Abstract
一种放大电路(10)包括:光电转换装置(101),用于将光信号转换为光电流;跨阻放大器(103),与该光电转换装置(101)连接,用于将接收的电流放大并输出为电压信号;具有单向导通特性的保护装置(102),与该光电转换装置(101)并联于该跨阻放大器(103),用于将该跨阻放大器(103)接收的电流控制在预设范围内;补偿装置(104),与该跨阻放大器(103)连接,用于输出补偿电流,该补偿电流用于抵消该保护装置在非导通状态下产生的额外电流。实现了在引入保护装置(102)保护放大电路的同时,通过补偿装置(104)弥补保护装置产生的额外电流对放大电路造成的误差。
