一种醇基液体燃料用添加剂,是以4~20份聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、6~21份2,4‑二甲基‑6‑叔丁基酚、2~5份N,N′‑二亚水杨‑1,2‑丙二胺、6~26份甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯、3~21份二乙二醇单甲醚、10~40份棕榈油酸甲酯、3~12份甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、2~9份二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、5~11份2‑正辛基‑4‑异噻唑啉‑3‑酮、8~23份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、7~17份N‑苯基‑N′‑仲丁基苯二胺和0~7份苯甲酸异丙酯调配制成。将其以7~10%的质量比加入甲醇中制成醇基液体燃料,在增加醇基燃料热值的基础上,能有效减缓燃料对金属部件的腐蚀,增加燃料的润滑性和黏度,并改变燃料颜色和燃烧火焰颜色。

技术领域
本发明属于醇基液体燃料技术领域,涉及一种在醇基液体燃料中添加的添加剂,特别是一种用于民用醇基液体燃料的添加剂。
背景技术
能源利用是造成大气污染的主要原因。我国能源利用结构中,污染严重的煤占总能源消耗的70%左右,各类燃料在各型锅炉和餐饮灶具等装置中燃烧,产生大量的烟尘、颗粒物、硫化物等污染物。特别是城市周边的小型热水和供暖锅炉,数量多、分布广、燃烧条件差,各种污染排放物对局部地区大气污染影响较大。
减少小型燃煤锅炉的使用,推广应用新型醇基燃料锅炉和清洁燃料,是改善城市大气环境质量的一个有效措施。
醇基燃料是指以醇类(主要是甲醇)为主调配的液体燃料,是一种廉价、环保的清洁能源。醇基燃料本身含氧,燃烧时需氧较少、燃料燃烧充分。醇基燃料原料来源广泛,我国具有7000万吨的甲醇产能,能够完全满足市场需要,规模化生产醇基燃料的成本远低于液化石油气、天然气、人工煤气等其他燃料。因此,大规模推广使用醇基燃料符合我国“富煤、缺油、少气”的国情,具有非常好的市场前景,对保障我国能源安全具有重要的战略意义。
尽管在1996年颁布了GB 16663-1996《醇基液体燃料》、1997年颁布了NY 311-1997《醇基名义燃料》两个标准,但是对配套使用的设备没有规定。目前醇基燃料使用的燃烧器质量层次不齐,长期使用存在金属部件腐蚀严重,导致不能正常使用的问题;另外,由于醇基燃料的润滑性能较差,容易导致燃料输送泵的异常磨损。同时,由于醇基燃料本身无色并有酒的香味,燃烧时火焰无色,也存在导致误饮误食的风险,以及着火时火焰颜色不易发现的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种醇基液体燃料用添加剂,将其加入民用醇基液体燃料中,在增加醇基燃料热值的基础上,能有效减缓燃料对金属部件的腐蚀,增加燃料的润滑性和黏度,改变燃料的颜色和燃烧火焰的颜色。
本发明所述的醇基液体燃料用添加剂是由以下重量份数的原料调配制成的:

本发明上述用于调配醇基液体燃料用添加剂的各种原料均为常规市售产品或试剂。其中,所述的聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯优选使用重均相对分子质量为20000~60000的聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯。
本发明所述醇基液体燃料用添加剂的制备方法是在常温常压下,先将聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、棕榈油酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、苯甲酸异丙酯与二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌混合,加热至60~80℃进行超声波处理形成粘稠的液体,冷却至室温后,再加入2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚、N,N′-二亚水杨-1,2-丙二胺、二乙二醇单甲醚、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和N-苯基-N′-仲丁基苯二胺,搅拌20~60分钟调和均匀,制成醇基液体燃料用添加剂。
其中,所述的超声波处理优选以20kHz的超声波处理2小时。
本发明所述的醇基液体燃料用添加剂中,其主要成分聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、棕榈油酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、苯甲酸异丙酯和二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌能够形成一种以聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯为主干的、类似橡胶结构的网状分子团,该分子团上具有大量的极性键,能够与甲醇分子通过分子间作用力形成更大的分子团,从而改变甲醇燃料的黏度和润滑性。而甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯又具备良好的分散性,适量甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯的加入,又能够防止添加剂分子团的过度聚合,以形成相对分子质量比较合适的功能分子团。
进而,2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚具有较强的抗氧化性能,能够防止甲醇被氧化为甲酸增强对金属部件的腐蚀。N-苯基-N′-仲丁基苯二胺和N,N′-二亚水杨-1,2-丙二胺能够形成功能互补的金属络合剂,吸附于金属表面形成保护层,防止燃料对金属的腐蚀,与2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚协同作用,增强醇基液体燃料的抗腐蚀性能。
同时,所形成的金属络合剂还能够使原本无色的醇基液体燃料显示出红棕色,起到警戒色的作用。而醇基液体燃料在燃烧时,又因为添加剂组分中含有的锌,燃烧火焰呈现明亮的蓝绿色。
本发明所述醇基液体燃料用添加剂的使用方法是:将本发明添加剂以7~10%的质量比加入到甲醇中,通过管道预混器或其他设备混合均匀,即可制成醇基液体燃料。本发明制备的醇基液体燃料为棕红色液体,燃烧后火焰颜色呈蓝绿色,能够作为民用取暖和热水锅炉燃料使用,也可以作为大型餐饮企业的灶用燃料。
在甲醇中添加本发明添加剂制备的醇基液体燃料,能够有效防止燃料对金属部件的腐蚀,增加燃料的润滑性和黏度,特别是黏度,增加了约9倍左右。本发明添加剂的加入还可以改变燃料的颜色和燃烧火焰颜色,并能增加燃料的热值约40%左右。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不是限制本发明的保护范围。本领域普通技术人员在不脱离本发明原理和宗旨的情况下,针对这些实施例进行的各种变化、修改、替换和变型,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1。
称取聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯5kg、棕榈油酸甲酯32kg、甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯12kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15kg、苯甲酸异丙酯1kg和二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌6kg,加入到混合罐中,升温至80℃,以20kHz的超声波搅拌反应2小时。冷却至室温,再加入2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚6kg,N,N′-二亚水杨-1,2-丙二胺3kg,二乙二醇单甲醚5kg,甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯4kg,2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮7kg,N-苯基-N′-仲丁基苯二胺4kg,继续搅拌20分钟调和均匀,制成100kg民用醇基液体燃料用添加剂。
取上述制备的添加剂8kg,加入到92kg甲醇中,制备成100kg醇基液体燃料,对燃料的金属腐蚀抑制性能和其他基本性能进行测试。
金属腐蚀抑制性能试验参考SAEJ 1747《汽油/甲醇混合燃料腐蚀测试推荐方法》,采用多种金属片浸泡作为筛选评定的方法,并以此考察醇基液体燃料用添加剂的腐蚀抑制效果。金属片的选择范围为锅炉供油系统和燃料燃烧系统中可能存在的金属,在50℃条件下分别在添加和未加本发明添加剂的燃料中浸泡168小时,观察金属片的腐蚀程度并计算腐蚀失重。
基本性能测试方法和测试结果如表2所示。
通过以上测试结果可知,添加添加剂以后对七种金属的腐蚀抑制效果明显,各金属试片只是颜色发生变化,没有出现腐蚀。在基本性能方面,黏度增加了8.3倍,热值增加了40%,效果明显。
实施例2。
称取聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯7kg、棕榈油酸甲酯28kg、甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯14kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯11kg和二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌8kg,加入到混合罐中,升温至80℃,以20kHz的超声波搅拌反应2小时。冷却至室温,再加入2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚10kg,N,N′-二亚水杨-1,2-丙二胺2kg,二乙二醇单甲醚3kg,甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯6kg,2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮5kg,N-苯基-N′-仲丁基苯二胺11kg,继续搅拌20分钟调和均匀,制成100kg民用醇基液体燃料用添加剂。

实施例3。
称取聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯7kg、棕榈油酸甲酯22kg、甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯8kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15kg、苯甲酸异丙酯3kg和二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌4kg,加入到混合罐中,升温至80℃,以20kHz的超声波搅拌反应2小时。冷却至室温,再加入2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚11kg,N,N′-二亚水杨-1,2-丙二胺1kg,二乙二醇单甲醚6kg,甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯4kg,2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮7kg,N-苯基-N′-仲丁基苯二胺12kg,继续搅拌20分钟调和均匀,制成100kg民用醇基液体燃料用添加剂。

实施例4。

实施例5。

按照实施例1方法测试添加剂的使用性能,结果如表9和表10。

Claims (6)

1.一种醇基液体燃料用添加剂,由以下重量份数的原料调配制成:
聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯       4~20
2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚      6~21
N,N′-二亚水杨-1,2-丙二胺    2~5
甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯      6~26
二乙二醇单甲醚         3~21
棕榈油酸甲酯          10~40
甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯     3~12
二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌     2~9
2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮    5~11
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯        8~23
N-苯基-N′-仲丁基苯二胺     7~17
苯甲酸异丙酯          0~7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的醇基液体燃料用添加剂,其特征是所述聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯的重均相对分子质量为20000~60000。
3.权利要求1所述醇基液体燃料用添加剂的制备方法,是在常温常压下,先将所述重量份数的聚甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、棕榈油酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、苯甲酸异丙酯与二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌混合,加热至60~80℃进行超声波处理形成粘稠的液体,冷却至室温后,再加入所述重量份数的2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚、N,N′-二亚水杨-1,2-丙二胺、二乙二醇单甲醚、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和N-苯基-N′-仲丁基苯二胺,搅拌20~60分钟调和均匀,制成醇基液体燃料用添加剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的醇基液体燃料用添加剂的制备方法,其特征是以20kHz的超声波处理2小时。
5.一种醇基液体燃料,是在甲醇中添加权利要求1所述的醇基液体燃料用添加剂调配制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的醇基液体燃料,其特征是所述醇基液体燃料中的添加剂质量比为7~10%。
