- The specific embodiment of this disclosure is further described below in combination with the specification, drawings and examples of implementation:
- In reference to the single-button suction nozzle unlocking structure for a cup cover shown in the
Figures 1 to 5 , said structure includes the upper part of the cup cover (2), the lower part of the cup cover (1), a button switch (3), a conduit (4), a suction nozzle (5), a locking slider (6) and the first bias tension spring (7). The upper part of the cup cover (2) is connected with the upward side of the lower part of the cup cover (1). The upper part of the cup cover (2) and the lower part of the cup cover (1) are connected with one another and form the entire cup cover. The separate setting of the upper part of the cup cover (2) and the lower part of the cup cover (1) provides convenience for assembling other parts therein. A containment groove (11) is provided in the lower part of the cup cover (1). The lower end of the conduit (4) passes through the lower part of the cup cover (1). The conduit (4) is connected with the lower part of the cup cover (1) tightly through the plug body. The upper end of the conduit (4) is connected with the suction nozzle (5). The suction nozzle (5) is connected in an overturning manner with the lower part of the cup cover (1). A convex column (52) is provided on the side of the suction nozzle (5). The suction nozzle (5) is connected with the groove wall pivot of the containment groove (11) through the convex column (52) and can be entirely arranged in the containment groove (11). - The cross slide of the locking slider (6) is provided on the side of the containment groove (11) in the lower part of the cup cover (1). One end of the locking slider (6) pushes against the lower part of the cup cover (1) through the first bias tension spring (7), and the other end of the locking slider (6) is provided with a stop (61) which passes through the wall of the containment groove (11). The suction nozzle (5) is provided with a groove (51) cooperating with this stop(61). The locking slider (6) is provided with a first oblique surface (62). The vertical slide of the button switch (3) is provided in the lower part of the cup cover (1). The button switch (3) is provided with a second oblique surface (32) cooperating with the first oblique surface (62). The elastic force of the first bias tension spring (7) forces the stop (61) of the locking slider (6) to pass through the wall of the containment groove (11).
- A perforation (21) for the projection of the button switch (3) is provided at the upper end of the the upper part of the cup cover (2). The button switch (3) can be pressed down from the upper end of the cup cover which provides convenience for button operation. An external thread is provided in the lower part of the cup cover (1) used for connection with the cup cover. The lower part of the cup cover (1) is provided with a guide opening (12). The lower end of the button switch (3) is provided with a guide column (31) which projects into the guide opening (12). The guide column (31) is provided with the second bias tension spring (8). The button switch (3) cooperates with the guide opening (12) through the guide column (31). It has a smooth and steady pressing and sliding in the vertical direction. The second bias tension spring (8) can help rearranging the switch upward.
- A hole (13) is provided in the containment groove (11) of the lower part of the cup cover (1) to balance the air pressure inside and outside the cup body when drinking water. When the suction nozzle (5) is arranged inside the containment groove (11), the lower end face of the suction nozzle (5) pushes against the hole (13) to prevent water in the cup from overflowing the hole (13).
- The conduit (4) is a silicone tube. A buckling limiting part (53) is provided in the suction nozzle (5). When the suction nozzle (5) is arranged inside the containment groove (11), the buckling limiting part (53) pushes against the conduit (4) and forces the internal walls of the two sides of the conduit (4) to connect with each other tightly and hermetically; it is used to cut off the inner passage of the conduit (4) and prevent the water spilling out when the cup tips over. The silicone tube has a good elasticity. When the stop (61) of the locking slider (6) is not locked in and does not coincide with the groove (51) of the suction nozzle (5), the suction nozzle (5) can pop up automatically from the containment groove (11) of the lower part of the cup cover (1) under the effect of elasticity.
- The operating principle and process of the single-button suction nozzle unlocking structure for a cup cover are as follows:
- To close the suction nozzle (5), the suction nozzle (5) is moved down, rotated and arranged in the containment groove (11) of the lower part of the cup cover (1). The stop (61) of the locking slider (6) passes through the wall of the containment groove (11) under the elastic force of the first bias tension spring (7), so when the suction nozzle (5) is in the containment groove (11), the stop (61) of the locking slider (6) cooperates with the groove (51) of the suction nozzle (5); the stop (61) projects into the groove (51) and locks the groove (51) in the containment groove (11) of the lower part of the cup cover (1). It's important to note that the lower end on the side of the suction nozzle (5) is equipped with a chamfer which facilitates the side of the suction nozzle (5) to push against the stop (61) of the locking slider (6) and facilitates the stop (61) of the locking slider (6) to project into the groove (51) on the side of the suction nozzle (5) in the process in which the suction nozzle (5) moves down and enters the containment groove (11).
- To open the suction nozzle (5), the button switch (3) is pressed causing said button switch (3) to move down. The second oblique surface (32) of the button switch (3) obliquely cooperates with the first oblique surface (62) of the locking slider (6), therefore, when the button switch (3) moves down, the locking slider (6) will be forced to overcome the elastic force of the first bias tension spring (7) to move in the direction of the wall of the containment groove (11) and thus causing the stop (61) which locks the locking slider (6) to separate from the groove (51) on the side of the suction nozzle (5). At this moment, the suction nozzle (5) will pop up automatically under the elasticity force of conduit (4) and the button switch (3) will be unlocked; the locking slider (6) will be rearranged transversely under the elastic force of the first bias tension spring (7) and drive the button switch (3) to be rearranged vertically as a result of the cooperation between the first oblique surface (62) and the second oblique surface (32). It is important to note that the button switch (3) can also be rearranged vertically as a result of the elastic force of the second bias tension spring(8).
- The description above provides only the good implementation examples of the disclosure which do not intend to restrict the technical scope thereof disclosure in any way. Therefore, any modification, equivalent changes or elaboration of the above examples based on the technical essence of the disclosure are possible within the scope of technical solution of the appended claims.
