3. The quay logistics crane of claim 1, further comprising:
a fourth mounting seat (14) configured to be detachably mounted to the dock; and
and the electric control system (7) is arranged on the fourth mounting seat (14), and the electric control system (7) comprises an operation room (71), an electric control room (72) and a resistor cabinet (73).

A quay logistics crane according to claim 1, wherein the number of first mounting blocks (11) is two, the boom (2) comprises two bottom jointed arms (21), a first connecting jointed arm (24), a middle jointed arm (22) and a top jointed arm (23), one of the two bottom jointed arms (21) is connected with one of the two first mounting blocks (11), the other of the two bottom jointed arms (21) is connected with the other of the two first mounting blocks (11), the two bottom jointed arms (21) are both connected with the middle jointed arm (22) through the first connecting jointed arm (24), and the middle jointed arm (22) is connected with the top jointed arm (23).
5. The quay logistics crane of claim 4, wherein the intermediate jointed arm (22) comprises a plurality of single jointed arms (221) connected in series along the length direction.

A quay logistics crane according to claim 4, wherein the boom (2) further comprises a second articulated boom (25), the intermediate boom (22) comprises a single boom (221) and a double boom (222), the double boom (222) comprises two single booms (221) arranged side by side, the double boom (222) is connected to the first articulated boom (24) and the second articulated boom (25), the second articulated boom (25) is connected to the single boom (221), and the single boom (221) is connected to the top boom (23).
7. The quay logistics crane of claim 6, wherein each single-section arm (221) of the double-section arm (222) comprises a plurality of arm sections connected in series along a length direction.

The quay logistics crane of claim 4, wherein the boom (2) further comprises a second articulated boom (25), the middle boom (22) comprises a double boom (222), the double boom (222) comprises two single booms (221) arranged side by side, the double boom (222) is connected to the first articulated boom (24) and the second articulated boom (25), the second articulated boom (25) is connected to the top boom (23), and each single boom (221) in the double boom (222) comprises a plurality of boom sections connected in series along the length direction.
9. The quay logistics crane of claim 1, wherein the number of the second mounting seats (12) is two, and the second ends of the luffing assemblies (3) are connected to the two second mounting seats (12), respectively.
10. A quay logistics crane according to claim 1, comprising a platform (8), wherein the first mounting (11), the second mounting (12) and the third mounting (13) are provided on the platform (8), and wherein the platform (8) is configured to be detachably mounted to a quay.
