The inventor of the application finds that when the existing double-layer drinking cup is used for opening the straw cover, the lock catch structure of the direct drinking cover needs to be turned over firstly, and then the opening button of the straw cover is pressed by fingers, so that on one hand, the operation is more troublesome, and on the other hand, under the condition of opening the lock catch structure of the direct drinking cover, if the opening button of the direct drinking cover is pressed carelessly, the direct drinking cover is opened by mistake, and more misoperation can be generated; the straw cover can be opened by mistake under the action of non-manpower external force.
The cup and the cup cover thereof aim to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how the technical solutions of the present application solve the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-7, the embodiment of the present application provides a cup cover, which mainly includes a cup cover base 1, a first cover 2, a first lock 3, a limiting portion 4 and a safety switch 5. The first cover 2 and the first lock 3 which are matched are both assembled on the cup cover base 1; the safety switch 5 moves closer to or farther away from the first lock 3; the limiting part 4 is arranged on the cup cover base 1 and is close to the first lock 3; the limiting part 4 is opposite to the safety switch 5 when the safety of the first lock 3 is in an open state; in the closed state of the safety of the first lock 3, the limiting part 4 and the safety switch 5 are dislocated.
In the embodiment, the main body of the cup cover base 1 is in a round table structure on the horizontal plane of the cup cover base 1, and the cup cover base is axially and vertically arranged. The first cap 2 is a straw cap, and one end of the straw is exposed after the straw cap is opened. The straw cover is arranged above the cup cover base 1. When the first cover 2 is closed, the first lock 3 is in locking connection with the first cover 2, and the first lock 3 and the second cover 6 are relatively fixed; with the first cover 2 open, the first lock 3 is not connected to the first cover 2 in a locking manner, and the first cover 2 can be moved closer to or farther away from the first lock 3. The first lock 3 is a push lock, and the first lock 3 includes a locking portion and a push opening portion that are connected, and the locking portion is used for locking connection, such as a snap connection, with the first cover 2 when the first cover 2 is closed. When the first cover 2 is closed and the first lock 3 is required to be unlocked from the first cover 2, the first lock 3 and the first cover 2 can be unlocked by pressing the pressing opening portion of the first lock 3, that is, the locking portion is separated from the first cover 2. The stopper 4 is provided around the first lock 3, for example, below the first lock 3. The safety switch 5 moves to the design position near the first lock 3, a space is formed between the safety switch 5 and the first lock 3, and the space distance reaches the design distance, and the limiting part 4 is arranged between the safety switch 5 and the first lock 3. When the safety switch 5 is in the design position, the safety of the first lock 3 is in a closed or open state. The safety switch 5 is movable relative to the limiting portion 4 to adjust a position corresponding to the limiting portion 4, so as to switch the safety state of the first lock 3, i.e. switch between safety closing and safety opening.
Through the cup cover provided by the embodiment of the application, when the safety of the first lock 3 is in the closed state, the limiting part 4 and the safety switch 5 are staggered, a space for relatively approaching movement of the limiting part 4 and the safety switch 5 exists between the limiting part 4 and the safety switch 5, the limiting part 4 is prevented from relatively approaching movement of the limiting part 4 and the first lock 3, and the relatively approaching movement of the limiting part 4 and the first lock 3 triggers the first lock 3 to unlock so as to open the first cover 2; under the insurance of the first lock 3 is in the open state, the limiting part 4 offsets with the insurance switch 5, and the limiting part 4 is limited to move relatively close to the first lock 3, so that the first cover 2 is prevented from being opened, the first cover 2 is kept in the closed state, and further, the first cover 2 is prevented from being opened by mistake.
As shown in fig. 1-7, as an alternative embodiment, the cap further comprises a mating second lid 6 and second lock 7; the second cover 6 is connected with the cup cover base 1 and the first cover 2, and a limiting part 4 is arranged on the second cover 6; the second lock 7 is movably connected with the cup cover base 1, a safety switch 5 is arranged on the second lock 7, and the second lock 7 moves close to or away from the second cover 6; when the second lock 7 is locked to the second cover 6, the safety switch 5 corresponds to the first cover 2, and the stopper 4 is located between the safety switch 5 and the first cover 2.
In the present embodiment, the second lid 6 is a drink-through lid, and the drink-through opening is exposed after the drink-through lid is opened. The second cover 6 is rotatably connected with the cup cover base 1, and the second cover 6 rotates relative to the cup cover base 1 to realize opening or closing of the second cover 6. The second lock 7 is in locking connection with the second cover 6 closed; the second lock 7 is not connected with the second cover 6 in a locked state in the opened state of the second cover 6. The second lock 7 is rotationally connected with the cup cover base 1, the second lock 7 moves close to the second cover 6, and the second lock 7 is locked with the second cover 6 when rotating to a locking position; the second lock 7 is moved away from the second cover 6, the second lock 7 being moved away from the locking position to effect unlocking with the second cover 6. The safety switch 5 moves synchronously with the second lock 7.
The first cover 2 is rotatably connected with the second cover 6, and the first cover 2 rotates relative to the second cover 6 to be opened or closed. When the first cover 2 and the second cover 6 are both closed, the first cover 2, the second cover 6 and the cap base 1 are stacked, and a user can open the corresponding covers as required.
