As shown in fig. 1-6 and 8-10, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wall panel assembly 10 capable of being installed in both vertical and horizontal directions, comprising: a plurality of mounting keels 100, a plurality of fasteners 200, a plurality of wallboard mounts 300, and a plurality of wallboards 400. The plurality of installation keels 100 are transversely fixed to the base wall 500 at intervals in the up-down direction for supporting the fixing members 200, the wallboard mounting members 300 and the wallboard 400 and adjusting the verticality of the wallboard 400. A row of the fixing members 200 is fixed to each of the installation keels 100, so that the plurality of fixing members 200 are indirectly and fixedly installed to the base wall 500 in a rectangular array. The inner side of each of the panel mounting members 300 is fixed to the outer side of a different row of the fixing members 200, each of the panels 400 is fixed to two adjacent panel mounting members 300, and the panels 400 are fixedly mounted to the fixing members 200 by the panel mounting members 300.
The wallboard mounting member 300 comprises a fixing lath 310 and a connecting lath 320, wherein the inner end of the connecting lath 320 is connected with the outer side of the fixing lath 310, and the two sides of the outer end of the connecting lath 320 are respectively connected with a clamping lath 330.
The wall plate 400 is provided with a pair of end faces on the long side with a clamping groove 410.
The inner side of the securing slat 310 of each wallboard mount 300 of the plurality of wallboard mounts 300 may be secured laterally or vertically to the outer side of a different row of securing members 200; the two ends of the long edge of each wallboard 400 are respectively clamped and fixed with the adjacent two clamping laths 330 of the wallboard mounting piece 300 through the clamping grooves 410.
Wherein, the outside refers to a side of each component far away from the base wall 500, and the inside refers to a side of each component near the base wall 500. The inner end refers to an end close to the base wall 500, and the outer end refers to an end far from the base wall 500.
The assembly type wall system 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention, in which the wall boards can be installed in both the vertical and horizontal directions, forms the fixing pieces 200 arranged in a rectangular array on the base wall 500, so that the fixing lath 310 of each wall board mounting piece 300 of the plurality of wall board mounting pieces 300 can be transversely fixed to a different transverse row of fixing pieces 200 or can be vertically fixed to a different vertical row of fixing pieces 200, and the wall board 400 can be transversely or vertically clamped to the clamping lath of two adjacent wall board mounting pieces, so that the wall board 400 can be installed on the base wall 500 in both the vertical and horizontal directions, the universality is strong, and different wall surface modeling requirements can be met.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 7, the fixing member 200 includes a connecting base 210 and an installation unit 220, an inner side of the connecting base 210 is fixedly connected to the installation keel 200, an outer side of the connecting base 210 is provided with a threaded hole 211 along a direction perpendicular to the base wall 500, the installation unit 220 includes a connecting screw 221 and a fixing platform 222, an inner side of the fixing platform 222 is connected to an outer end of the connecting screw 221, the connecting screw 221 is connected to the threaded hole 211 of the connecting base 210 in a matching manner, and an inner side of a fixing strip 310 of the wall panel installation member 300 is fixed to an outer side of the fixing platform 222 of the installation unit 220. In this embodiment, the wall plate installation member 300 can be fixed to the fixing platform 222 of the installation unit 220 by providing that the fixing member 200 includes the connection base 210 fixedly connected with the installation keel 200 and the installation unit 220 screwed on the connection base 210.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the fixing strip 310 is fixedly connected to the fixing platform 222 and the connecting screw 221 of the mounting unit 220 by screws. In this embodiment, the fixing strip 310 of the wallboard mounting member 300 is fixedly connected with the mounting unit 220 through screws, so that the fixing is simple and stable.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, a nail hiding groove 311 is formed on an outer side of the fixing strip 310, and a head of the screw is received in the nail hiding groove 311. In this embodiment, the outer side of the fixing strip 310 is provided with a nail hiding groove 311 for accommodating the head of a screw, and the installation of the wall board 400 is not affected by the driven screw.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the inner side of the connecting base 210 is fixed to the mounting keel 200 in a snap-fit manner. In this embodiment, the connection between the connection base 210 and the installation keel 200 is stable and simple.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an installation method of an assembly wall system with a horizontally and vertically two-way installable wallboard, where the assembly wall system with a horizontally and vertically two-way installable wallboard is the assembly wall system 10 with a horizontally and vertically two-way installable wallboard, as shown in fig. 1-6 and 8-10, and includes the following steps:
s1, fixedly installing the plurality of fixing pieces 200 in a rectangular array on the base layer wall body 500;
s2, fixedly connecting the inner side of the fixing strip 310 of one of the wallboard mounting members 300 with the transverse row of the fixing pieces 200 or with the vertical row of the fixing pieces 200;
s3, fixedly connecting one end of one of the wall panels 400 with the clamping lath 330 of one of the wall panel mounting members 300, and fixedly connecting the other end of one of the wall panels 400 with the clamping lath 330 of the other wall panel mounting member 300;
s4, repeating steps S2 and S3 in up-down direction or left-right direction until the installation of the plurality of wall panel mounts 300 and the plurality of wall panels 400 is completed.
The assembly type wall system 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention, in which the wall boards can be installed in both the vertical and horizontal directions, forms the fixing pieces 200 arranged in a rectangular array on the base wall 500, so that the fixing laths 310 of each wall board installation piece 300 of the plurality of wall board installation pieces 300 can be transversely fixed to different transverse rows of fixing pieces 200 or can be vertically fixed to different vertical rows of fixing pieces 200, and the wall boards 400 can be transversely or vertically clamped to the clamping laths of two adjacent wall board installation pieces, so that the wall boards 400 can be installed on the base wall 500 in both the vertical and horizontal directions, the universality is strong, and different wall surface modeling requirements can be met.
