芯材结合在一起,加强了材料的性能,水洗后轻微变形;热压定型的的方式可简单的通过模具设计得到符合人体工学的枕芯款式,所得热压定型可水洗枕芯可机洗、可烘干、可自然通风晾干,水洗烘干20次后尺寸变化率≤3%,产品无破坏,自然通风晾干时间小于48小时。
实施例1:
第一步:表观密度为30kg/m3,开孔率97%的聚氨酯泡沫片1裁成5cm厚度,然后打孔;
第二步:双面PUR热熔胶复合200g/m3全涤磨毛布;
第三步:上下定型模具加热至180℃,热压定型10分钟后离模;
第四步:修建飞边得到高处4.5cm,低边3cm的儿童颈椎健康枕,如图3所示。
上述方法所得枕芯水洗烘干20次后,尺寸变化率1.5%,产品无破坏,机洗甩干自然通风32小时可晾干。
实施例2:
第一步:表观密度为30kg/m3,开孔率97%的聚氨酯泡沫片2.5cm,使用PUR热熔胶复合表观密度为40kg/m3开孔率95%的慢回弹聚氨酯泡沫片2.5cm,形成5cm片;
第二步:静置2小时后打孔,孔径0.6cm,孔距2.5cm;
第二步:双面PUR热熔胶复合200g/m3全涤磨毛布;
第三步:上下定型模具加热至180℃,热压定型8分钟后离模;
第四步:修建飞边得到四周3cm,中心2cm的婴儿枕,如图4所示。
上述所得枕芯水洗烘干20次后尺寸变化率2%,产品无破坏,水洗甩干自然通风24小时可晾干。

通过上述表格可知,儿童颈椎健康枕和婴儿枕水洗烘干20次后,它们的尺寸变化率均小于<3%,且均无破坏,自然通风晾干时间小于48小时,克服现有技术中的枕芯水洗后变形严重的缺陷。

1.一种可水洗枕芯,其特征在于,包括面布和一层或多层聚氨酯泡沫片,所述聚氨酯泡沫片上设有若干通孔,所述面布包覆所述聚氨酯泡沫片,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的密度为25-50kg/立方米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可水洗枕芯,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的水洗膨胀率小于3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可水洗枕芯,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的开孔率大于95%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可水洗枕芯,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯泡沫片为普通聚氨酯软泡、高回弹聚氨酯软泡、慢回弹聚氨酯的一种或多种的复合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可水洗枕芯,其特征在于,所述面布和所述聚氨酯泡沫片之间设有热熔胶。
6.一种可水洗枕芯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:聚氨酯泡沫片裁成所需厚度后打孔;
步骤S2:热熔胶复合面布;
步骤S3:复合完静置,通风冷却;
步骤S4:热压成型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可水洗枕芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4之后,还包括步骤S5:修剪飞边。
8.根据权利要求6所述的可水洗枕芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,所述聚氨酯泡沫片的打孔率大于95%。
9.根据权利要求6所述的可水洗枕芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,所述面布包括顶面布和底面布,胶辊将所述热熔胶辊压于打孔后的所述聚氨酯泡沫片的顶面和底面之后,所述顶面布和所述底面布覆盖于所述聚氨酯泡沫片上。
