The key 43 is added above the pressing part 412, the contact area of the key 43 is large, the key 43 is convenient for a user to press, and after the key is pressed, the pressing part 412 is pressed down by the key 43, so that the pressing part 412 rotates, and unlocking is realized. The base is provided with a support with which the key 43 is rotatably connected.
Referring to fig. 5, the first slider 421 is provided with a mounting groove 4211, and the cover 2 is provided with a stopper 23 extending into the mounting groove 4211; the second elastic member 423 is disposed in the mounting groove 4211, and has one end abutting against the stop 23 and the other end abutting against the first sliding member 421 to bias the first sliding member 421 to the normal position. By providing the protruding stopper 23, the second elastic member 423 can be provided in front of the first slider 421 moving in the unlocking direction, and the first slider 421 can be pushed to the normal position by applying elastic force, so that the first slider 421 is biased to the normal position. The stop 23 is in particular provided on the bottom cover.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, in order to keep the contact between the locking tongue 34 and the rotating member 33 and relatively move, the movable fastening assembly further includes an elastic pulling member 35, two ends of the elastic pulling member 35 are respectively connected with the locking tongue 34 and the rotating member 33, the elastic force of the elastic pulling member 35 tightly contacts the locking tongue 34 and the rotating member 33 with each other, so that when the rotating member 33 rotates away from the fixed fastening portion 31, the locking tongue 34 is pulled to move together by the elastic force of the elastic pulling member 35, and the locking tongue 34 is retracted into the slot; when the rotating member 33 rotates to approach the fixed buckling part 31, the contact end directly pushes the lock tongue 34 to move upwards to approach the fixed buckling part 31, and then the lock cover 2 is buckled with the fixed buckling part 31. Specifically, the lock tongue 34 is provided with a first protrusion 341, the rotating member 33 is provided with a second protrusion 334, and both ends of the elastic pulling member 35 are respectively connected to the first protrusion 341 and the second protrusion 334. The elastic traction piece 35 is a tension spring or an elastic belt or an elastic rubber ring.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, the shaft portion 21 further includes a third elastic member 5, and both ends of the third elastic member 5 abut against the lid 2 and the container 1 to apply an elastic force to the lid 2 in the direction of opening the lid. The elastic force of the third elastic member 5 is continuously present, and when the cover 2 is closed, the elastic force is present, and if the pressing structure 41 is pressed down and then the lock tongue 34 is separated from the fixed fastening portion 31 to unlock, the elastic force of the third elastic member 5 is automatically opened upward in the cover 2, and manual uncovering is not required. The third elastic member 5 is a torsion spring.
The liquid heating vessel further comprises a base 6 which cooperates with the vessel 1 for heating.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 7, a liquid heating container 1 includes a container 1, a lid 2, a lock mechanism 3, and an unlocking mechanism 4.
The container 1 is provided with a hollow cavity 11, the hollow cavity 11 is used for containing liquid, a water filling port is arranged at the upper end of the hollow cavity 11, and the container 1 further comprises a mounting seat 12 arranged on the inner wall of the hollow cavity 11. The container 1 is further provided with a handle, and in this embodiment, the mounting base 1 is separated from the container 1. In this embodiment, the container 1 is a kettle, and the mounting base 12 is fixed with the kettle and the handle in the kettle.
Referring to fig. 2, one end of the cover 2 is provided with a shaft portion 21 that is coupled to the mounting base 12, so that the cover 2 can be turned to open and close the cover, so as to open and cover the water filling port. The shaft connection part 21 is in a shaft column shape, and a corresponding shaft hole is arranged on the container 1 or the mounting seat 12, so that the cover body 2 can rotate around the shaft connection part 21.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the latch mechanism 3 includes a fixed latch 31, a movable latch assembly, and a first elastic member 32. The fixing fastening part 31 is fixed on the shaft joint part 21; the movable buckling component comprises a rotating piece 33 which is in shaft connection with the mounting seat 12 and a lock tongue 34 which is arranged on the mounting seat 12 in a sliding manner, and the lock tongue 34 is abutted with the rotating piece 33 so as to be close to or far away from the fixed buckling part 31 along with the rotation of the rotating piece 33; when the cover 2 is closed, the first elastic member 32 rotates the rotating member 33, so that the locking tongue 34 approaches the fixed fastening portion 31 and is fastened with the fixed fastening portion 31, thereby blocking the cover 2 from being opened upwards. The fixed buckling part 31 is arranged on the shaft connection part 21, when the fixed buckling part 31 is buckled with the lock tongue 34, the shaft connection part 21 cannot rotate, so that the cover body 2 is prevented from rotating to be opened, if the cover needs to be opened, the rotating piece 33 needs to be rotated, the rotating piece 33 can move away from the fixed buckling part 31 with the lock tongue 34, so that the lock tongue 34 is separated from the fixed buckling part 31, the rotation of the shaft connection part 21 is not blocked, and the opening of the cover body 2 is not blocked. Similarly, after the cover is closed, the rotating piece 33 drives the lock tongue 34 to approach the fixed buckling part 31 and enables the lock tongue 34 to be buckled with the fixed buckling part 31 to realize locking. In this embodiment, the fixing engaging portion 31 is integrally formed with the shaft portion 21. The first elastic member 32 is an elastic member, which may be an elastic rubber block, a spring plate or a spring, and in this embodiment, the first elastic member 32 is a compression spring. The first elastic member 32 is configured to exert an elastic force on the rotating member 33, so that when the cover 2 is closed, the position of the rotating member 33 can be maintained at a position where the lock tongue 34 is coupled to the fixed engagement portion 31, and the lock tongue 34 is prevented from being separated from the fixed engagement portion 31 to be unlocked by biasing the rotating member 33, thereby preventing the cover 2 from being locked.
In order to unlock the lock tongue 34 from the fixed engagement portion 31 and open the cover, an unlocking mechanism 4 is provided. Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the unlocking mechanism 4 includes a pressing structure 41 and a pushing mechanism 42 disposed on the cover 2, the pressing structure 41 is rotatably connected with the cover 2, the pressing structure 41 abuts against the pushing mechanism 42, when the cover is opened, the pressing structure 41 is pressed, the pressing structure 41 drives the pushing mechanism 42 to rotate the rotating member 33, so that the lock tongue 34 is far away from the fixed fastening portion 31 and is separated from the fixed fastening portion 31, so as to allow the cover 2 to be opened upwards. Through the pressing action, the pressing structure 41 drives the pushing mechanism 42, and the pushing mechanism 42 pushes the rotating member 33 to rotate, so that the lock tongue 34 is separated from the fixed buckling part 31 away from the fixed buckling part 31, and the cover 2 can rotate. In the invention, when unlocking is realized by pressing the pressing structure 41 downwards, the pressing unlocking mode is more in line with the force application habit of the fingers of the human body, and the hand feeling is better.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the mounting base 12 is provided with a slot between the rotating member 33 and the shaft portion 21, and the lock tongue 34 is located between the slot and the rotating member 33 with one end inserted into the slot; when the rotating member 33 rotates, the locking tongue 34 moves in the slot to approach or separate from the fixed buckling part 31; the first elastic member 32 acts on the rotating member 33 to bias the locking tongue 34 to extend out of the slot to be close to the fixed buckling part 31. Specifically, the mounting seat 12 can have a vertical slot, the rotating member 33 is installed in the slot, the rotating member 33 is rotatably connected with two side walls of the slot to realize rotation, a cover plate 121 is arranged on the upper side of the rotating member 33, the slot is formed in the cover plate 121, the lock tongue 34 is arranged between the cover plate 121 and the rotating member 33, one end of the lock tongue 34 is inserted into the slot, and the lock tongue 34 is continuously inserted into the lock tongue 34 to extend out of the slot to above the cover plate 121 or retract inwards without extending out of the cover plate 121 along with the rotation of the rotating member 33. When the lock tongue 34 extends beyond the cover plate 121, it can be locked by being buckled with the fixing buckling part 31 on the shaft connection part 21, so as to prevent the cover body 2 from rotating and opening upwards. If the cover is required to be opened, the rotating piece 33 needs to be rotated, so that the lock tongue 34 is retracted into the slot and separated from the fixed buckling part 31, and the cover body 2 is not prevented from rotating upwards to be opened any more, so that the cover body 2 can rotate and be opened upwards.
Wherein, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 7, the rotating member 33 has a contact end abutting against the lock tongue 34, the contact end includes a proximal contact portion 331 and a distal contact portion 332, and a distance from an outer end surface of the distal contact portion 332 to an axis of the rotating member 33 is greater than a distance from the proximal contact portion 331 to the axis of the rotating member 33; when the distal contact portion 332 abuts against the lock tongue 34, the lock tongue 34 extends out of the slot; when the proximal contact portion 331 abuts against the lock tongue 34, the lock tongue 34 is retracted into the slot. That is, the rotating member 33 is constructed like a cam, and the different portions are different in distance from the own rotational axis, so that the position of the lock tongue 34 abutting against it is changed, thereby achieving unlocking and locking in cooperation with the fixed buckling portion 31. In order to facilitate rotation, the latch 34 is prevented from jumping during rotation, a smooth transitional curved surface is formed between the near contact portion 331 and the far contact portion 332, the far contact portion 332 protrudes outwards, and the near contact portion 331 is recessed inwards.
In order to facilitate pushing the rotating member 33 to rotate to change the position of the locking tongue 34, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 7, the rotating member 33 further has a pushing end 333 fixedly connected to the contact end, one end of the first elastic member 32 abuts against the pushing end 333, the other end abuts against the mounting seat 12, the rotating member 33 is biased to the distal contact portion 332 to abut against the locking tongue 34, i.e. most of the time, the distal contact portion 332 abuts against the locking tongue 34, most of the time, the locking tongue 34 protrudes and is slotted, and the cover 2 is in a locked state most of the time and cannot be opened directly. When the cover is opened, the pressing structure 41 is pressed, and the pressing structure 41 drives the pushing mechanism 42 to push the pushing end 333 and compress the first elastic member 32, so that the rotating member 33 is rotated until the near contact portion 331 abuts against the lock tongue 34. The pushing and rotating end 333 is provided in a rod shape and integrally connected with the contact end, but the pushing and rotating end 333 is axially located at the other side.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the cover 2 is provided with a first chute 22, and the mounting base 12 is provided with a second chute 123 on one side of the rotating member 33. The pushing mechanism 42 includes a first slider 421, a second slider 422, and a second elastic member 423; the first sliding member 421 is slidably disposed in the first sliding slot 22 and has a normal position and an unlocked position, the second elastic member 423 biases the first sliding member 421 to the normal position, the second sliding member 422 is slidably disposed in the second sliding slot 123 and abuts against the rotating member 33, and the second sliding member 422 partially extends out of the second sliding slot 123; when the cover 2 is closed, if the first sliding member 421 is located at the normal position, the first sliding member 421 is not in contact with the second sliding member 422, if the first sliding member 421 is located at the unlocking position, the first sliding member 421 pushes the second sliding member 422 to retract into the second sliding slot 123, and the second sliding member 422 rotates the rotating member 33 to retract the locking tongue 34 into the slot; pressing the pressing structure 41 can move the first sliding portion from the normal position to the unlock position. The first sliding member 421 is at a normal position most of the time under the action of the second elastic member 423, and is not in contact with the second sliding member 422, so that the rotating member 33 is not affected, and the rotating member 33 is kept at a position where the locking tongue 34 is lifted and the locking tongue 34 extends out of the slot. If unlocking is required, when the pressing structure 41 is pressed down, the pressing structure 41 pushes the first sliding member 421 to the unlocking position, at this time, the first sliding member 421 pushes the second sliding member 422, the second sliding member 422 retracts into the second sliding groove 123 and pushes the pushing end 333 of the rotating member 33, the rotating member 33 rotates, the contact between the far contact portion 332 and the lock tongue 34 is changed into the contact between the near contact portion 331 and the lock tongue 34, the lock tongue 34 retracts into the slot, and is not buckled with the fixed buckling portion 31 any more, so that unlocking is realized, and the cover 2 can be rotated upwards to be opened. The second elastic member 423 is an elastic member, and may be an elastic rubber block, a spring plate, or a spring, such as a compression spring.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the cover body 2 includes a main cover and a bottom cover fixed at the bottom of the main cover, a receiving cavity is formed between the main cover and the bottom cover, the first chute 22 is disposed on the bottom cover and is located between the receiving cavities, and the pressing structure 41 is also disposed in the receiving cavities.
The pressing structure 41 includes a shaft portion 411 that is coupled to the cover 2, and a pressing portion 412 and a pushing portion 413 that extend from the shaft portion 411 and are perpendicular to an axis of the shaft portion 411, wherein the pushing portion 413 abuts against an end of the first slider 421 that is away from the second slider 422, presses the pressing portion 412, and the pushing portion 413 rotates with the shaft portion 411 and moves the first slider 421 from the normal position to the unlock position. That is, the pressing structure 41 is similar to a lever, and when the pressing portion 412 is pressed, the pushing portion 413 rotates, and further pushes the first slider 421 to move to the unlocking position, so that unlocking is achieved. In this embodiment, the rotating shaft 411, the pressing portion 412 and the pushing portion 413 are integrated, and a rib is further provided between the pressing portion 412 and the pushing portion 413 to increase the strength of the pressing structure 41. Wherein the pressing part 412 and the pushing part 413 have a rod shape, for example Fang Ganzhuang, which may be arranged along a line or may form an angle of 90-150 °, in this embodiment, the pressing part 412 and the pushing part 413 have an angle of 120 °.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the pressing portion 412 is in a rod shape, the top area is small, it is difficult to directly press the pressing portion 412, for convenience, the user can accurately press the pressing portion 412, the unlocking mechanism 4 further includes a key 43, the key 43 is hinged to the cover 2 to rotate, the cover 2 is provided with an opening for the key 43 to rotate, the pressing portion 412 is located below the key 43, and when the key 43 is pressed to rotate, the key 43 pushes the pressing portion 412 to rotate so that the first slider 421 moves the first slider 421 from the normal position to the unlocking position. The key 43 is added above the pressing part 412, the contact area of the key 43 is large, the key 43 is convenient for a user to press, and after the key is pressed, the pressing part 412 is pressed down by the key 43, so that the pressing part 412 rotates, and unlocking is realized. The base is provided with a support with which the key 43 is rotatably connected.
Referring to fig. 5, the first slider 421 is provided with a mounting groove 4211, and the cover 2 is provided with a stopper 23 extending into the mounting groove 4211; the second elastic member 423 is disposed in the mounting groove 4211, and has one end abutting against the stop 23 and the other end abutting against the first sliding member 421 to bias the first sliding member 421 to the normal position. By providing the protruding stopper 23, the second elastic member 423 can be provided in front of the first slider 421 moving in the unlocking direction, and the first slider 421 can be pushed to the normal position by applying elastic force, so that the first slider 421 is biased to the normal position. The stop 23 is in particular provided on the bottom cover.
In order to keep the lock tongue 34 and the rotating member 33 in contact and relatively movable, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, the movable fastening assembly further includes an elastic pulling member 35, two ends of the elastic pulling member 35 are respectively connected with the lock tongue 34 and the rotating member 33, the elastic force of the elastic pulling member 35 tightly contacts the lock tongue 34 and the rotating member 33 with each other, so that when the rotating member 33 rotates away from the fixed fastening portion 31, the lock tongue 34 is pulled together by the elastic force of the elastic pulling member 35 to move, and the lock tongue 34 is retracted into the slot; when the rotating member 33 rotates to approach the fixed buckling part 31, the contact end directly pushes the lock tongue 34 to move upwards to approach the fixed buckling part 31, and then the lock cover 2 is buckled with the fixed buckling part 31. Specifically, the lock tongue 34 is provided with a first protrusion 341, the rotating member 33 is provided with a second protrusion 334, and both ends of the elastic pulling member 35 are respectively connected to the first protrusion 341 and the second protrusion 334. The elastic traction piece 35 is a tension spring or an elastic belt or an elastic rubber ring.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the shaft connection portion 21 is further provided with a third elastic member 5, and both ends of the third elastic member 5 abut against the lid 2 and the container 1 to apply an elastic force to the lid 2 in the direction of opening the lid. The elastic force of the third elastic member 5 is continuously present, and when the cover 2 is closed, the elastic force is present, and if the pressing structure 41 is pressed down and then the lock tongue 34 is separated from the fixed fastening portion 31 to unlock, the elastic force of the third elastic member 5 is automatically opened upward in the cover 2, and manual uncovering is not required. The third elastic member 5 is a torsion spring.
The liquid heating vessel further comprises a base 6 which cooperates with the vessel 1 for heating.
Other contents of the liquid heating vessel according to the present invention are referred to in the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent variations and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical principles of the present invention are within the scope of the technical proposal of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A liquid heating vessel comprising:
the container is provided with a hollow cavity, and further comprises a mounting seat arranged on the inner wall of the hollow cavity;
the cover body is provided with a shaft connection part which is connected with the mounting seat in a shaft way at one end;
the locking mechanism comprises a fixed buckling part, a movable buckling component and a first elastic piece; the fixed buckling part is fixed on the shaft joint part; the movable buckling component comprises a rotating piece and a lock tongue, the rotating piece is in shaft connection with the mounting seat, the lock tongue is arranged on the mounting seat in a sliding mode, and the lock tongue is in abutting connection with the rotating piece to be close to or far away from the fixed buckling part along with the rotation of the rotating piece; when the cover body is closed, the first elastic piece pushes the rotating piece to rotate, so that the lock tongue is close to the fixed buckling part and buckled with the fixed buckling part to prevent the cover body from being opened upwards; and
the unlocking mechanism comprises a pressing structure and a pushing mechanism, wherein the pressing structure and the pushing mechanism are arranged on the cover body, the pressing structure is rotationally connected with the cover body, the pressing structure is in butt joint with the pushing mechanism, when the cover is opened, the pressing structure is pressed, the pushing mechanism is driven to push the rotating piece to rotate, so that the lock tongue is far away from the fixed buckling part and separated from the fixed buckling part, and the cover body is allowed to be opened upwards.
2. A liquid heating vessel as defined in claim 1, wherein: the mounting seat is provided with a slot between the rotating piece and the shaft connection part, and the lock tongue is positioned between the slot and the rotating piece and one end of the lock tongue is inserted into the slot; when the rotating piece rotates, the lock tongue moves in the slot to be close to or far away from the fixed buckling part; the first elastic piece acts on the rotating piece to bias the lock tongue to extend out of the slot to be close to the fixed buckling part.

A liquid heating vessel as defined in claim 2, wherein: the rotating piece is provided with a contact end which is abutted with the lock tongue, the contact end comprises a near contact part and a far contact part, and the distance from the outer end surface of the far contact part to the axis of the rotating piece is larger than the distance from the near contact part to the axis of the rotating piece; when the far contact part is abutted with the lock tongue, the lock tongue extends out of the slot; when the near contact part is abutted with the lock tongue, the lock tongue is retracted into the slot.

A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the rotating piece is also provided with a pushing and rotating end fixedly connected with the contact end, one end of the first elastic piece is abutted against the pushing and rotating end, the other end is abutted against the mounting seat, and the rotating piece is biased to the far contact part to be abutted against the lock tongue; when the cover is opened, the pressing structure is pressed, and the pressing structure drives the pushing mechanism to push the pushing rotating end and compress the first elastic piece, so that the rotating piece rotates to the position where the near contact part is abutted with the lock tongue.
5. A liquid heating vessel as defined in claim 2, wherein: the cover body is provided with a first chute, and the mounting seat is provided with a second chute at one side of the rotating piece;
the pushing mechanism comprises a first sliding piece, a second sliding piece and a second elastic piece; the first sliding piece is arranged in the first sliding groove in a sliding manner and is provided with a normal position and an unlocking position, the second elastic piece biases the first sliding piece in the normal position, the second sliding piece is arranged in the second sliding groove in a sliding manner and is abutted with the rotating piece, and the second sliding piece partially extends out of the second sliding groove;
when the cover body is closed, if the first sliding piece is positioned at a normal position, the first sliding piece is not in contact with the second sliding piece, and if the first sliding piece is positioned at an unlocking position, the first sliding piece pushes the second sliding piece to retract into the second sliding groove, and the second sliding piece rotates the rotating piece to enable the lock tongue to retract into the groove;
pressing the pressing structure may move the first sliding portion from the normal position to the unlock position.

A liquid heating vessel as recited in claim 5, wherein: the pressing structure comprises a rotating shaft part, a pressing part and a pushing part, wherein the rotating shaft part is in shaft connection with the cover body, the pressing part and the pushing part extend out of the rotating shaft part and are perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft part, the pushing part is in butt joint with one end, far away from the second sliding part, of the first sliding part, the pressing part is pressed, and the pushing part rotates along with the rotating shaft part and moves the first sliding part from the normal position to the unlocking position.

A liquid heating vessel as recited in claim 6, wherein: the unlocking mechanism further comprises a key, the key is hinged with the cover body to rotate, the cover body is provided with an opening for the key to rotate, the pressing part is located below the key, and when the key is pressed to rotate, the key pushes the pressing part to rotate so that the first sliding piece moves from the normal position to the unlocking position.
