Hereinafter, a detailed description will be given of an air conditioning apparatus control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention with reference to specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling an air conditioner, where the air conditioner is integrated with a fresh air system, so as to at least improve a preheating effect of the fresh air system of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an air conditioning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an air conditioner indoor unit and an air conditioner outdoor unit. The air conditioner inner unit comprises a fresh air system and an electric auxiliary heating device, wherein a fresh air heating device, a temperature detection device and a fresh air fan are arranged in an air channel of the fresh air system, and the fresh air heating device is used for heating introduced fresh air. The fresh air fan is used for providing power for introducing fresh air, and the temperature detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the air inlet of the fresh air system or the temperature of more position points. One end of an air channel of the fresh air system is an air inlet, and the other end is an air outlet. It will be appreciated that the fresh air system may also include other functional components, such as: the air purification component is used for filtering, purifying, sterilizing and the like the introduced fresh air, and is also used for detecting the humidity of the introduced fresh air, for example, a humidity detection device.
Specifically, the electric auxiliary heating device is used for performing auxiliary heating when the air conditioning equipment is operated in a heating mode so as to increase the heating capacity of the air conditioning equipment. The air conditioner external unit comprises a compressor and a current detection device, and the current detection device is used for detecting working current of the air conditioner external unit.
Next, on the basis of fig. 1 and fig. 2, a method for controlling an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3. The air conditioning equipment control method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s301, when an air inlet of the fresh air system is in a closed state, starting the fresh air heating device to preheat the air inlet of the fresh air system, and controlling the fresh air fan to run at a first rotating speed in a preheating process.
When the outdoor temperature is low, fresh air is directly introduced from the outside to the inside, so that the user experience is poor. Therefore, in some embodiments, when an opening instruction for the fresh air system is acquired, acquiring a parameter to be discriminated; judging whether the current opening condition of the fresh air heating device is met or not according to the parameters to be judged; and if the current opening condition of the fresh air heating device is met, controlling an air inlet of the fresh air system to be in a closed state. If the current opening condition of the fresh air heating device is not met, the air inlet of the fresh air system is directly opened, the fresh air fan is controlled to start and run at a set second rotating speed, so that the fresh air system can not start the fresh air heating device to heat the introduced fresh air after being started, and the fresh air is directly introduced into a room.
In the embodiment of the invention, the parameters to be discriminated can include temperature parameters, and on the basis, other parameters can be included, such as: humidity parameter.
In some embodiments, the temperature parameter may be: the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system. Based on the temperature, the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system can be obtained; judging whether the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system is smaller than a preset temperature threshold value; if the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system is smaller than a preset temperature threshold value, the condition that the fresh air heating device is started is characterized to be met, and the air inlet of the fresh air system is controlled to be in a closed state; if the air inlet temperature is not less than the preset temperature threshold, the representation does not meet the starting condition of the fresh air heating device, an air inlet of the fresh air system is directly opened, and the fresh air fan is started to operate at the second rotating speed.
Specifically, the temperature detection device is arranged in an air duct of the fresh air system to detect the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system. The temperature detection device can also be arranged at the air inlet of the fresh air system. Wherein the temperature detection means comprises one or more temperature sensors.
If the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system is smaller than a preset temperature threshold, the outdoor temperature is lower, fresh air is directly introduced into a room, the indoor temperature can be influenced, and if the air conditioning equipment is in a heating mode, the heating effect can be influenced. Therefore, when the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system is smaller than a preset temperature threshold value, the air inlet of the fresh air system is controlled to be closed, and cold air is prevented from being introduced into a room.
In specific implementation, the detection of the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system can be performed when the fresh air system is started. Specifically, the method can trigger the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system to be detected once in response to an opening instruction for the fresh air system, and respond to the opening instruction according to different detected air inlet temperatures, wherein the starting process of the fresh air system is different. Of course, the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system can be continuously detected in the running process of the fresh air system, and once the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system is detected to be smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, the air inlet of the fresh air system is controlled to be in a closed state.
For example, the preset temperature threshold may be set to 0 ℃, that is, when the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system is detected to be less than 0 ℃, the air inlet of the fresh air system is controlled to be in a closed state. Of course, in actual implementation, the preset temperature threshold may be set according to actual needs.
In order to determine more accurately whether the fresh air heating device of the fresh air system needs to be turned on, the temperature parameter may be an actual temperature difference between an outdoor environment temperature and an indoor environment temperature of an environment where the fresh air system is located, unlike the above embodiment. Specifically, detecting the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature of the environment where the fresh air system is located; determining an actual temperature difference according to the indoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature; and comparing the actual temperature difference with a preset temperature difference threshold, and if the actual temperature difference is larger than the preset temperature difference threshold, controlling an air inlet of the fresh air system to be in a closed state by representing that the opening condition of the fresh air heating device is met. If the actual temperature difference is not greater than the preset temperature difference threshold, the indication that the starting condition of the fresh air heating device is not met is provided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first rotation speed may be set to a rotation speed lower than the second rotation speed. If there are multiple rotational speed gears for the fresh air fan, the first rotational speed may be the lowest rotational speed gear or the next lowest rotational speed gear configured as the fresh air fan.
Because the in-process that utilizes new trend heating device to preheat the air inlet of new trend system, new trend fan carries out the low-speed operation with first rotational speed, can avoid new trend heating device's dry combustion method, and new trend fan is at the low-speed operation of preheating in-process messenger's air has sufficient heating time, has improved preheating effect, avoids preheating time not enough and the new trend temperature appears and can not reach user's comfortable temperature.
Because the temperature of the fresh air heating device rises slowly when the fresh air heating device is just electrified and started, the temperature rises for a certain time, the air inlet of the fresh air system is in a closed state in the preheating process, and outdoor cold air cannot enter the room in the preheating process, so that a low-temperature fresh air direct blowing user is avoided.
In order to further ensure the dry-heating prevention effect, in S301, the fresh air fan may be started first when the air inlet of the fresh air system is in a closed state, and the fresh air heating device may be started again to perform preheating when the duration of the operation of the fresh air fan at the first rotation speed reaches the second preset duration. Of course, the fresh air heating device can be started, and the fresh air fan can be started and controlled to operate in the preheating process.
S302, when preheating meets preset conditions, opening an air inlet of the fresh air system.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preheating satisfies the preset condition, which may be: and starting the fresh air heating device to preheat the air, wherein the actual preheating time length reaches the preset preheating time length. The temperature in the air duct of the fresh air system can be monitored in the preheating process of starting the fresh air heating device, and when the temperature in the air duct reaches the preheating temperature threshold value, the preheating meets the preset condition.
Further, in S302, when the preheating meets the preset condition, the fresh air fan can be controlled to be operated from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed, and after the preheating effect is achieved, the fresh air fan is controlled to be operated at a higher rotation speed, so that the fresh air effect is improved.
Under an implementation mode, be provided with a plurality of transition rotational speeds between first rotational speed and second rotational speed, can open the air intake of new trend system simultaneously, control new trend fan and carry out the speed from first rotational speed for the rotational speed of new trend fan rises to the second rotational speed after at least one transition rotational speed, has avoided when opening from this the air intake, blows in the influence of the new trend after the heating to user's travelling comfort suddenly at a high speed.
Different from the above embodiment, the air inlet of the fresh air system is opened, and the fresh air fan is kept to continue to operate at the first rotational speed within the first preset time period of opening the fresh air system; when the opening time of the air inlet of the fresh air system reaches a first preset time, the fresh air fan is controlled to rise from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed. Therefore, when the air inlet is opened, high-temperature fresh air is suddenly blown in at a high speed, and the comfort of the fresh air is improved.
It should be noted that the second rotation speed may be configured as a rotation speed of the fresh air fan at the last operation, or configured as a rotation speed set by a user when the fresh air system is turned on.
After the fresh air system is preheated, the power of the fresh air heating device tends to be stable, at the moment, the air inlet of the fresh air system is opened, the outdoor cold air can be heated stably through the fresh air heating device to enable the temperature to rise, and at the moment, when the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is restored to the set second rotating speed, the fresh air with stable temperature and proper wind speed can be achieved.
Next, a method for controlling air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4:
firstly, executing the step 1, namely acquiring an opening instruction aiming at a fresh air system;
next, step 2: and responding to the starting instruction, detecting the air inlet temperature of the fresh air system, wherein the air inlet temperature represents the outdoor environment temperature of the control equipment.
Next, step 3: judging whether the current opening condition of the fresh air heating device is met or not according to the air inlet temperature, and if not, executing the step 4; otherwise, step 5 is performed.
And 4, executing the step: and directly opening a fresh air inlet used for being connected with the outside of the air conditioner on the fresh air system, and opening a fresh air fan in the air conditioner inner unit to control the fresh air fan to run at a set second rotating speed.
And (5) executing the following steps: and when the air inlet of the fresh air system is in a closed state, starting and controlling the fresh air fan to start running at a first rotation speed.
After step 5, step 6 is then performed: when the running time of the fresh air fan at the first rotating speed reaches the second preset time, the fresh air heating device is started to preheat, and the fresh air fan is controlled to run at the first rotating speed in the preheating process.
Next, step 7: when the actual duration of preheating is preset when the fresh air heating device is started, an air inlet of a fresh air system is opened, and the fresh air fan is kept to continue to operate at the first rotating speed for the first preset duration.
Next, step 8 is performed: and after the fresh air fan continues to operate at the first rotating speed for a first preset period of time, controlling the fresh air fan to rise from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed for operation.
Because the air conditioning equipment integrated with the fresh air system is in the actual use process of the air conditioning equipment, the fresh air heating device and the electric auxiliary heating device are simultaneously opened, so that the load of the electric wire is relatively large. While the wires of air conditioning equipment are allowed to carry current for a long period of time at 25-32A. In a heating mode of 3 air conditioning apparatuses of a general 72-unit air conditioner, an input power of an external air conditioner can reach more than 4000W, and a heating electric auxiliary heating power of an electric auxiliary heating device used by the internal air conditioner is 2200-2500W, if a fresh air heating device uses an electric heating sheet of more than 600W, under the condition that the electric auxiliary heating device and the fresh air heating device are simultaneously started, a total power of the air conditioning apparatus can exceed 7200W, so that a load current of an electric wire of the air conditioning apparatus exceeds an allowable current-carrying upper limit 32A, namely: 7200W/220 v=32.7a. While other specifications of air conditioning equipment may have similar current overload conditions.
Referring to fig. 1, the air conditioning apparatus may further include an electric auxiliary heating device for implementing auxiliary heating. When the electric auxiliary heating device and the fresh air heating device of the air conditioning equipment are simultaneously started, the total power of the air conditioning equipment is too high and exceeds the load of an electric wire, so that after the fresh air heating device of the fresh air system is started, the working current of the external machine of the air conditioning equipment is obtained, whether the working current of the external machine is in a frequency-limiting current interval is judged, and if the working current of the external machine is in the frequency-limiting current interval, the frequency-limiting treatment is carried out on the compressor according to the working current of the external machine and the current running state of the compressor of the air conditioning equipment. If the working current of the external machine is lower than the lower limit current value of the frequency limiting current interval, the frequency limiting treatment of the compressor is not needed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the frequency limiting current interval is preset to be larger than a first frequency limiting current threshold, wherein the first frequency limiting current threshold can be configured as (Imax-1A), imax is a second frequency limiting current threshold, and the second frequency limiting current threshold is directly related to the power of the fresh air heating device and the power of the electric auxiliary heating device. That is, when the external operation current I < (Imax-1A), the compressor is not subjected to any frequency limiting treatment. And when the I is more than or equal to (Imax-1A), the frequency limiting treatment of the compressor is carried out according to the working current of the external machine and the current running state of the compressor.
Specifically, the value of the second frequency-limited current threshold Imax is given by the following formula:
imax= (maximum total power of air conditioning equipment-maximum power of electric auxiliary heating device-maximum power of fresh air heating device)/supply voltage. For example, if the heating electric auxiliary thermal power is equal to the nominal 2400W, the combination error is as follows: the maximum power of the electric auxiliary heating device is 2640W, the nominal power of the fresh air heating device is 800W, the combination error is within the range of (+ 10%, -5%), the maximum power of the fresh air heating device is 880W, and if the maximum total power of the air conditioning equipment is 7200W and the power consumption voltage is 220V, imax=16.7A. The corresponding first frequency limited current threshold is 15.7A.
In some embodiments, detecting a current operating state of the air conditioning apparatus when it is detected that the air conditioning apparatus starts a fresh air heating device of a fresh air system includes: when the fresh air heating device of the fresh air system is detected to be started by the air conditioning equipment, whether the air conditioning equipment is currently operated in a heating mode or not is detected, whether the electric paving device is in a starting state or not is detected, and if the air conditioning equipment is currently operated in the heating mode and the electric auxiliary device of the air conditioning equipment is in the starting state, the working current of the external machine of the air conditioning equipment is obtained. If the electric auxiliary heating device of the air conditioning equipment is in an unopened state, the external working current of the air conditioning equipment does not need to be acquired, and even if the external working current exceeds a first frequency limiting current threshold value or even exceeds a second frequency limiting current threshold value, the compressor is not subjected to frequency limiting treatment.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the air conditioning equipment is operated in the heating mode, the compressor can alternately execute the preset frequency raising stage and the preset frequency lowering stage based on the preset condition so as to maintain the preset temperature.
If the working current of the external machine is in the frequency limiting current interval, different frequency limiting strategies are correspondingly executed according to whether the current stage of the compressor is a preset frequency increasing stage or a frequency reducing stage:
if the compressor is determined to be currently operated in a preset frequency raising stage of the heating mode; judging whether the working current of the external machine is in a critical subinterval or an overload subinterval; if the working current of the external machine is in a critical subinterval of the frequency-limiting current interval, controlling the compressor to carry out frequency-raising at a first frequency-raising speed, wherein the first frequency-raising speed is lower than a target frequency-raising speed in a preset frequency-raising stage; if the working current of the external machine is in the overload subinterval of the frequency-limiting current interval, the compressor is controlled to carry out frequency reduction at a first frequency reduction speed so as to enable the working current of the external machine to change to the critical subinterval, wherein the first frequency reduction speed is lower than the target frequency reduction speed of a preset frequency reduction stage in a heating mode.
It should be noted that, the target frequency-raising speed is configured for the compressor, and is used for carrying out the frequency-raising speed of normal frequency raising in the preset frequency-raising stage, while the target frequency-raising speed is configured for the compressor, and is used for carrying out the frequency-raising speed of normal frequency raising in the preset frequency-raising stage, and is configured in advance, and under the condition that no current limiting protection is needed, the alternating frequency raising and raising are carried out by the target frequency-raising speed and the target frequency-raising speed, so as to meet the heating requirement.
It should be understood that the lower limit current value of the overload subinterval is not less than the upper limit current value of the critical subinterval. Specifically, the critical subinterval is configured as (Imax-1A) < I < Imax, and the overload subinterval is configured as I.gtoreq.Imax.
Since the load of the wire is already exceeded when the external operating current occurs in the overload subinterval, if the frequency is continuously increased at the target frequency increasing speed according to the heating requirement, the load of the wire is continuously increased. Causing a safety hazard. In the embodiment of the invention, the first frequency-reducing speed is used for carrying out slow frequency reduction in the preset frequency-increasing stage, so that the heating quantity is not suddenly and greatly reduced in the preset frequency-increasing stage which is required to be heated, the current is slowly reduced to the critical subinterval, and the safety and the heating stability of the compressor are ensured. When the current drops to the critical subinterval during the slow down-conversion of the first down-conversion speed, if the heating temperature does not reach the set temperature yet, in order to maintain the heating temperature, the slow down-conversion is performed at the first up-conversion speed lower than the target up-conversion speed, so as to continue heating, and the current load is excessive. Therefore, through the slow down conversion and the slow up conversion in the preset up conversion stage, the current cannot be greatly fluctuated, the duration of the current in the overload subinterval is not long, the total current is ensured to exceed the wire load and not to last too long, the safety is ensured, and the heating effect of the compressor is considered.
Wherein, if it is determined that the compressor is currently running in a preset down-conversion stage in the heating mode; judging whether the working current of the external machine is in a critical subinterval or an overload subinterval of the frequency-limiting current interval; if the working current of the external machine is in the critical subinterval of the frequency-limiting current interval, controlling the compressor to carry out frequency reduction at the target frequency reduction speed or maintain the current frequency; and if the working current of the external machine is in the overload subinterval of the frequency-limiting current interval, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the target frequency reduction speed. Normal up-and down-conversion is not allowed until I < (Imax-1A) enters the normal interval. Therefore, current fluctuation in a preset frequency-reducing stage is reduced, and the heating effect of the compressor is improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, through the technical scheme, the current limiting protection is performed when the fresh air heating device is started, so that the heating and fresh air effects are ensured, and meanwhile, safety accidents caused by exceeding the wire load are avoided;
generally, the power of the fresh air heating device is smaller than that of the electric auxiliary heating device, and because the power of the compressor, the electric auxiliary heating device and the fresh air heating device is much larger than that of the fresh air fan, the embodiment of the invention does not consider the influence of the power of the fresh air fan on current change, and certainly, the influence of the power of the fresh air fan on setting a frequency limiting current interval can also be considered when the frequency of the compressor is limited.

In some embodiments, the frequency limiting process is performed on the compressor according to an external operating current and a current operation state of the compressor of the air conditioning apparatus, including: determining a preset frequency-reducing stage of the compressor in a heating mode; if the working current of the external machine is in the critical subinterval of the frequency-limiting current interval, controlling the compressor to carry out frequency reduction at the target frequency reduction speed or maintain the current frequency; and if the working current of the external machine is in the overload subinterval of the frequency-limiting current interval, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a frequency reduction speed.
