Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a preparation method, in particular to a preparation method of a wool blended fabric with anti-pilling and antibacterial effects.
Background
Wool mainly comprises protein, is soft and elastic due to wool fibers, can be used for manufacturing textiles such as woolen cloth, woolen yarns, blankets, felted wools and the like, wool products made of the wool fibers have the characteristics of plump hand feeling, good heat retention, comfortable wearing and the like, are widely applied to the field of fabrics such as current clothes and the like, and due to the fact that the cost of the wool is high, shrinkage, hair falling, pilling and the like can occur after washing, most of the wool in the current market solves the problems in a blending mode.
Because wool belongs to natural fiber, therefore wool fiber does not possess antibiotic protection against insects' performance, lead to the wool fabric after long-time the placing, the condition that the surface can appear yellow, aesthetic measure when influencing the later stage and using, but current wool blended fabric is when preparing, only through adding other fibre methods that have antibiotic anti-pilling, improve the antibiotic and anti-pilling ability of wool, but because it does not protect wool and other fibre when preparing, the life-span of fabric is used for a short time, and because wool does not possess antibiotic effect by oneself, lead to the whole antibiotic effect of blended fabric to be lower. Therefore, a method for preparing a wool blended fabric with an anti-pilling antibacterial effect is provided for solving the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a wool blended fabric with anti-pilling and antibacterial effects, which is used for solving the problem that the wool blended fabric prepared by the preparation method of the wool blended fabric in the prior art is short in service life.
According to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a method for preparing a wool blended fabric having an anti-pilling antibacterial effect, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) selecting wool fiber yarns, bamboo fiber yarns and polyester fiber yarns;
(2) blending the yarns into a fabric through a knitting process;
(3) performing antibacterial treatment on the prepared blended fabric;
(4) softening and shaping the treated fabric;
(5) dyeing and cutting the treated fabric according to the requirement.
Further, the bamboo fiber in the step (1) is cellulose fiber extracted from naturally growing bamboos, and the bamboo fiber has the characteristics of good air permeability, instant water absorption, strong wear resistance, good dyeing property and the like, and has the functions of natural antibiosis, bacteriostasis, mite removal, deodorization and ultraviolet resistance.
Furthermore, the polyester fiber in the step (1) is a synthetic fiber obtained by spinning polyester obtained by polycondensation of organic dibasic acid and dihydric alcohol, and is firm and durable, crease-resistant, non-ironing and non-sticky.
Further, in the step (1), wool fibers, bamboo fibers and polyester fibers are taken to be respectively made into raw slivers, the raw slivers are made into mature slivers through a drawing process, and then the mature slivers are respectively made into wool fiber yarns, bamboo fiber yarns and polyester fiber yarns through roving and spinning processes.
Further, the knitting in the step (2) means that the fabric is made by a knitting machine in a warp knitting or weft knitting manner according to the use requirement of the fabric, the structure of the warp knitted fabric is more stable, and the weft knitted fabric has better stretchability.
Further, the pretreatment in the step (3) is to finish the wool fibers by using a cross-linking agent citric acid and a catalyst sodium hypophosphite so as to obtain good antibacterial performance.
Further, when the treatment in the step (3) is carried out, the treatment temperature is 60-80 ℃, the treatment time is 65-85min, the weight ratio of the fabric to the solvent is 1:15-25, after the treatment, the fabric is cooled to 35-45 ℃, washed and then dried.
Further, when the softening treatment in the step (4) is performed, the nonionic softening agent is adopted firstly, so that the defects of stability to electrolyte and no yellowing are overcome, the effect of reducing the static friction coefficient of the fibers is excellent, and the cationic softening agent is adopted later, so that the fabric obtains an excellent softening effect, is strong in durability and washing resistance, and can improve the antistatic effect, the wear resistance and the tear strength of the fabric.
Further, the drying temperature after the softening treatment in the step (4) is 70-80 ℃, the drying time is 10-20min, the baking temperature is 165-180 ℃, and the baking time is 65-85 s.
Further, before the fabric is dyed in the step (5), the fabric needs to be cooled to normal temperature and kept still for 22-26 hours before the subsequent process treatment is carried out, so that the fabric can be completely sized.
Through the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, polyester fiber yarn has been adopted, the mode of bamboo fiber yarn and wool fiber yarn blending, obtain wool blended fabric, when keeping wool fiber self characteristic, through the holistic endurance of polyester fiber increase fabric, make the fabric have better anti-pilling and antibiotic effect through bamboo fiber, when having reduced manufacturing cost, guarantee that the fabric has longer life, and through antibacterial treatment, make wool fiber self also have certain antibiotic effect, thereby the whole antibiotic effect of blended fabric has been increased, the problem that the wool blended fabric life that current wool blended fabric's preparation method made is shorter has been solved.

The method for preparing a wool blended fabric having an anti-pilling antibacterial effect as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the drying temperature after the softening treatment in the step (4) is 70-80 ℃, the drying time is 10-20min, the baking temperature is 165-180 ℃, and the baking time is 65-85 s.
10. The method for preparing a wool blended fabric having an anti-pilling antibacterial effect as set forth in claim 1, wherein: in the step (5), before the fabric is dyed, the fabric needs to be cooled to normal temperature and kept stand for 22-26h before the subsequent process treatment is carried out, so that the fabric can be completely shaped.
