技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工产品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技技术的创新与进步,家用洗碗机越来越普及,成为人们日常生活的主要家用电器。洗碗机清洗去除餐具上的污垢主要是凭借强劲的水流在三维空间产生的喷射作用、加温水的热能作用和洗涤剂的除油去污作用,这三种作用相互协同完成的。洗碗机专用洗涤剂的除油去污作用在自动洗碗机中的清洁作用是显而易见的。洗碗机专用洗涤剂可有效地去除餐具上粘附的污垢,在热水洗涤条件下可以降低或抑制硬水盐垢在餐具上形成油膜或水斑,同时自动洗碗机专用洗涤剂中的许多成分如漂白剂等,也可以有效漂洗茶垢、咖啡渍等有色污垢。洗碗机的工作程序一般依次包括预洗、主洗、漂洗和干燥等步骤,其中主洗阶段通常需要将水加热至特定温度例如大于60℃,与洗涤剂配合,提高洗涤效果;预洗阶段主要是利用水力冲洗餐具上的污物,预洗阶段水温通常低于主洗阶段的水温。
固体洗碗机用洗涤剂是洗碗机用洗涤剂的一种产品类型,固体洗碗机用洗涤剂不仅仅要解决产品的成型、去污洗涤等性能,更快的溶解效果、更好的洗涤性能可赋予产品更高的附加值和更好的使用体验。在保证溶解效果的同时,固体洗碗机用洗涤剂的稳定性也是至关重要的。中国专利申请CN108774615A公开了一种自动洗碗机专用洗涤片剂,具有多个片剂层,每个片剂层针对洗碗机的不同工作阶段对应含有不同的解崩剂,不同的崩解剂在不同阶段释放有效活性成分,但该洗涤片剂产品成本高,制备难度大,同时采用两种不同的解崩剂也容易影响产品的稳定性和溶解性。
此外,除菌效果也是洗碗机专用洗涤剂所需的功能之一,现有的洗碗机用洗涤片剂的除菌功能有待提高。
综上可知,如何结合洗碗机的工作程序,使固体洗碗机用洗涤剂可以在主洗阶段快速的溶解,释放洗涤成分,同时使洗涤剂配方具备优异的除菌功效,是固体片剂洗碗机专用洗涤剂生产和开发亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的第一目的是提供一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,该具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片能够结合洗碗机的工作程序,在洗碗机的主洗阶段快速溶解,使有效成分更加充分溶解,除菌效果和洗涤效果好,且洗涤结束后无结块残留,产品性质稳定性,携带和使用方便。本发明的第二目的是提供该洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片的制备方法。
为实现本发明的第一目的,本发明提供了一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,按质量百分比计,由包括以下组分的原料制成:粘结剂5~15%;酸性助剂5~30%;碱性助剂5~35%;杀菌助剂0~5%;表面活性剂0.1~15%;漂白剂1~20%;酶制剂0.5~5%;抗再沉积剂0.5~10%;洗涤助剂20~50%;所述粘结剂为数均分子量为4000~8000、颗粒度为80~200目的聚乙烯醇;所述酸性助剂为柠檬酸、富马酸中的至少一种;所述碱性助剂为碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠中的至少一种。
其中,酸性助剂、碱性助剂相互配合作为泡腾解崩剂,碱性助剂碳酸氢钠与碳酸钠用于释放二氧化碳气体,在相同质量下碳酸氢钠比碳酸钠能够释放更多的二氧化碳,酸性助剂柠檬酸和富马酸用于提供与碱性助剂反应的氢离子。泡腾解崩剂与粘结剂聚乙烯醇、洗涤助剂等其余原料合理配合,使得所得的泡腾片具有毛细活性,能够配合洗碗机的工作程序,在预洗阶段的常温条件下溶解速度慢,而在主洗阶段的热水(大于60℃)环境下毛细效果显著,使固态的洗碗泡腾片体迅速释放气体从而崩解,加速溶解。粘结剂聚乙烯醇采用特定的分子量和颗粒度对于毛细活性结构的形成起到关键的作用,并且能够使得聚乙烯醇溶解在热水中。其他原料中杀菌助剂用于提高除菌性能,表面活性剂用于在洗涤过程中除去油性污垢并且在泡腾片制备过程中促使各原料分散均匀,漂白剂用于除菌,酶制剂用于除去餐具中的淀粉和蛋白质等污垢,抗再沉积剂用于防止结垢,洗涤助剂用于洗涤时降低表面张力、提高去污能力并有助于洗碗泡腾片的成型。
进一步的技术方案是,按质量百分比计,由包括以下组分的原料制成:粘结剂6~14%;酸性助剂8~25%;碱性助剂10~30%;杀菌助剂0.1~4%;表面活性剂1~6%;漂白剂3~15%;酶制剂1~4%;抗再沉积剂1~6%;洗涤助剂20~50%。当各原料用量在上述范围时,所得洗碗泡腾片能够具有更好的洗涤效果和除菌效果。
进一步的技术方案是,所述杀菌助剂为二氯异氰尿酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸中的至少一种。这些杀菌助剂杀菌效率高,对病毒、细菌芽孢、真菌等多种致病性微生物均适用。
进一步的技术方案是,所述表面活性剂为乙氧基化2-乙基已醇非离子表面活性剂、丙氧基化2-乙基已醇非离子表面活性剂、乙氧基化3-丙基庚醇非离子表面活性剂和丙氧基化3-丙基庚醇非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。采用上述非离子表面活性剂能够在洗涤时起到减少泡沫的作用,避免泡沫影响洗涤。
进一步的技术方案是,所述漂白剂为过氧碳酸钠、过氧硫酸氢钾中的至少一种。这些漂白剂在热水中溶解能够迅速释放氧进而起到杀菌作用。
进一步的技术方案是,所述酶制剂为蛋白酶、淀粉酶中的至少一种,用于除去餐具中蛋白质、淀粉等污垢。
进一步的技术方案是,所述抗再沉积剂选自含有磺酸基团的烯丙基单体共聚物、含有磺酸基团的(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体共聚物、含有磺酸基团的(甲基)丙烯酰胺单体共聚物中的至少一种。磺酸基团能够有效避免碳酸钙等团聚并在餐具表面或者洗碗机内沉积,上述抗再沉积剂具有水溶性好等优点。
进一步的技术方案是,所述洗涤助剂为柠檬酸钠、硫酸钠、硅酸钠、二羧甲基丙氨酸或其盐、二羧甲基谷氨酸或其盐中的至少一种。
进一步的技术方案是,所述洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片还包括螯合剂、漂白助剂、着色剂中的至少一种。
为实现本发明的第二目的,本发明提供了制备根据上述任一方案所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片的方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤一:将所述碱性助剂、部分的所述洗涤助剂和部分的所述粘结剂混合,制粒,得到第一颗粒;步骤二:将所述酸性助剂、剩余的所述洗涤助剂和剩余的所述粘结剂混合,制粒,得到第二颗粒;步骤三:将所述第一颗粒、所述第二颗粒与所述表面活性剂、所述漂白剂、所述酶制剂、所述抗再沉积剂混合,压制成型。
其中,碱性助剂和酸性助剂分别制粒再与其他原料进行混合,碱性助剂和酸性助剂颗粒较小,如此混合能够便于原料分散均匀。优选地,步骤一和步骤二制得的颗粒大小优选在40~80目之间,便于压片成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,通过采用一定酸性助剂和碱性助剂作为泡腾崩解剂,结合粘合剂等其余原料的合理配制,能够使体系具有适当的毛细活性,在常温条件下溶解速度慢,而在热水(大于60℃)的洗涤环境下泡腾效果显著,使块体迅速泡腾、崩解,加速溶解,由此可以实现固体洗碗机用泡腾片在洗碗机的主洗阶段释放主要活性成分,且释放充分、快速,洗涤过程无块体溶解残留,提升了产品的洗涤去污性能。
本发明的具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,具有优异的除菌效果、良好的高温稳定性以及防止结垢的性能,且可制成小体积的块体片剂,便于运输和携带,使用方便。且制备成本低,对环境友好。
具体实施方式
按照表1~2,分别配制实施例1~10的原料,并制备具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片。制备方法如下:1)将碱性助剂、部分的洗涤助剂(例如全部洗涤助剂的1/2)和部分的粘结剂(例如全部粘结剂的1/2)混合,投入高效湿法制粒机中,制粒,经过过筛(40~80目)处理、烘干干燥,得到第一颗粒;2)将酸性助剂、剩余的洗涤助剂和剩余的粘结剂混合,投入高效湿法制粒机中,制粒,经过过筛(40~80目)处理、烘干干燥,得到第二颗粒;3)将第一颗粒、第二颗粒与表面活性剂、漂白剂、酶制剂、抗再沉积剂混合,将混合物料投入到压片机料斗中,开启真空吸尘器,开启压片机,调整压片机速度,进行压片。
其中,在实施例1~5中,所用粘结剂聚乙烯醇的分子量为4000,颗粒度为200目;所用酸性助剂为柠檬酸和/或富马酸;所用碱性助剂为碳酸钠;所用杀菌助剂为二氯异氰尿酸钠;所用表面活性剂为乙氧基化2-乙基已醇;所用漂白剂为过氧碳酸钠;所用酶制剂为蛋白酶和/或淀粉酶;所用抗再沉积剂为含有磺酸基团的甲基丙烯酸酯单体共聚物;所用洗涤助剂为硫酸钠或硫酸钠和柠檬酸钠。各原料均购买获得。

在实施例6~10中,所用粘结剂聚乙烯醇的分子量为6000,颗粒度为80目;所用酸性助剂为柠檬酸和/或富马酸;所用碱性助剂为碳酸氢钠;所用杀菌助剂为三氯异氰尿酸钠;所用表面活性剂为丙氧基化2-乙基已醇;所用漂白剂为过氧硫酸氢钾;所用酶制剂为蛋白酶和/或淀粉酶;所用抗再沉积剂为含有磺酸基团的丙烯酰胺单体共聚物;所用洗涤助剂为硅酸钠或硅酸钠和二羧甲基丙氨酸盐。各原料均购买获得。

按照与实施例1~5相同的原料种类以及制备方法制备对比例1~3的洗涤片剂,对比例1~3的原料各组分用量如下表3所示。

对实施例1~10和对比例1~7进行效果试验。
1、测试方法
(1)去污力相关测试-洗碗机实际洗涤效果测试法
将一定量的人工污垢涂于餐具上,在洗碗机中用规定浓度的家庭机用餐具洗涤剂溶液洗涤后,参考《GB/T 20290-2016家用电动洗碗机性能测试方法》,通过目视评分来评估洗涤剂对污垢的去除等性能。
a)试剂与材料
蒸馏水或去离子水或相当纯度的水、猪油、牛油、精制植物油、乳粉、小麦粉、新鲜鸡蛋、番茄酱、芥末、茶叶、燕麦片。
b)仪器与设备
分析天平、托盘天平、洗碗机(可控温、干燥,至少能容纳6套餐具)、温度计、猪棕油漆刷、电磁加热搅拌器、烧杯、不锈钢漏筛(1mm网眼)、饭碗(114.3mm)、菜盘(203.2mm,内凹面140mm)、玻璃杯(60mm*130mm)、茶杯(70mm*50mm)、茶杯托盘(130mm,内凹面95mm)、小椭圆盘(230mm)、佐料碟(70mm)、汤盆(200mm)、筷子、汤匙、汤勺、刀子、叉子。
c)人工污垢
人工污垢用于涂渍菜盘和小椭圆盘,人工污垢的配方为:10%混合油、15%小麦粉、7.5%全脂奶粉、30%新鲜全鸡蛋液、4%番茄酱、1%芥末、32.5%蒸馏水。其中混合油以1:1:2的质量比将猪油、牛油和植物油置于一烧杯中,加热使其融化,搅拌均匀,待用;将新鲜鸡蛋去壳置烧杯中,搅拌均匀备用;小麦粉和全脂奶粉混合均匀;混合油置烧杯中加热至50℃~60℃融化。将混合均匀的小麦粉和全脂奶粉分次转入融化的混合油的烧杯中搅拌;分次将新鲜鸡蛋液加入烧杯中搅拌均匀;加入番茄酱和芥末搅拌均匀,最后分次将蒸馏水加入烧杯中搅拌成细腻的人工污垢,作涂污备用。
将试验用餐具在生产商推荐的浓度下进行洗涤,每个都要进行常规的洗涤循环。在漂洗的过程中要用去离子水或者蒸馏水。当玻璃杯上还有污渍时,不要使用洗碗机的干燥循环。玻璃杯上没有水痕即说明漂洗干净。取出后用蒸馏水冲洗至不挂水珠,置干燥箱中干燥、冷却后备用。
用猪棕油漆刷醮上人工污垢均匀涂于盘子内凹下的中心面上,涂污后于(25±1)℃放置8h备用。
d)茶渍
茶渍用于涂渍茶杯和茶托。其制备过程如下:在合适的容器中,将1000mL沸水[水的硬度为(2.5±0.2)mmol/L]加入到16g茶叶中浸泡15min,通过漏筛边搅拌边将茶水倒入另一容器中。在每个茶杯中加入100mL过滤的茶水,每个茶碟中加入10mL,于(25±1)℃放置8h,弃去茶叶水,备用。
e)燕麦渍
用187mL去离子水与12.5g燕麦片混合,将混合物煮沸腾后煮10min并不断搅拌。用刷子涂污至餐盘内表面。餐具上部的内边缘留20mm不要涂布。涂污后于(25±1)℃放置4h备用。

g)试验程序
按照洗碗机的说明书要求,将涂好污渍的餐具及其他器皿放于洗碗机中。接通电源,设置程序为标准洗涤状态,进行试验。洗碗机自动停机后迅速取出晾于支架上,冷却至室温后,根据测试目的,按下表(表5)具体评价方式进行评价,对洗涤剂的各项性能作出评分,可以多人进行评分或进行多次试验,取评分平均值作为结果。

(2)速溶效果-崩解时间的测定
准备两个1000mL烧杯,分别量取800mL蒸馏水置于1000mL烧杯中,一个保持常温,一个加热至(60±1)℃,分别加入1粒片剂样品。观察片剂崩塌溶解情况,当片剂完全崩塌,记录时间作为测量结果。崩解后溶液可能含有沉淀或悬浮颗粒。
(3)除菌效果测试
a)试剂与材料
蒸馏水或去离子水或相当纯度的水、猪油、牛油、精制植物油、全脂乳粉、小麦粉、新鲜鸡蛋、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡糖球菌。
b)仪器与设备
天平、洗碗机(可控温、干燥,至少能容纳6套餐具)、无菌棉、量筒、菜盘(203.2mm,内凹面140mm)。微生物检测所需设备和试剂参照QB/T2738-2012。
c)试验方法
配置人工污垢,人工污垢的配方如下:混合油15%,小麦粉15%,全脂奶粉7.5%,新鲜全鸡蛋液30%,蒸馏水32.5%。其中混合油是1:1:2的质量比的猪油、牛油和植物油。配置污垢菌悬液:人工污垢按1%加入无菌水中,加入大肠杆菌、金黄色葡糖球菌的菌悬液。
用无菌棉签蘸取污垢菌悬液在菜盘内凹面均匀涂抹3次,每次试验以相同的方法涂抹4个菜盘,静置20分钟后2个用于测试洗前微生物总数平均值,另外两个用于测试经洗碗机洗涤后微生物总数平均值。除菌率=(洗前微生物总数平均值-洗后微生物总数平均值)/洗前微生物总数平均值*100%。
(4)稳定性测试条件
高温测试:产品密封包装,45℃恒温烘箱放置30天。观察片剂与包材的相容性,是否存在胀袋,片剂块体吸潮破损等异常现象。
低温测试:产品密封包装,(-15~-8)℃恒温冰箱下放置30天。观察片剂与包材的相容性,是否存在胀袋,片剂块体吸潮破损等异常现象。
2、测试结果
实施例的洗碗泡腾片的去污力效果、泡腾崩解效果、除菌效果和稳定性如下表6所示。

由上述试验结果可知,本发明各实施例的泡腾片能够很好地与洗碗机的工作程序配合,在预洗阶段溶解速度慢,在主洗阶段的热水中能够快速泡腾崩解,提高了去污能力,且除菌效果好,产品稳定性高。此外,洗涤后的餐具不会结垢。
由实施例1至10和对比例1至3的比较可知,原料各个组分在本发明限定的用量范围内时,特别是粘结剂、酸性助剂和碱性助剂的配合,使得泡腾片具有合适的毛细活性,常温下溶解速度慢,高温下溶解速度快;当粘结剂用量少于所限定的用量范围时,将会导致洗涤片剂在预洗阶段过早溶解,洗涤剂中的活性成分过早地随预洗阶段的水排出,降低了洗涤效果;当粘结剂用量高于所限定的用量范围或者酸性助剂、碱性助剂的用量过少时,将会导致洗涤剂在主洗阶段溶解速度慢,影响去污效果和杀菌效果。
由实施例1至10和对比例4至7的比较可知,当粘结剂的分子量超出本发明限定的用量范围时、当粘结剂的颗粒粒径大于本发明限定的用量范围时或者当采用其他的物质例如PEG6000作为粘结剂时,都将不能实现泡腾片常温下溶解速度慢,高温下溶解速度快的优点,影响去污和除菌性能。
最后需要强调的是,以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于按质量百分比计,由包括以下组分的原料制成:粘结剂5~15%;酸性助剂5~30%;碱性助剂5~35%;杀菌助剂0~5%;表面活性剂0.1~15%;漂白剂1~20%;酶制剂0.5~5%;抗再沉积剂0.5~10%;洗涤助剂20~50%;
所述粘结剂为数均分子量为4000~8000、颗粒度为80~200目的聚乙烯醇;
所述酸性助剂为柠檬酸、富马酸中的至少一种;
所述碱性助剂为碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于按质量百分比计,由包括以下组分的原料制成:粘结剂6~14%;酸性助剂8~25%;碱性助剂10~30%;杀菌助剂0.1~4%;表面活性剂1~6%;漂白剂3~15%;酶制剂1~4%;抗再沉积剂1~6%;洗涤助剂20~50%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于所述杀菌助剂为二氯异氰尿酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于所述表面活性剂为乙氧基化2-乙基已醇非离子表面活性剂、丙氧基化2-乙基已醇非离子表面活性剂、乙氧基化3-丙基庚醇非离子表面活性剂和丙氧基化3-丙基庚醇非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于所述漂白剂为过氧碳酸钠、过氧硫酸氢钾中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于所述酶制剂为蛋白酶、淀粉酶中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于所述抗再沉积剂选自含有磺酸基团的烯丙基单体共聚物、含有磺酸基团的(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体共聚物、含有磺酸基团的(甲基)丙烯酰胺单体共聚物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于所述洗涤助剂为柠檬酸钠、硫酸钠、硅酸钠、二羧甲基丙氨酸或其盐、二羧甲基谷氨酸或其盐中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片,其特征在于还包括螯合剂、漂白助剂、着色剂中的至少一种。
10.制备根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种具有除菌功效的洗碗机用洗碗泡腾片的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将所述碱性助剂、部分的所述洗涤助剂和部分的所述粘结剂混合,制粒,得到第一颗粒;
步骤二:将所述酸性助剂、剩余的所述洗涤助剂和剩余的所述粘结剂混合,制粒,得到第二颗粒;
步骤三:将所述第一颗粒、所述第二颗粒与所述表面活性剂、所述漂白剂、所述酶制剂、所述抗再沉积剂混合,压制成型。
