The power adjusting method provided by this embodiment mainly adjusts the heating power of the electric water heater according to the temperature of the power plug, as shown in fig. 1, the adjusting method specifically includes the following steps:
step S1: a detection and adjustment procedure is initiated.
When the power plug of the electric water heater is connected with the socket in an electrified way, the controller in the electric water heater controls the starting of the detection and adjustment program.
Step S2: and judging whether the temperature of the power plug is greater than a second preset temperature, if so, executing step S4, and if not, executing step S3.
The temperature of the power plug is detected and compared with a temperature value preset in the controller, so that the temperature of the power plug and the second preset temperature are judged.
The temperature of the power plug can be detected by arranging a temperature sensor inside the power plug, and two leads of the temperature sensor are merged into a power cord bundle. The detection of the temperature of the power plug can also be realized by carrying out non-contact detection on the temperature of the power plug through an external infrared thermometer and the like.
The second preset temperature is preferably set to be the melting point temperature of the inserting sheet of the power plug so as to prevent the power plug from melting due to overhigh temperature and causing dangers such as fire of the power plug and the like. The second preset temperature can also be lower than the melting point temperature of the inserting sheet in a safety factor setting mode.
In the present embodiment, the second predetermined temperature range is 110 ℃ to 130 ℃, and preferably 120 ℃. The second preset temperature can be specifically set according to the specific material of the power plug.
Step S3: and judging whether the temperature of the power plug is greater than a first preset temperature, if so, executing step S5, and if not, executing step S6.
The first temperature of predetermineeing can keep the temperature of normal work for power plug, and the setting of first predetermined temperature can prevent that power plug's operating temperature from continuously surpassing its normal temperature that bears and appearing power plug and destroy the scheduling problem, guarantees power plug's operation safety, improves power plug's life.
In the present embodiment, the first predetermined temperature is in the range of 70 ℃ to 90 ℃, and preferably 80 ℃. The first preset temperature can be specifically set according to the specific material of the power socket.
Step S4: and (5) cutting off the heating circuit of the electric heater, stopping heating the electric heater until the temperature of the power plug is lower than the third preset temperature and the time lower than the third preset temperature exceeds the preset time, restarting the heating circuit, and executing the step S6.
When the temperature of the power plug is too high, the heating circuit is powered off, the heating of the heating circuit is stopped, and the situation that the power plug melts due to the fact that the temperature of the power plug is continuously increased is prevented, so that use safety accidents are caused.
Because the high-temperature overheating of the power plug is probably caused by the fact that the current power is too large and exceeds the current-carrying capacity of a circuit, after the temperature of the power plug is reduced, the phenomenon of the high-temperature overheating of the power plug can be avoided to occur again in a mode of reducing power gears, so that the electric water heater can continue to operate and perform a normal heating function.
Step S5: the electric heater keeps the current power gear operating and step S9 is executed.
Step S6: and judging whether the current power gear is the lowest gear, if not, executing step S7, and if so, executing step S8.
The current power gear can be the gear where the rated power is located, and the adjusted power gear can also be used.
The electric water heater can be only provided with two power gears or can be provided with a plurality of power gears.
Different power gears can be adjusted through the number of heating pipes in the heating circuit.
Step S7: and reducing the power gear, and using the reduced power gear as the current power gear to work the electric water heater.
Step S8: the heating circuit is disconnected, and the controller controls the electric water heater to give an alarm.
Step S9: the electric water heater displays the current power gear.
In the embodiment, the heating power of the electric heater is adjusted through the detection temperature of the power plug, so that when the working current of the electric heater exceeds the load capacity of a user circuit, the temperature rise phenomenon of the power socket caused by current overload can be detected, the working power of the electric heater is adjusted according to the detection temperature, the working power of the electric heater is matched with the load capacity of the user circuit, the problem of safety accidents caused by overload, overheating or electric fire in the circuit is reduced as much as possible, and the use safety and the service life of the electric water heater are improved.
