背景技术
现有技术针对铁基不粘涂料采取的技术方案为:现有涂料使用聚四氟乙烯乳液和聚醚砜树脂作为原料,采用一定比例混合的形式实现铁基不粘涂料的制作。
该技术的缺点为:
(1)不耐刮(不能用铁铲).不耐高温(温度超260度以上会分解有害气体)。
(2)涂层容易脱落,使用寿命短(普遍使用一个月后会出现粘锅现象)。

本发明是要提供一种无机不粘复合涂层及其制备应用方法,用于解决铁基涂层不耐刮、不耐高温以及使用寿命短的问题。

(3)涂层厚度,底部耐蚀层厚度为25μm--35μm;顶部不粘涂层厚度为15μm-25μm;
(4)喷涂时要注意涂层均匀、平整,防止涂膜厚度过薄遮盖不好,过厚易流挂、气泡现象出现;
所述烧结工艺:
1)底部耐蚀层表干150-170℃烘烤5-8分钟,然后对基材进行降温,待基材表面温度降至常温,即可进行顶部不粘涂层喷涂;
2)顶部不粘涂层固化温度为1段排水工段150~170℃/5-8分钟、2段排胶工段350~370℃/5-8分钟,3段固化段645~655℃/8-10分钟;
所述使用方法:
1)所述无机不粘复合涂层产品制备时要佩戴好合适的防护用具;
2)处理废弃物时要遵守废弃物处理的有关规定;
3)应急措施:
(1)浆料溅入眼睛时,即用大量清水冲洗至少5分钟,然后视情况接受医生治疗;
(2)吸入分解的气体时,应立即到新鲜空气的地方;
(3)涂料粘在皮肤上时,请用肥皂和水彻底清洗;
4)包装.贮存与运输
(1)所述无机不粘复合涂层产品应该在干燥,避雨,遮阳的环境中存放,在温度5-40℃环境下存放;
(2)运输按非危险品规则办理;

本发明的有益效果在于:
1.涂层原料为无机材料,在使用过程中不会分解,使用安全;顶部不粘涂层的原料合理搭配,得到了不粘且耐刮性好的涂层。
2.底部耐蚀层能够防止基材被腐蚀,由于耐蚀层和不粘涂层的主要成分分别为低温玻璃粉和玻璃粉,形成高密度和稳定的无机玻璃态涂层,抗热震,耐高温,耐刮伤,高附着力及高耐候性。
