Abstract
The application relates to a protection structure and a construction method of a shallow foundation building next to a deep foundation pit project, which comprises deep pile foundations arranged next to an original shallow foundation building, wherein the upper ends of the deep pile foundations are connected with connecting beams, and the connecting beams are connected with ring beams of the original shallow foundation building; and grouting and reinforcing the soil body between the deep pile foundation and the newly-built deep foundation pit support structure to form a grouting reinforcing layer, embedding sleeve valve pipes at the bottom of the original shallow foundation building, and simultaneously adopting a process of reversing first and then reversing second for deep foundation pit engineering construction. The application reduces the disturbance of deep foundation pit engineering to the former shallow foundation building of close proximity greatly with "initiative + passive" protection thinking, reaches the effect that improves former shallow foundation building stability.

Background

Step 4.2: excavating earth, namely excavating and taking earth from top to bottom by adopting a long-arm excavator and transporting the earth outwards, stopping excavating after the earth is excavated to the height of the top plate 9, paving a template after fine leveling and fine pressing, and constructing a structure of the top plate 9 (in the process, reinforcing steel bars in the top plate 9 are connected with reinforcing steel bar connectors corresponding to the building enclosure 8); in this embodiment, a reinforcing bar connector is reserved on the top plate 9 for connecting with the subsequent side wall 12.
