Referring to fig. 5, the first sliding member 421 is provided with a mounting groove 4211, and the cover body 2 is provided with a stopper 23 extending into the mounting groove 4211; the second elastic member 423 is located in the mounting groove 4211, and has one end abutting against the stopper 23 and the other end abutting against the first sliding member 421 to bias the first sliding member 421 to the normal position. By providing the protruding stopper 23, the second elastic member 423 can be disposed in front of the first slider 421 moving in the unlocking direction, so that the first slider 421 is pushed to the normal position by applying an elastic force, and the first slider 421 is biased to the normal position. The stopper 23 is disposed on the bottom cover.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, in order to keep the latch tongue 34 and the rotating member 33 in contact with each other and move relatively, the movable engaging assembly further includes an elastic pulling member 35, both ends of the elastic pulling member 35 are respectively connected to the latch tongue 34 and the rotating member 33, and the latch tongue 34 and the rotating member 33 are tightly contacted with each other by the elastic force of the elastic pulling member 35, so that when the rotating member 33 rotates away from the fixed engaging portion 31, the latch tongue 34 is pulled together by the elastic force of the elastic pulling member 35 to move, and the latch tongue 34 retracts into the slot; when the rotating member 33 rotates to approach the fixed engaging portion 31, the contact end directly pushes the latch 34 to move upward, so as to approach the fixed engaging portion 31, and further engage with the fixed engaging portion 31 to lock the cover 2. Preferably, referring to fig. 1, the shaft connecting portion 21 is further provided with a third elastic member 5, two ends of the third elastic member 5 abut against the lid 2 and the kettle body, and an elastic force toward the lid opening direction is applied to the lid 2. Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 7, a liquid heating vessel 1 comprises a vessel 1, a lid 2, a latch mechanism 3 and an unlatching mechanism 4.
Wherein, container 1 is equipped with well cavity 11, and well cavity 11 is used for splendid attire liquid, and the upper end of well cavity 11 is equipped with the water filling port, container 1 still is including setting up mount pad 12 on the inner wall of well cavity 11. The fixed fastening part 31 is fixed on the shaft connecting part 21; the movable buckling assembly comprises a rotating piece 33 which is in shaft connection with the mounting base 12 and a locking tongue 34 which is arranged on the mounting base 12 in a sliding mode, and the locking tongue 34 is abutted against the rotating piece 33 to be close to or far away from the fixed buckling part 31 along with the rotation of the rotating piece 33; when the cover 2 is closed, the first elastic element 32 rotates the rotating element 33, so that the latch 34 is close to the fixed engaging portion 31 and engages with the fixed engaging portion 31 to block the cover 2 from opening upward. The first elastic element 32 is an elastic component, and may be an elastic rubber block, an elastic sheet, or a spring, and in this embodiment, the first elastic element 32 is a compression spring. The first elastic member 32 is used to apply an elastic force to the rotating member 33, so that when the cover 2 is closed, the position of the rotating member 33 can be maintained at a position where the latch 34 is coupled to the fixed engaging portion 31, and the latch 34 is prevented from being separated from the fixed engaging portion 31 by the biasing of the rotating member 33 and unlocked, thereby failing to lock the cover 2.
In order to separate the latch tongue 34 from the fixed engaging portion 31 to unlock the door, an unlocking mechanism 4 is provided. Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the unlocking mechanism 4 includes a pressing structure 41 and a pushing mechanism 42 disposed on the cover 2, the pressing structure 41 is rotatably connected to the cover 2, the pressing structure 41 abuts against the pushing mechanism 42, and when the cover is opened, the pressing structure 41 is pressed, the pressing structure 41 drives the pushing mechanism 42 to push the rotating member 33 to rotate, so that the latch 34 is far away from the fixed engaging portion 31 and separated from the fixed engaging portion 31, so as to allow the cover 2 to be opened upwards. Through the pressing operation, the pressing structure 41 drives the pushing mechanism 42, and the pushing mechanism 42 pushes the rotating member 33 to rotate, so that the latch 34 is separated from the fixed engaging portion 31 and separated from the fixed engaging portion 31, and the lid 2 is unlocked and can rotate. In the invention, when unlocking, the unlocking is realized by pressing the pressing structure 41 downwards, and the pressing unlocking mode more conforms to the force application habit of human fingers and has better hand feeling.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the mounting seat 12 is provided with a slot between the rotating element 33 and the coupling portion 21, the locking tongue 34 is located between the slot and the rotating element 33, and one end of the locking tongue is inserted into the slot; when the rotating piece 33 rotates, the locking tongue 34 moves in the slot to approach or separate from the fixed buckling part 31; the first elastic element 32 acts on the rotating element 33 to bias the latch tongue 34 to extend out of the slot close to the fixed buckling part 31. Specifically, the mounting base 12 can have a vertical slot, the rotating member 33 is installed in the slot, the rotating member 33 is rotatably connected with two side walls of the slot to realize rotation, the upper side of the rotating member 33 is provided with a cover plate 121, the slot is arranged on the cover plate 121, the lock tongue 34 is arranged between the cover plate 121 and the rotating member 33, one end of the lock tongue 34 is inserted into the slot, along with the rotation of the rotating member 33, the lock tongue 34 is continuously inserted into the lock tongue 34 and extends out of the slot to above the cover plate 121 or the lock tongue 34 retracts inwards without extending out of above the cover plate 121. When the latch 34 extends above the cover 121, it can be locked by being fastened with the fixed fastening portion 31 of the coupling portion 21, preventing the cover 2 from rotating and opening upward. If the cover needs to be opened, the rotating part 33 needs to be rotated to enable the bolt 34 to retract into the slot and separate from the fixed buckling part 31, the cover body 2 is not prevented from rotating to be opened upwards any more, and the cover body 2 can rotate to be opened upwards.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 7, the rotating element 33 has a contact end abutting against the lock tongue 34, the contact end includes a near contact portion 331 and a far contact portion 332, and a distance from an outer end surface of the far contact portion 332 to an axis of the rotating element 33 is greater than a distance from the near contact portion 331 to the axis of the rotating element 33; when the distal contact portion 332 abuts the locking tongue 34, the locking tongue 34 extends out of the slot; when the near contact portion 331 abuts against the locking tongue 34, the locking tongue 34 retracts into the slot. That is, the rotating member 33 is a structure similar to a cam, and the distance between different portions and the rotating shaft direction thereof is different, so that the position of the latch tongue 34 abutting against it is changed, thereby achieving unlocking and locking in cooperation with the fixed engaging part 31. In order to facilitate rotation and avoid the bouncing of the lock tongue 34 during rotation, a smooth transition curved surface is formed between the near contact part 331 and the far contact part 332, the far contact part 332 protrudes outwards, and the near contact part 331 is concaved inwards.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the rotating member 33 to change the position of the latch tongue 34, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 7, the rotating member 33 further has a rotating end 333 fixedly connected to the contact end, one end of the first elastic member 32 abuts against the rotating end 333, the other end abuts against the mounting seat 12, and the rotating member 33 is biased to abut against the latch tongue 34 at the far contact portion 332, that is, most of the time, the far contact portion 332 abuts against the latch tongue 34, most of the time, the latch tongue 34 extends out of the slot, and most of the time, the cover 2 is kept in the locked state and cannot be directly opened. When the door is opened, the pressing structure 41 is pressed, the pressing structure 41 drives the pushing mechanism 42 to push the pushing end 333 and compress the first elastic element 32, and the rotating element 33 is rotated until the near contact part 331 abuts against the lock tongue 34. The pushing and rotating end 333 is provided in a rod shape and integrally connected to the contact end, but the pushing and rotating end 333 is provided on the other side of the axis.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the cover body 2 is provided with a first slide groove 22, and the mounting base 12 is provided with a second slide groove 123 on one side of the rotating member 33. The pushing mechanism 42 comprises a first slide 421, a second slide 422 and a second elastic member 423; the first sliding member 421 is slidably disposed in the first sliding groove 22 and has a normal position and an unlocked position, the second elastic member 423 biases the first sliding member 421 to the normal position, the second sliding member 422 is slidably disposed in the second sliding groove 123 and abuts against the rotating member 33, and the second sliding member 422 partially extends out of the second sliding groove 123; when the cover 2 is closed, if the first sliding member 421 is located at the normal position, the first sliding member 421 does not contact with the second sliding member 422, if the first sliding member 421 is located at the unlocked position, the first sliding member 421 pushes and retracts the second sliding member 422 into the second sliding slot 123, and the second sliding member 422 rotates the rotating member 33 to retract the lock tongue 34 into the slot; pressing the pressing structure 41 moves the first slide from the normal position to the unlock position. Under the action of the second elastic element 423, the first sliding element 421 is in the normal position most of the time, and does not contact the second sliding element 422, so that the rotating element 33 is not affected, and the rotating element 33 is kept in the position of lifting the lock tongue 34 and extending the lock tongue 34 out of the slot. If the unlocking is required, the pressing structure 41 is pressed down, the pressing structure 41 pushes the first sliding member 421 to the unlocking position, at this time, the first sliding member 421 pushes the second sliding member 422, the second sliding member 422 retracts into the second sliding groove 123 and pushes the pushing end 333 of the rotating member 33, the rotating member 33 rotates, the contact portion 332 is changed into the contact portion 331 to be in contact with the lock tongue 34 from the contact portion 332, the lock tongue 34 retracts into the groove and is not locked with the fixed locking portion 31, the unlocking is realized, and the cover body 2 can be rotated upwards to be opened. The second elastic member 423 is a member with elasticity, and may be an elastic rubber block, an elastic sheet, or a spring, such as a compression spring.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the cover body 2 includes a main cover and a bottom cover fixed at the bottom of the main cover, an accommodating cavity is formed between the main cover and the bottom cover, the first sliding groove 22 is disposed on the bottom cover and located between the accommodating cavities, and the pressing structure 41 is also disposed in the accommodating cavity.
The pressing structure 41 includes a rotating shaft 411 coupled to the cover 2, and a pressing portion 412 and a pushing portion 413 extending from the rotating shaft 411 and perpendicular to an axis of the rotating shaft 411, the pushing portion 413 abuts against an end of the first slider 421 away from the second slider 422, the pressing portion 412 is pressed, and the pushing portion 413 rotates with the rotating shaft 411 and moves the first slider 421 from the normal position to the unlocking position. That is, the pressing structure 41 is similar to a lever, and when the pressing portion 412 is pressed, the pushing portion 413 rotates to push the first sliding member 421 to move to the unlocking position, so as to achieve unlocking. In this embodiment, the rotating shaft portion 411, the pressing portion 412 and the pushing portion 413 are integrated, and a rib is further provided between the pressing portion 412 and the pushing portion 413 to increase the strength of the pressing structure 41. The pressing portion 412 and the pushing portion 413 are rod-shaped, such as square rod-shaped, and may be disposed along a line or may form an angle, the angle is 90-150 °, and in this embodiment, the angle between the pressing portion 412 and the pushing portion 413 is 120 °.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the pressing portion 412 is rod-shaped, the area of the top is small, it is difficult to directly press the pressing portion 412, and in order to facilitate a user to accurately press the pressing portion 412, the unlocking mechanism 4 further includes a key 43, the key 43 is hinged to the cover 2 for rotation, the cover 2 is provided with an opening for the key 43 to rotate, the pressing portion 412 is located below the key 43, and when the key 43 is pressed and rotated, the key 43 pushes the pressing portion 412 to rotate, so that the first sliding member 421 moves the first sliding member 421 from the normal position to the unlocking position. The button 43 is added above the pressing part 412, the contact area of the button 43 is large, the user can press the button conveniently, and after the button is pressed, the button 43 presses the pressing part 412 downwards, so that the pressing part 412 rotates, and unlocking is achieved. The base is provided with a support, and the key 43 is rotatably connected with the support.
Referring to fig. 5, the first sliding member 421 is provided with a mounting groove 4211, and the cover body 2 is provided with a stopper 23 extending into the mounting groove 4211; the second elastic member 423 is located in the mounting groove 4211, and has one end abutting against the stopper 23 and the other end abutting against the first sliding member 421 to bias the first sliding member 421 to the normal position. By providing the protruding stopper 23, the second elastic member 423 can be disposed in front of the first slider 421 moving in the unlocking direction, so that the first slider 421 is pushed to the normal position by applying an elastic force, and the first slider 421 is biased to the normal position. The stopper 23 is disposed on the bottom cover.
In order to keep the latch tongue 34 and the rotating part 33 in contact with each other and move relatively, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, the movable fastening assembly further includes an elastic pulling member 35, both ends of the elastic pulling member 35 are respectively connected to the latch tongue 34 and the rotating part 33, and the latch tongue 34 and the rotating part 33 are tightly contacted with each other by the elastic force of the elastic pulling member 35, so that when the rotating part 33 rotates away from the fixed fastening part 31, the latch tongue 34 is pulled together by the elastic force of the elastic pulling member 35 to move, and the latch tongue 34 retracts into the slot; when the rotating member 33 rotates to approach the fixed engaging portion 31, the contact end directly pushes the latch 34 to move upward, so as to approach the fixed engaging portion 31, and further engage with the fixed engaging portion 31 to lock the cover 2. Specifically, the locking tongue 34 is provided with a first protrusion 341, the rotating member 33 is provided with a second protrusion 334, and two ends of the elastic pulling member 35 are respectively connected to the first protrusion 341 and the second protrusion 334. The elastic traction piece 35 is a tension spring or an elastic belt or an elastic rubber ring.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the shaft connecting portion 21 is further provided with a third elastic member 5, two ends of the third elastic member 5 abut against the lid 2 and the kettle body, and an elastic force toward the lid opening direction is applied to the lid 2. The elastic force of the third elastic member 5 is continuously present, and when the cover 2 is closed, the elastic force is present, and when the latch 34 is separated from the fixed engaging portion 31 to be unlocked after the pressing structure 41 is pressed down, the elastic force of the third elastic member 5 is automatically opened upward at the cover 2 without manually opening the cover. The third elastic member 5 is a torsion spring.
In addition, the liquid heating vessel comprises a base 6 which cooperates with the vessel 1 for heating.

the locking mechanism comprises a fixed buckling part, a movable buckling component and a first elastic piece; the fixed buckling part is fixed on the shaft connecting part; the movable buckling assembly comprises a rotating part and a lock tongue, the rotating part is in shaft connection with the mounting seat, the lock tongue is arranged on the mounting seat in a sliding mode, and the lock tongue is abutted against the rotating part to be close to or far away from the fixed buckling part along with the rotation of the rotating part; when the cover body is closed, the first elastic piece pushes the rotating piece to rotate, so that the lock tongue is close to the fixed buckling part and is buckled with the fixed buckling part to prevent the cover body from being opened upwards; and
the unlocking mechanism comprises a pressing structure and a pushing mechanism which are arranged on the cover body, the pressing structure is connected with the cover body in a rotating mode, the pressing structure is abutted to the pushing mechanism, the pressing structure is pressed when the cover is opened, the pushing mechanism drives the rotating part to rotate in a pushing mode, the spring bolt is made to be far away from the fixed buckling part and separated from the fixed buckling part, and therefore the cover body is allowed to be opened upwards.
2. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the mounting seat is provided with a slot between the rotating part and the coupling part, the lock tongue is positioned between the slot and the rotating part, and one end of the lock tongue is inserted into the slot; when the rotating piece rotates, the lock tongue moves in the open slot to be close to or far away from the fixed buckling part; the first elastic piece acts on the rotating piece to bias the lock tongue to extend out of the groove and be close to the fixed buckling part.

A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 2 wherein: the rotating piece is provided with a contact end abutted with the lock tongue, the contact end comprises a near contact part and a far contact part, and the distance from the outer end face of the far contact part to the axis of the rotating piece is greater than the distance from the near contact part to the axis of the rotating piece; when the far contact part is abutted to the lock tongue, the lock tongue extends out of the groove; when the near contact part is abutted to the bolt, the bolt retracts into the slot.
