The invention discloses a marine folding belt conveying device which comprises a conveying front frame, a conveying rear frame, a winch, a front frame overturning oil cylinder, a rear frame overturning oil cylinder and a portal frame, wherein the conveying front frame is hinged with the conveying rear frame, one end of the rear frame overturning oil cylinder is used for being hinged with a ship body, the other end of the rear frame overturning oil cylinder is hinged with the portal frame, one end of the front frame overturning oil cylinder is hinged with the conveying rear frame, the other end of the front frame overturning oil cylinder is hinged with the conveying front frame, portal frame pulley blocks are arranged on two sides of the portal frame, rear frame cable pulling pulleys are arranged on two sides of the conveying rear frame, cable pulling rollers are arranged on two sides of the winch, and a pulling cable on any one of the cable pulling rollers is connected with the rear frame cable pulling pulley after passing through the portal frame pulley blocks. According to the invention, through a brand new portal frame, double-winch double-power is used for providing lifting power for the product, and meanwhile, the main frame adopts a double-main-beam structure, so that the bending resistance is greatly improved, the lateral torsion resistance is greatly improved, and the stability of the whole frame is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the invention discloses a marine folding belt conveyor, which comprises a front conveyor frame 1, a rear conveyor frame 2, a winch 3, a front frame turning cylinder 4, a rear frame turning cylinder 5 and a portal frame 6, wherein the front frame turning cylinder 4 and the rear frame turning cylinder 5 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the belt conveyor, so that the turning process of the front conveyor frame 1 and the rear conveyor frame 2 is more stable, the front conveyor frame 1 is hinged with the rear conveyor frame 2, one end of the rear frame turning cylinder 5 is used for being hinged with a ship body 7, the other end of the rear frame turning cylinder 5 is hinged with the portal frame 6, one end of the front frame turning cylinder 4 is hinged with the rear conveyor frame 2, the other end of the front conveyor frame is hinged with the front conveyor frame 1, two sides of the portal frame 6 are provided with pulley blocks 61, two sides of the rear frame 2 are provided with rear frame pull cable pulleys 21, two sides of the winch 3 are provided with pull cable rollers 31, a pull cable 32 on any one side of the pull cable roller 31 passes through the portal frame pull cable pulley block 61 and then is connected with the rear frame pull cable pulley 21, thereby through brand-new portal frame 6, used the double dynamical of two winches to provide the promotion power for the product, the body frame adopts two girder structures simultaneously, and not only bending resistance promotes greatly, and the side direction is antitorque, and whole frame stability promotes by a wide margin.
