As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in one embodiment, a locking mechanism of a cooking appliance 10 is provided, which includes a switch assembly 100, a limit assembly 200 and a locking assembly 300. A switch assembly 100 is utilized. The limiting assembly 200 and the locking assembly 300 can open (as shown in the direction a of fig. 1) and close (as shown in the direction B of fig. 1) the door panel 1000 relative to the box 2000. The position-limiting assembly 200 includes a first moving part 210 and a first elastic reset part 220 for resetting the first moving part 210, and the first moving part 210 is provided with a first position-limiting part 230; the locking assembly 300 comprises a second moving part 310 and a second elastic reset part 320 for enabling the second moving part 310 to reset, wherein the second moving part 310 is provided with a second limiting part 330 for limiting and matching with the first limiting part 230 and a first locking part 340 for locking and matching with a limiting part 3000 in the box body 2000; the first moving part 210 can move to separate the first position-limiting part 230 from the second position-limiting part 330 under the action of the switch assembly 100; the first moving part 210 can move to the position where the first position-limiting part 230 is matched with the second position-limiting part 330 under the action of the first elastic resetting part 220; the second moving member 310 can move under the action of the second elastic resetting member 320, so that the first locking portion 340 is locked and matched with the limiting member 3000.
When the door panel 1000 needs to be opened relative to the box 2000, the locking mechanism of the cooking appliance 10 of the above embodiment firstly needs to apply a corresponding acting force by using the switch assembly 100 to enable the first moving member 210 to overcome the elastic force of the first elastic reset member 220 and move relative to the door panel 1000 (as shown in the direction E of fig. 4), so as to enable the first limiting portion 230 and the second limiting portion 330 to be separated; then, a pulling force is applied to the door panel 1000, so that the second moving member 310 moves relative to the door panel 1000 (as shown in the direction F of fig. 4), and the first locking portion 340 is unlocked from the second locking portion 3100 of the stopper 3000 in the box 2000, so that the door panel 1000 can smoothly rotate relative to the box 2000 to open the door. When the door panel 1000 and the box body 2000 need to be locked, the door panel 1000 is only required to be pushed to enable the first locking portion 340 to be close to the second locking portion 3100 of the limiting member 3000, and the second moving member 310 is reset under the action of the second elastic resetting member 320 to enable the first locking portion 340 to be in locking fit with the second locking portion 3100; meanwhile, the first moving member 210 is reset under the action of the first elastic reset member 220, so that the first limit portion 230 and the second limit portion 330 are in limit fit, and the second moving member 310 cannot move relative to the door panel 1000, so that the door panel 1000 can be stably and reliably locked with the box body 2000 into a whole. In the use process of the locking mechanism of the cooking appliance 10, only by releasing the locking cooperation between the first limiting part 230 and the second limiting part 330 by the action of the switch assembly 100, the door panel 1000 can be further pulled to separate the first locking part 340 from the second locking part 3100, and the door panel 1000 can be rotated and opened relative to the box 2000, so that the problem of scalding caused by mistaken door opening can be avoided; meanwhile, the door plate 1000 is only required to be pushed to enable the first locking portion 340 to be close to the second locking portion 3100, the second elastic reset piece 320 and the first reset piece are utilized, the first locking portion 340 can be in locking fit with the second locking portion 3100, and the first limiting portion 230 and the second limiting portion 330 can be in locking fit, so that the door plate 1000 and the box body 2000 can be locked, and normal door closing operation cannot be influenced.
It should be noted that, the limiting cooperation of the first limiting portion 230 and the second limiting portion 330 can be realized by abutting cooperation or clamping cooperation, and it is only necessary to satisfy the cooperation of the first limiting portion 230 and the second limiting portion 330 that the second moving member 310 cannot move relative to the door panel 1000. The first moving part 210 and the second moving part 310 may be provided in the form of a moving block, a moving bar, etc.; the first and second elastic restoring members 220 and 320 may be provided as a spring, a reed, or the like having an elastic restoring function.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in one embodiment, the length direction of the first elastic restoring member 220 is arranged along the door opening direction (as shown in the direction a of fig. 1) of the door panel 1000, one end of the first elastic restoring member 220 abuts against one side of the first moving member 210, and the other end of the first elastic restoring member 220 abuts against the door panel 1000. Thus, when the switch assembly 100 applies a corresponding acting force to the first moving member 210, the first moving member 210 overcomes the elastic force of the first elastic restoring member 220 and moves toward the door opening direction relative to the door panel 1000, so as to drive the first position-limiting portion 230 to move toward the door opening direction relative to the second position-limiting portion 330, and further separate the first position-limiting portion 230 from the second position-limiting portion 330. Meanwhile, the arrangement direction of the first elastic reset piece 220 is consistent with the door opening direction of the door panel 1000, so that the first elastic reset piece 220 and the first moving piece 210 can be arranged in the door panel 1000 more compactly, the space is saved, and the door panel 1000 with a thinner thickness is suitable.
It should be noted that, the abutting of the first elastic resetting piece 220, the door panel 1000 and the first moving piece 210 may be a contact abutting, or may be an abutting realized after being connected through a mounting seat, and it is only necessary to satisfy that the first elastic resetting piece 220 can apply a corresponding acting force to the first moving piece 210.
Further, when first elasticity resets 220 and is the spring, in order to guarantee that can be accurate along opening the door the direction and stretch, can set up guide elements such as corresponding guide post on door plant 1000, establish the spring housing again on guide elements such as guide post, guarantee that the spring stretches the in-process and can not take place the skew, the effort that the spring was applied to first moving member 210 is steady all the time, guarantee the accuracy that first moving member 210 removed, and then guarantee that first spacing portion 230 can be accurate realize spacing cooperation or separation with spacing portion 330 of second.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that the first moving part 210 does not shift during the moving process, the door panel 1000 may further be provided with a guide rail, a guide sleeve and other guide structures to achieve guiding engagement with the first moving part 210, so that the moving track of the first moving part 210 is more accurate, and the first limiting part 230 is further ensured to be able to accurately achieve limiting engagement or separation with the second limiting part 330.
As shown in fig. 4, to ensure that the switch assembly 100 applies a corresponding forceWhen the first moving part 210 is moved, the first moving part 210 can move the first position-limiting part 230 to separate from the second position-limiting part 330. As shown in fig. 6, 8, 10 and 12, in one embodiment, one end of the first moving member 210 is provided with a first tilting body 240 which is tilted relative to the door opening direction. As shown in fig. 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18, the first stopper 230 is provided as a stopper protrusion 231 provided at the other end of the first moving member 210. When the switch assembly 100 applies a force (the direction of the force can be shown in fig. 8, 10 and D of fig. 12)1As shown in the direction shown) to the first tilting body 240, the component force along the door opening direction makes the first tilting body 240 move towards the door opening direction, so as to drive the first moving member 210 towards the door opening direction (as shown in fig. 8 and E of fig. 10)1In the direction shown) to move the position-limiting protrusion 231 relative to the second position-limiting portion 330 in the door-opening direction (see E in fig. 8 and 10)1Direction shown) to separate the limiting protrusion 231 from the second limiting portion 330, so that the second moving member 310 can move relative to the door panel 1000 when being acted by an external force to separate the first locking portion 340 from the second locking portion 3100, thereby opening the door. The first inclined body 240 may be a sheet or a block.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in particular, the first moving member 210 is configured as a sliding block which is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the door panel 1000, the first tilting body 240 is disposed at the upper end of the sliding block, the limiting protrusion 231 is disposed at the lower end of the sliding block, and the first elastic resetting member 220 is disposed at the left side of the sliding block. When the switch assembly 100 applies a force to the first tilting body 240 from above, the slider is translated toward the left side against the elastic force of the first elastic restoring member 220, so that the restricting protrusion 231 is translated toward the left side to be separated from the second restricting portion 330. It should be noted that the upper end, the lower end, the left side and the right side of the present disclosure are only one embodiment for explaining the corresponding moving principle, and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
In one embodiment, when the first position-limiting portion 230 and the second position-limiting portion 330 are in position-limiting engagement, the first moving member 210 is disposed in the door panel 1000, so that the structural arrangement in the door panel 1000 can be more compact. And the other side of the first moving member 210 is in abutting engagement with the front plate 5000 (as shown in fig. 5). Thus, when the door is closed, the first moving member 210 is abutted by the front plate 5000 disposed at the edge of the opening of the box 2000, so that the first elastic restoring member 220 is in a compressed state, and the first limiting portion 230 can accurately and reliably realize limiting matching with the second limiting portion 330. When the switch assembly 100 is separated from the first moving part 210, so that the acting force applied to the first moving part 210 by the switch assembly 100 disappears, and under the action of the first elastic reset part 220, the first moving part 210 moves towards the door closing direction, and the other side of the first moving part 210 can protrude out of the door panel 1000 (as shown in fig. 13 to 16), wherein a through hole or a groove for extending the first moving part 210 can be arranged on the corresponding side of the door panel 1000; when the door needs to be closed, the door panel 1000 is pushed to enable the first locking portion 340 to be close to the second locking portion 3100 of the limiting member 3000, the front plate 5000 props against the other side of the first moving member 210 to enable the first moving member 210 to move towards the door opening direction, until the first locking portion 340 is in locking fit with the second locking portion 3100, the first moving member 210 retracts into the door panel 1000, the first limiting portion 230 can be in limiting fit with the second limiting portion 330 again, it is guaranteed that the second moving member 310 cannot think about the movement of the door panel 1000, and the door panel 1000 can be reliably and stably locked with the box body 2000 into a whole. The stopper 3000 may be provided at a side of the front plate 5000.
The limit engagement and disengagement of the first limit part 230 and the second limit part 330 and the lock engagement and disengagement of the first lock part 340 and the second lock part 3100 may be achieved by linear translation or by swing or rotation.
In one embodiment, the length direction of the second elastic restoring member 320 is disposed at an angle to the door opening direction of the door panel 1000. Thus, the second elastic reset piece 320 can apply an acting force to the second moving piece 310, so that the second moving piece 310 can reset, and then the first locking portion 340 can be in locking fit with the second locking portion 3100 in the door closing process. As shown in fig. 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, the second moving part 310 includes a first connecting body 311 and a second connecting body arranged at an angleThe body 312, one end of the first connecting body 311 is connected to the second elastic reset element 320, and the second position-limiting portion 330 is configured as a position-limiting strip 331 disposed at the other end of the first connecting body 311. One end of the second connecting body 312 is connected to the other end of the first connecting body, and the other end of the second connecting body 312 protrudes out of the door panel 1000 and is provided with a first locking portion 340, wherein a through hole or a strip-shaped groove for extending out of the other end of the second connecting body 312 can be correspondingly arranged on the door panel 1000. And the first connecting body 311 is guided to cooperate with the door panel 1000, so that the first connecting body 311 can approach (see fig. 10, 14 and F of fig. 16)1Direction shown) or away (as shown by F in fig. 18)2Shown in direction) the first moving member 210 is reciprocally moved in direction. So, when spacing bar 331 and spacing protruding 231 wait the spacing cooperation of first spacing portion 230, can conflict spacing to first connector 311, thereby can restrict the relative door plant 1000 of first connector 311 and remove, also restrict the relative door plant 1000 of second connector 312 and remove, and then make first locking portion 340 and second locking portion 3100 stable, reliable locking cooperation, even exert external force pulling door plant 1000 and also can't relieve the locking cooperation between first locking portion 340 and the second locking portion 3100, thereby can't realize the operation of opening the door, avoid the problem that the scald appears after the door plant 1000 is opened in the maloperation.
The first and second connection bodies 311 and 312 may be provided in the shape of a bar, a plate, or a block. The guiding cooperation of the first connecting body 311 and the door panel 1000 can be achieved by arranging guide plates on both sides of the first connecting body 311, wherein the two guide plates arranged at an opposite interval form a guide groove, and the first connecting body 311 can be movably arranged in the guide groove.
Specifically, the first connecting body 311 is disposed along a vertical direction, and the second elastic reset piece 320 is disposed below the first connecting body 311 and connected to a bottom end of the first connecting body 311 (as shown in fig. 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, preferably, the second elastic reset piece 320 is disposed along a vertical or approximately vertical direction, so that the acting force of the second elastic reset piece 320 is exerted on the first connecting body 311 as much as possible to ensure that the first locking portion 340 can be reliably reset to achieve locking engagement with the second locking portion 3100), as shown in fig. 4, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13)As shown in fig. 15 and 17, the upper end of the first connecting body 311 is provided with a stopper 331, the second connecting body 312 is inclined toward the upper right, one end of the second connecting body 312 is connected to the other end of the first connecting body 311, and the other end of the second connecting body 312 is provided with a first locking portion 340. As shown in fig. 6, when the limiting protrusion 231 arranged above the limiting strip 331 is in limiting fit with the limiting strip 331, the first connecting body 311 can be abutted and limited, so that the first connecting body 311 can be limited to move upwards relative to the door panel 1000, the second connecting body 312 can be limited to move upwards relative to the door panel 1000, and further the first locking portion 340 cannot be separated from the second locking portion 3100, even if external force is applied to pull the door panel 1000, the locking fit between the first locking portion 340 and the second locking portion 3100 cannot be released, so that the door opening operation cannot be realized, and the problem of scalding after the door panel 1000 is opened by misoperation is avoided. When the switch assembly 100 disposed above the first tilting body 240 applies a force to the first tilting body 240 from above, the slider is translated towards the left side against the elastic force of the first elastic resetting member 220, so that the limiting protrusion 231 is translated towards the left side to be separated from the limiting strip 331 (as shown in fig. 8, 10 and 12); when the door panel 1000 is pulled in the door opening direction (as shown in the direction a of fig. 12), the second connection body 312 is allowed to be vertically upward (as shown in fig. 8, 10 and F of fig. 12) with respect to the door panel 10001Shown) move (simultaneously, as shown by F in fig. 8, 10 and 121As shown, the first connecting body 311 also moves vertically upward relative to the door panel 1000, and then pulls the second elastic reset piece 320 below), so that the first locking portion 340 is separated from the second locking portion 3100, and the door panel 1000 can be smoothly opened relative to the box 2000. When the door panel 1000 needs to be locked with the box body 2000, the door panel 1000 is pushed toward a direction (as shown in a direction B of fig. 14, 16 and 18) close to the box body 2000, so that the first locking portion 340 is close to the second locking portion 3100 of the stopper 3000, and the first connecting body 311 and the second connecting body 312 are vertically downward relative to the door panel 1000 under the action of the resetting force of the second elastic resetting piece 320 (as shown in a direction F of fig. 18)2Direction shown), wherein the second connecting body 312 is vertically downward with respect to the door panel 1000 only after the first locking portion 340 passes over the upper end of the second locking portion 3100, thereby making the second connecting body 312 move vertically downward with respect to the door panel 1000The first locking part 340 is locked and matched with the second locking part 3100; and, first moving member 210 resets and makes spacing protruding 231 and the spacing cooperation of spacing strip 331 under the effect of first elasticity piece 220 that resets to contradict first connector 311 once more, make first connector 311 and second connector 312 unable door plant 1000 removal relatively, make door plant 1000 can be stable, reliable and box 2000 locking as an organic whole.
In another embodiment, the second moving member 310 is rotatably connected to the door panel 1000 via a first rotating shaft (not shown), and the second elastic restoring member 320 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft and is in interference fit with the second moving member 310. In this way, the acting force of the second elastic reset piece 320 can act on the second moving piece 310, so that the second moving piece 310 can reset after rotating around the central axis of the first rotating shaft; the second elastic reset piece 320 may be a torsion spring sleeved on the first rotating shaft; the torsion spring is sleeved on the first rotating shaft, a mounting hole for the first rotating shaft to be inserted is formed in the corresponding position of the second moving member 310, and two support sections of the torsion spring are respectively abutted against the door panel 1000 and the second moving member 310. When the second moving member 310 rotates around the central axis of the first rotating shaft to the first position relative to the door panel 1000, the first locking portion 340 is separated from the limiting member 3000, and the second limiting portion 330 is separated from the first limiting portion 230. Thus, when the door needs to be opened, the switch assembly 100 applies an acting force to the first moving member 210 to enable the first limiting portion 230 to move relative to the second limiting portion 330, namely, after the first limiting portion 230 is contacted with the limiting matching of the second limiting portion 330, the door panel 1000 is pulled, so that the first locking portion 340 and the second locking portion 3100 of the limiting member 3000 are separated, the second moving member 310 rotates around the central axis of the first rotating shaft, the second limiting portion 330 is enabled to be displaced and further separated relative to the first limiting portion 230, and after the first locking portion 340 and the second locking portion 3100 are completely separated, the door panel 1000 can be smoothly opened relative to the box body 2000. When the second moving member 310 rotates around the central axis of the first rotating shaft to the second position relative to the door panel 1000, the second limiting portion 330 is in limiting fit with the first limiting portion 230, and the first locking portion 340 is in locking fit with the limiting member 3000. Thus, when the door needs to be closed, the door panel 1000 is pushed to move towards the direction close to the box body 2000, so that the first locking portion 340 and the second locking portion 3100 are close to each other, under the action of the elastic reset force of the second elastic reset piece 320, the first locking portion 340 and the second locking portion 3100 are in locking fit, the second limiting portion 330 and the first limiting portion 230 move to be in limiting fit, so that the door panel 1000 and the box body 2000 can be locked into a whole, at the moment, the second rotating piece cannot rotate around the central axis of the first rotating shaft due to the limiting effect of the first limiting portion 230 and the second limiting portion 330, even if the door panel 1000 is pulled, the first locking portion 340 and the second locking portion 3100 cannot be separated, and the door panel 1000 cannot be opened relative to the box body 2000. The limit matching between the first limit part 230 and the second limit part 330 can be realized by the clamping matching between the clamping hook and the clamping hook, and the second moving part 310 can not rotate around the central axis of the first rotating shaft only when the limit matching between the first limit part 230 and the second limit part 330 is satisfied.
The application of force to the first moving member 210 by the switch assembly 100 can be achieved by pressing or pulling, or by rotating or toggling.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, the switch assembly 100 includes a force-receiving member and a third elastic restoring member for restoring the force-receiving member, and the force-receiving member is provided with a force-applying portion for applying a force to the first moving member 210. Thus, after the external acting force is applied to the stressed member, the force is transmitted to the first moving member 210 through the force applying portion, so that the first moving member 210 moves, and the first position-limiting portion 230 is separated from the second position-limiting portion 330. Meanwhile, after the application of force is completed, under the action of the third elastic reset piece, the stressed piece is reset, so that the stressed piece is convenient to use next time, and the first moving piece 210 can be reset smoothly, so that the first limiting portion 230 and the second limiting portion 330 are in limited fit again. The third elastic reset piece can be an element with an elastic reset function, such as a spring, a reed and the like, and only the requirement that the stressed piece can be reset is met.
As shown in fig. 4, 8, 10 and 12, the force receiving member is a pressing plate 110, the third elastic restoring member is a first spring 130, the force applying portion is a force applying column 120, the first spring 130 is sleeved on the force applying column 120, one end of the first spring 130 abuts against the pressing plate 110, and the other end of the first spring 130 abuts against the door panel 1000. Thus, the pressing surface of the pressing plate 110 is pressed, so that the pressing plate 110 overcomes the elastic force of the first spring 130 and moves downward, thereby driving the force application column 120 to move downward, the force application column 120 applies a downward force to the first tilting body 240, so that the slider overcomes the elastic force of the first elastic restoring piece 220 and translates toward the left side, and the limiting protrusion 231 translates toward the left side and separates from the limiting strip 331. After the acting force applied to the pressing plate 110 disappears, the pressing plate 110 is restored under the elastic restoring force of the first spring 130, so that the next use is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 2, 8, 10 and 12, in order to facilitate the installation of the pressing plate 110 and the first spring 130, an installation groove 1200 for installing the pressing plate 110 may be formed at a corresponding portion of the door panel 1000, a through hole (not labeled) for passing the force application column 120 may be further formed in a bottom wall of the installation groove 1200, one end of the first spring 130 abuts against the pressing plate 110, and the other end of the first spring 130 abuts against the bottom wall of the installation groove 1200. In this way, when the pressing plate 110 is pressed, the urging rod 120 can pass through the through hole and act on the first inclined body 240, and when the pressing force disappears, the pressing plate 110 can be moved upward (see D in fig. 14)2Direction shown) to reset. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the damage of the excessive pressing force to the first spring 130, a corresponding limit structure may be further disposed on the pressing plate 110 to limit the stroke of the pressing plate 110. The limit structure can be a limit column or a limit block arranged at the side of the pressing plate 110, and the stroke of the pressing plate 110 is limited by the limit cooperation of the limit column or the limit block and the bottom wall of the mounting groove 1200.
As shown in fig. 13 to 18, further, when the pressing plate 110 is returned, the pressing surface of the pressing plate 110 can be flush with the surface 1100 of the door panel 1000. Thus, the surface 1100 of the door panel 1000 (which may be the upper surface of the door panel 1000) can be kept flat, and the appearance quality of the door panel 1000 is good after the door is opened, and the door panel 1000 is not easily interfered with the closing of the door.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment, there is further provided a cooking appliance 10, which includes a door panel 1000, a box 2000, a limiting member 3000 and the locking mechanism of any of the above embodiments, wherein the door panel 1000 is rotatably connected to the box 2000, the limiting member 3000 is disposed in the box 2000, and the limiting member 3000 is provided with a second locking portion 3100 for locking and cooperating with the first locking portion 340.
In the use process of the cooking appliance 10 of the above embodiment, only by releasing the locking cooperation between the first limiting portion 230 and the second limiting portion 330 by the action of the switch assembly 100, the door panel 1000 can be further pulled to separate the first locking portion 340 from the second locking portion 3100, and the door panel 1000 can be rotated and opened relative to the box 2000, so that the problem of scalding caused by mistaken door opening can be avoided, and the safety coefficient is high; meanwhile, the door plate 1000 is only required to be pushed to enable the first locking portion 340 to be close to the second locking portion 3100, the second elastic reset piece 320 and the first reset piece are utilized, the first locking portion 340 can be in locking fit with the second locking portion 3100, and the first limiting portion 230 and the second limiting portion 330 can be in locking fit, so that the door plate 1000 and the box body 2000 can be locked, and normal door closing operation cannot be influenced.
