s7, drying the flaky mixture in an oven at 90 ℃ to obtain the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces, wherein: the water content of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is 8%.

Claims (8)
1. A preparation process for effectively improving the bioavailability and absorption efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting root parts of the polygonum multiflorum, and putting the root parts of the polygonum multiflorum into distilled water for cleaning;
s2, fishing out the roots of the cleaned polygonum multiflorum and then drying in the air or airing;
s3, cutting the root of the polygonum multiflorum into slices or filaments, and deactivating enzymes of the cut root of the polygonum multiflorum;
s4, adding the roots of the polygonum multiflorum which is subjected to enzyme deactivation into distilled water, and stirring into a slurry;
s5, spray drying the slurry to obtain dried granular material with water content of 10-16%, and grinding the dried granular material into powder to obtain Polygoni Multiflori radix powder;
s6, carrying out comprehensive enzymolysis on the polygonum multiflorum powder obtained in the step S5 through protease to obtain an zymolyte, adding donkey-hide gelatin powder, seaweed powder, small molecule active peptide and honey to obtain a mixture, wherein the mixture contains carbohydrate and has high nutritive value, heating the mixture to 80-100 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30min, stirring for 10-20min after heat preservation is finished, and pressing the mixture into a plurality of tablets with fixed sizes;
s7, putting the flaky mixture into an oven for drying at 80-90 ℃ to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, wherein: the water content of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is 5-8%.

The preparation process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: in step S3, the water-removing method is: putting the cut root of the polygonum multiflorum into a traditional Chinese medicine dryer, and carrying out enzyme deactivation by using steam, wherein the steam temperature is 120-150 ℃, and the enzyme deactivation time is 30-60 s.
3. The preparation process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: in step S4, the root of polygonum multiflorum is stirred into a slurry state by a stirrer.
4. The preparation process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: in step S5, the slurry is filtered through a screen before being spray-dried.
5. The preparation process of claim 4, wherein the process comprises the following steps: the screen mesh is 90-110 meshes.
6. The preparation process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: in the step S5, the spray drying temperature is 160-180 ℃, and the air inlet pressure of the nozzle is 0.05-0.1 Mpa.

The preparation process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: in the step S6, the following components are calculated according to mass fraction: taking 10-12 parts of donkey-hide gelatin powder, 5-7 parts of seaweed powder, 8-12 parts of micromolecular active peptide, 10-15 parts of honey and 60-70 parts of polygonum multiflorum powder.
8. Use of the process according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for the preparation of a medicament effective in enhancing bioavailability and absorption efficiency of decoction pieces of Chinese medicinal herbs, wherein: the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces prepared by the preparation process are used for treating anemia, osteomalacia and rheumatism, pain in skin and lining, hyperlipidemia and constipation.
