If the countdown is finished and the transfer task is not finished, the information management system continuously sends out a prompt until the task is finished. The whole transfer task forms a task implementation time axis through the combination of the time management function and the path management function, and management personnel can conveniently check the transfer state.
In a specific implementation, the information management system further provides an evaluation function, that is, the information management system is further configured to: setting a weight for the specimen transfer task according to the urgency degree of the specimen transfer task; for example, the weight may be set to three levels, where one level is the highest level, corresponding to the urgent specimen; the second level is a frozen specimen; the third level is a common specimen, the timeliness requirement of the first level task is the highest, and the timeliness requirement of the third level task is the lowest; when the transporter finishes the specimen transporting task, determining the task score of the transporter according to the time for the transporter to finish the specimen transporting task and the weight of the specimen transporting task, and recording the task score of the transporter; and determining the evaluation result of the transporter in the specified time period according to the number of the transporters completing the specimen transport tasks in the specified time period and the task score of completing the specimen transport tasks.
For example, the specimens transported in the specimen transfer task include emergency specimens, frozen specimens, and normal specimens, the transfer task weight of the emergency specimens may be set to 1, and the transfer task has high timeliness; the weight of the transportation task of the frozen specimen is set to 0.8; the weight of the transfer task of the common specimen is set to be 0.5; then, the information management system can set basic scores, additional scores and deductions for the completion condition of a single specimen transfer task, if the task score of the transporter completing the specimen transfer task on time is 100, 10 scores are added on the basis of 100 scores for completing the task in advance, 10 scores are deducted on the basis of 100 scores for completing the task overtime, and the task score of an unfinished task is-100 scores; after the transloader completes the task, the system automatically scores the task according to the weight and completion condition of the specimen transfer task to obtain the task score of the transloader completing the task. The evaluation in a period of time (equivalent to the designated period of time) can be used for judging the working efficiency according to the number of completed tasks and the accumulated task score, and the evaluation result of the transport member in the period of time is obtained, so that the real and objective evaluation of each transport member is formed, and data can be obtained when performance assessment and comprehensive evaluation of personnel are carried out.
In order to further improve the work efficiency and stimulate the transfer staff, the information management system is also used for: setting an evaluation label for the forwarder according to an evaluation result of the forwarder in a specified time period; and distributing the specimen transportation task for the transporter according to the evaluation value of the evaluation label. The specified time period can be set every week or every month, and the like, specifically according to requirements, that is, the information management system can assign labels such as "general, good, excellent" and the like to the forwarder according to the evaluation result of the forwarder in stages (every week or every month), and when the system pushes the tasks, the forwarder with the labels of "excellent" in priority pushes the high-weight forwarding tasks, so that the system is encouraged to complete the forwarding tasks more quickly and efficiently.
The sample transfer device binds the RFID with the information of pathological samples of patients and the information of transfer personnel, monitors the transfer track in real time through the RFID sensing device arranged in a hospital, displays and reminds information such as whether a transfer task is finished and the position of the current sample, and particularly carries out prompt delivery and identification on samples close to overtime, thereby ensuring that the sample transfer process is clear and visible; meanwhile, the time management function of the invention promotes the transfer personnel to improve the responsibility and accelerate the transfer work process, thereby improving the transfer work efficiency.
Corresponding to the above device embodiment, the present invention provides a specimen transportation method, as shown in fig. 3, including:
step S302, identity information carried by a target transfer person is scanned through the first scanning device, and the identity information is sent to an information management system of the first terminal.
Step S304, receiving identity information through an information management system of the first terminal, and binding and storing the identity information and specimen information of a specimen to be transported; the information management system of the first terminal is pre-stored with specimen information of specimens to be transported, and the specimen information and the RFID labels pasted on the specimens to be transported are bound and stored.
S306, in the process of transferring the specimen to be transferred by the target transporter, sensing the RFID label of the specimen to be transferred through RFID sensing equipment so as to determine the position information of the specimen to be transferred; and uploading the position information of the specimen to be transported to an information management system.
After the position information of the specimen to be transported is uploaded to the information management system, the current position of the specimen to be transported is displayed in a graphical mode through the information management system according to the position information.
The sample transport method provided by the embodiment of the present invention has the same implementation principle and technical effects as those of the foregoing device embodiments, and for the sake of brief description, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the foregoing device embodiments without reference to the method embodiments.
The computer program product of the specimen transport device and the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a computer readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiment, and specific implementation may refer to the method embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, an electronic device, or a network device) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Claims (11)

1. A specimen transport device, the device comprising: the system comprises RFID sensing equipment arranged at a necessary place for transferring the samples in the paths of an operation room and a pathology department, and a first terminal and a first scanning device which correspond to the operation room; an information management system is deployed in the first terminal;
the first scanning device is used for scanning identity information carried by a target transfer person and sending the identity information to an information management system of the first terminal;
the information management system of the first terminal is used for receiving the identity information and binding and storing the identity information and the specimen information of the specimen to be transported; the information management system of the first terminal pre-stores the sample information of the sample to be transported, and the sample information is bound with the RFID label stuck to the sample to be transported for storage;
during the process that the target transporter transports the to-be-transported specimen, the RFID sensing equipment is used for sensing the RFID label of the to-be-transported specimen so as to determine the position information of the to-be-transported specimen; and uploading the position information of the specimen to be transported to the information management system.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the information management system displays a current position of the specimen to be transported in a graphical manner according to the position information after receiving the position information of the specimen to be transported.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the specimen information of the specimen to be transported, which is held in advance in the information management system of the first terminal, is obtained by:
receiving the specimen information of the specimen to be transported, which is input by a nurse in an operating room, through an information management system of the first terminal, and storing the specimen information; wherein the specimen information comprises patient information, nurse information and specimen data; wherein, the sample data include specimen type, specimen name, applied pathological examination type, specimen in vitro time, specimen fixed mode, specimen fixed time and regulation transit time.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an RFID reader;
the RFID reader is used for reading the RFID label of the specimen to be transported and displaying the RFID label in an information management system of the first terminal;
and binding and storing the pre-stored specimen information of the specimen to be transported and the RFID label through the information management system of the first terminal.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the information management system of the first terminal is configured to: responding to a transfer calling instruction aiming at the specimen to be transferred, and sending the specimen information of the specimen to be transferred to a second terminal of the target transfer person, so that the target transfer person arrives at the operation room after receiving the specimen information;
the first scanning device is used for scanning the identity information carried by the target transfer staff and sending the identity information to the information management system of the first terminal; the identity information comprises a personal two-dimensional code, work card information or fingerprint information of the target transfer staff;
the information management system of the first terminal is further configured to: and displaying the identity information, and responding to a determination instruction aiming at the identity information to generate the transfer task of the specimen to be transferred.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a third terminal and a tag sensing device of the pathology department; an information management system is deployed in the third terminal;
the third terminal receives and stores the transfer task through the information management system, wherein the transfer task carries task starting time and the specimen information;
after the specimen to be transported is sent to the pathology department, the RFID label of the specimen to be transported is sensed through the label sensing equipment, and specimen information is obtained; uploading the specimen information to an information management system of the third terminal;
and the information management system of the third terminal compares the uploaded specimen information with the stored specimen information, and after the comparison is successful, the state of the transfer task is changed into a completion state.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a second scanning device; the information management system of the third terminal is further configured to:
checking whether the transfer time of the specimen to be transferred is within a range of a prescribed transfer time indicated by the specimen information; if so, judging whether the uploaded specimen information is matched with the stored specimen information of the specimen to be transported;
and if the sample to be transported is matched with the second terminal, scanning the identity information of the target transporter through the second scanning equipment, confirming to receive the sample to be transported, changing the state of the transport task into a completion state, and sending the completion state of the transport task to the second terminal and the first terminal.

The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein when the transfer task is generated, the information management system reads a predetermined transfer time in the specimen information and starts a countdown function of a system timer; when the distance between the specified time and the specified transfer time is equal to or exceeds the specified transfer time, if the transfer task is not in the completion state, the information management system sends out reminding information to the first terminal and the second terminal, and the task state of the transfer task is changed in the information management system so as to indicate that the transfer task needs to be completed preferentially.
9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the information management system is further configured to:
setting a weight for the specimen transfer task according to the urgency degree of the specimen transfer task;
when a transporter finishes the specimen transfer task, determining a task score of the transporter according to the time for the transporter to finish the specimen transfer task and the weight of the specimen transfer task, and recording the task score of the transporter;
and determining the evaluation result of the transporter in the specified time period according to the number of the transporter completing the specimen transporting tasks in the specified time period and the task score of completing the specimen transporting tasks.
10. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the information management system is further configured to: setting an evaluation label for the transloader according to the evaluation result of the transloader in the specified time period; and distributing a specimen transfer task for the transfer staff according to the evaluation value of the evaluation label.
11. A method of specimen transport, the method comprising:
scanning identity information carried by a target transfer person through first scanning equipment, and sending the identity information to an information management system of a first terminal;
receiving the identity information through an information management system of a first terminal, and binding and storing the identity information and the specimen information of the specimen to be transported; the information management system of the first terminal pre-stores the sample information of the sample to be transported, and the sample information is bound with the RFID label stuck to the sample to be transported for storage;
during the process that the target transporter transports the to-be-transported specimen, the RFID sensing equipment is used for sensing the RFID label of the to-be-transported specimen so as to determine the position information of the to-be-transported specimen; and uploading the position information of the specimen to be transported to the information management system.
