Abstract

本发明公开了一种柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统,涉及尾气处理技术领域,包括:净化管,净化管的两端分别设有进气口和出气口,净化管内由进气口至出气口依次设置有过滤机构、喷淋单元、第一消音组件和第二消音组件,喷淋单元包括位于净化管内的喷淋腔、设置在净化管外的蓄水箱以及与蓄水箱连通的喷水管,喷水管与位于喷淋腔内的多个雾化喷头连通;过滤机构包括设置在净化管内的催化芯以及位于催化芯与进气口之间的第一过滤网;第一消音组件包括设置在净化管内的隔板以及一端与隔板上的通气孔连通的消音管,催化芯与隔板之间形成喷淋腔,净化管上还设有与喷淋腔连通的收集箱。本申请能够对尾气进行多重处理,具有更好的净化效果,且具备降噪功能。

本发明涉及尾气处理技术领域,具体涉及一种柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统。
背景技术
柴油发动机在工作时,会产生大量的尾气,在机动车里面,柴油为动力的机动车尾气对环境和人体的危害更大,需要经过特殊的处阻才能将尾气排出,而现有的柴油发动机设置的尾气处理装置净化效果较差,效率低,且不够彻底,同时在排放气体时产生的噪音较大,影响人们的生活和健康。
因此,急需一种净化效果好、能够降低噪音的柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统,包括:净化管,所述净化管的两端分别设有进气口和出气口,所述净化管内由所述进气口至所述出气口依次设置有过滤机构、喷淋单元、第一消音组件和第二消音组件,所述喷淋单元包括位于所述净化管内的喷淋腔、设置在所述净化管外的蓄水箱以及与所述蓄水箱连通的喷水管,所述喷水管与位于所述喷淋腔内的多个雾化喷头连通;所述过滤机构包括设置在所述净化管内的催化芯以及位于所述催化芯与所述进气口之间的第一过滤网;所述第一消音组件包括设置在所述净化管内的隔板以及一端与位于所述隔板上的通气孔连通的消音管,所述催化芯与所述隔板之间形成所述喷淋腔,其中,所述净化管上还设有与所述喷淋腔连通的收集箱。
进一步地,所述净化管内还设有位于所述第一过滤网与所述催化芯之间的第二过滤网。
进一步地,所述消音管包括消音管管体以及设置在所述消音管管体内的多个锥形消音碗,多个所述锥形消音碗沿所述消音管管体的延伸方向依次排列,且所述锥形消音碗的大端均朝向所述进气口。
更进一步地,所述第二消音组件包括多个间隔设置在所述净化管内的消音板,所述消音板包括依次层叠设置的内保护层、消音材料、海绵层和外保护层,所述消音板上具有多个贯穿所述消音板的消音管道,所述消音管道与所述净化管的延伸方向一致。
更进一步地,所述消音板为向所述第一消音组件方向凸起的弧形板。
更进一步地,所述催化芯内设有多个均匀分布的催化管,所述催化管内设有沿轴向依次分布的多个催化板。
更进一步地,所述催化板上间隔开设有多个通孔。
更进一步地,位于同一所述催化管内的多个所述催化板呈齿形分布。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明的优点是:本申请通过设置过滤机构、喷淋单元能够对尾气进行多重处理,具有更好的净化效果,通过设置第一消音组件和第二消音组件能够显著降低噪音,减少噪音污染,使用方便。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统,包括:净化管1,所述净化管1的两端分别设有进气口12和出气口13,所述净化管1内由所述进气口12至所述出气口13依次设置有过滤机构2、喷淋单元3、第一消音组件4和第二消音组件5,所述喷淋单元3包括位于所述净化管1内的喷淋腔、设置在所述净化管1外的蓄水箱31以及与所述蓄水箱31连通的喷水管32,所述喷水管32与位于所述喷淋腔内的多个雾化喷头33连通;所述过滤机构2包括设置在所述净化管1内的催化芯22以及位于所述催化芯22与所述进气口12之间的第一过滤网21;请参照图3,所述第一消音组件4包括设置在所述净化管1内的隔板41以及一端与位于所述隔板41上的通气孔411连通的消音管42,所述催化芯22与所述隔板41之间形成所述喷淋腔,其中,所述净化管1上还设有与所述喷淋腔连通的收集箱11。
具体的,通过雾化喷头33 向喷淋腔内喷水,使到达喷淋单元3的尾气与水融合实现净化,提高净化效果,收集箱11用于收集喷淋腔内的水;第一消音组件4和第二消音组件5起到降噪作用,防止气体排出过程中产生噪音。如图1所示,所述净化管1内还设有位于所述第一过滤网21与所述催化芯22之间的第二过滤网24,第二过滤网24用于对尾气中较小颗粒物和粉尘进行过滤。
如图2所示,所述催化芯22内设有多个均匀分布的催化管221,所述催化管221内设有沿轴向依次分布的多个催化板23。
所述催化板23上间隔开设有多个通孔231。
具体的,催化板23内填充有催化剂,催化剂可采用三元催化剂。
位于同一所述催化管221内的多个所述催化板23呈齿形分布,齿形分布能够延长尾气与催化剂的反应时间,得到充分反应,提高净化效果。
如图4所示,所述消音管42包括消音管管体以及设置在所述消音管管体内的多个锥形消音碗43,多个所述锥形消音碗43沿所述消音管管体的延伸方向依次排列,且所述锥形消音碗43的大端均朝向所述进气口12。
尾气依次穿过各个锥形消音碗43,在锥形消音碗43的阻挡下使得气流回旋,消耗气流中的能量,达到消音的目的。
如图5所示,所述第二消音组件5包括多个间隔设置在所述净化管1内的消音板,所述消音板包括依次层叠设置的内保护层51、消音材料53、海绵层54和外保护层55,所述消音板上具有多个贯穿所述消音板的消音管道52,所述消音管道52与所述净化管1的延伸方向一致。
具体的,内保护层51、消音材料53、海绵层54和外保护层55由进气口12至出气口13依次排列,其中,内保护层51和外保护层55起到防护作用,防止由于尾气气流的冲击受到损坏;消音材料53可以为吸音涂料;尾气穿过消音管道52进行又一重降噪后从出气口13排出。
所述消音板为向所述第一消音组件4方向凸起的弧形板,使气流回旋,起到消音作用。
本申请提供的柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统,当汽车产生尾气时,尾气从进气口12进入净化管1内,先经过第一过滤网21对尾气中大分子颗粒物和粉尘进行过滤、经第一过滤网21过滤的尾气通过第二过滤网24过滤掉较小颗粒物和粉尘,待尾气进入催化芯22,尾气与催化板23上的催化剂不断接触并发生反应,从而除去尾气中的氮氧化物和一氧化碳等有害气体,实现进一步净化,接着,尾气进入喷淋腔内并与水融合实现净化,进一步提高了净化效果,使净化更彻底,经净化后的尾气通过通气孔411进入消音管42内实现第一消音,随后通过多个消音板通实现二次消音,完成由过滤-净化-消音的过程,最终净化后的气体从出气口13排出,在实现对尾气彻底净化的同时,也降低了噪音,更具实用性。

1.一种柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统,其特征在于,包括:净化管(1),所述净化管(1)的两端分别设有进气口(12)和出气口(13),所述净化管(1)内由所述进气口(12)至所述出气口(13)依次设置有过滤机构(2)、喷淋单元(3)、第一消音组件(4)和第二消音组件(5),所述喷淋单元(3)包括位于所述净化管(1)内的喷淋腔、设置在所述净化管(1)外的蓄水箱(31)以及与所述蓄水箱(31)连通的喷水管(32),所述喷水管(32)与位于所述喷淋腔内的多个雾化喷头(33)连通;所述过滤机构(2)包括设置在所述净化管(1)内的催化芯(22)以及位于所述催化芯(22)与所述进气口(12)之间的第一过滤网(21);所述第一消音组件(4)包括设置在所述净化管(1)内的隔板(41)以及一端与位于所述隔板(41)上的通气孔(411)连通的消音管(42),所述催化芯(22)与所述隔板(41)之间形成所述喷淋腔,其中,所述净化管(1)上还设有与所述喷淋腔连通的收集箱(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统,其特征在于,所述净化管(1)内还设有位于所述第一过滤网(21)与所述催化芯(22)之间的第二过滤网(24)。
3.如权利要求1所述的柴油发动机尾气排放净化系统,其特征在于,所述消音管(42)包括消音管管体以及设置在所述消音管管体内的多个锥形消音碗(43),多个所述锥形消音碗(43)沿所述消音管管体的延伸方向依次排列,且所述锥形消音碗(43)的大端均朝向所述进气口(12)。
