The utility model provides a prefabricated attached frame wallboard module that contains exterior window (hereinafter referred to as module) is installed at the upper and lower frame roof beam lateral part of same floor with external form, and it can single module use, also can a plurality of module combination concatenation uses. Aiming at different scene requirements, the external window-containing attached frame wallboard module has three different forms which are respectively used for three scenes, namely a flat window, a balcony window module and a floating window. The following description will be made for three types of modules, respectively, in order to facilitate understanding of the implementation of the present invention.
In one embodiment, there is provided a first type of externally hung lightweight prefabricated externally framed wall panel module. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the main components of the wall panel module include side uprights 1, an upper cross member 2, a lower cross member 3, an upper wall panel 4, a lower wall panel 5, a first lateral connecting member 6 and a second lateral connecting member 9. It should be noted that fig. 2 shows a section of the position of the upright post, rather than the sections of the upper wall plate and the lower wall plate, in order to show the mortise and tenon structure at the top and bottom. Two of the side uprights 1 are present in each module, which are intended to be held parallel and spaced apart as a fixed carrier for the whole module. The distance between two side upright posts 1 is determined according to the span of the whole window body, and the two upright posts 1 are respectively positioned at two sides of the outer window body to play a role in bearing the vertical weight of the auxiliary frame, the outer window frame, the window sash and other accessories. The upper cross beam 2 is erected on the upper portions of the two side columns 1 and keeps a certain distance from the tops of the side columns 1, the lower cross beam 3 is erected on the lower portions of the two side columns 1 and also keeps a certain distance from the bottoms of the side columns 1, and the upper cross beam 2, the lower cross beam 3 and the two side columns 1 can be formed by casting integrally, so that the structural stability of the side columns is good.
Of course, if in other embodiments the prefabricated parts are assembled into a whole, it can be theoretically realized as long as the structural stress can meet the requirement.
In the module, an upper cross beam 2, a lower cross beam 3 and two side upright posts 1 enclose to form a rectangular external window auxiliary frame. In the outer window attachment frame, an annular tongue-and-groove for fitting the window frame 12 is circumferentially surrounded along the inner side wall. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the annular tongue-and-groove has a 7-shaped cross section, and is composed of a rectangular cross-section body and a convex strip. In order to facilitate the installation of the conventional window frame 12 which can be embedded into the external window attached frame from outside to inside, the internal corners of the annular grooves and tongues need to face the outside of the wall, and the external window frame and a circle of grooves and tongues of the wallboard module containing the external window attached frame can form a clamping relation, so that the external window can be fixed by being pushed in from outside to inside during the installation of the external window.
Of course, in other embodiments, the female corners of the annular rebates may be oriented indoors if the window frame 12 is to be pushed into place from the inside to the outside.
In this embodiment, since the whole module needs to be hung on the vertical surface of the floor, the hanging state is as shown in fig. 4. Therefore, as mentioned above, it is necessary to keep the upper cross member 2 and the lower cross member 3 at positions spaced apart from the ends of the two side uprights 1, so that the top and bottom of the two side uprights 1 have extension sections extending outward relative to the outer window attachment frame, respectively. The two end extension sections of each side upright 1 are respectively used for lateral hanging, so the top extension sections of the two side uprights 1 are respectively provided with a first lateral connecting piece 6 for fixing the side upright 1 on the side part of the upper frame beam 10, and the bottom extension sections of the two side uprights 1 are respectively provided with a second lateral connecting piece 9 for fixing the side upright 1 on the side part of the lower frame beam 11.
The first 6 and second 9 lateral connectors may be any connecting member or assembly capable of securing the side uprights 1 directly or indirectly to the sides of the respective frame rails. In the present embodiment, one realization of the first lateral connection element 6 is a through-bolt hole which opens in the side upright 1, while a bolt is provided for connecting the upper frame beam 10 through the through-bolt hole. In actual engineering, the bolt is generally a high-strength bolt, and the specific type of the bolt needs to be determined according to structural stress analysis. Similarly, the second lateral connecting member 9 may be an embedded member fixed to the floor-facing side of the bottom of the side pillar 1, and a rigid connecting member connecting the embedded member and the lower frame beam 11 is also provided. In one embodiment, the embedded part is in the form of a steel end plate and a plurality of steel grab bars welded to the steel end plate, the steel grab bars are embedded in the side columns 1 during the process of casting the side columns 1 so as to be integrated with the side columns 1, and the steel end plate is flush with the surface of the side columns 1 and used for welding the embedded part and the rigid connecting part of the lower frame beam 11. The rigid connecting piece can adopt an L-shaped connecting plate or a connecting steel bar, one side of the rigid connecting piece is welded on the steel end plate, and the other side of the rigid connecting piece is welded on the frame beam. If the frame beam is made of I-shaped steel, the frame beam can be welded on the upper flange of the I-shaped steel.
In addition, in order to improve the degree of prefabricated assembly and reduce the number of on-site construction processes, the gap between the extending sections of the two side columns 1 needs to be filled. The utility model discloses in, pack by upper wall plate 4 between the top extension section of two side columns 1, pack as the belly wall by wallboard 5 down between the bottom extension section of two side columns 1, form holistic outer window that contains and attach frame wallboard module. Need keep satisfying the fixed of intensity requirement between top wall panel 4 and the bottom wall panel 5 with side post 1, entablature 2 and bottom end rail 3, can realize through the embedded reinforcing bar in the pouring in-process in this embodiment, also can adopt other connection forms certainly, do not do the restriction to this.
In another embodiment, in order to reduce the weight of the whole module, the upper wall plate 4 and the lower wall plate 5 can be made of light wall plates, which need to meet the performance requirements of the outer wall such as fire-proof and waterproof, and ALC plates can be commonly used.
The utility model discloses an above-mentioned module, a module installation on the wall body alone also can be in the prefabricated building batch installation. Because window position is arranged in vertical being one row usually in the building outer wall, consequently the utility model discloses an in the preferred embodiment, need set up the part of butt joint in the upper and lower position of every module, the left and right sides of module also need splice with the wall body simultaneously to satisfy assembly type structure's requirement, consequently the module left and right sides also need set up the part of concatenation.
In one embodiment, the upper and lower positions of each module are respectively provided with a mortise and tenon structure, wherein the mortise and tenon structure can be either an upper mortise and tenon structure or a lower mortise and tenon structure. The form of the tenon-and-mortise structure is not limited as long as the butt joint and the splicing of the tenon-and-mortise structure are limited. As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, tenons 8 may be provided on the bottom surfaces of two side columns 1, see fig. 6(a), and mortises 7 may be provided on the top surfaces of two side columns 1, see fig. 6 (b). Thus, when two modules of two floors are spliced up and down, the mortise 7 and the tenon 8 can be engaged and fixed with each other, that is, a state shown in fig. 7 is formed. In addition, at the elevation of the floor, because the concrete attached frame is very close to the floor structure, in order to block the heat bridge, in another embodiment of the present invention, the joint between the concrete attached frame and the floor structure is filled with the heat insulation material 14 at the position to serve as a heat insulation measure. In fig. 7, the insulating material 14 is filled between the second lateral connecting member 9 and the floor slab, and the insulating material 14 is preferably aerogel with high thermal resistance.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the outer side surfaces of the two side columns 1 of the present invention may be respectively provided with a tongue-and-groove spliced with an external wall board. From this, all the other wallboards with the utility model discloses a wallboard module can make it connect as an organic wholely through the tongue-and-groove concatenation of side direction.
In another embodiment, on the basis of the tongue-and-groove and tenon-and-mortise structures, the height of the upper edge and the lower edge of the module can be further adjusted, so that the module can be continuously spliced and fixed with other peripheral structures, and the on-site wall body pouring is avoided. In this embodiment, the height of the top wall panel 4 and the bottom wall panel 5 can be adjusted, the top surface of the top wall panel 4 is kept flush with the top surfaces of the two side uprights 1, the bottom surface of the bottom wall panel 5 is flush with the bottom surfaces of the two side uprights 1, and the lengths of the top extension and the bottom extension on the two side uprights 1 should satisfy: install respectively about the floor the utility model discloses a contain outer window and attach frame wallboard module after, the bottom surface of upper wallboard module can with the top surface amalgamation of lower floor's wallboard module, only has the piece between the two to need to handle. From this, can directly hoist wallboard module to corresponding floor position installation, then transversely splice with the wallboard, vertical and other wallboard module concatenation, the concatenation seam position about whole wall body only need carry out simple process such as smearing seam, waterproof, need not to carry out extra wall body pouring process, has saved the engineering time greatly, has reduced the construction degree of difficulty.
It should be noted that, the utility model discloses in the parallel and level to the elevation that does not necessarily require both is completely unanimous, but is unanimous basically making its installation back need not additionally to pour the wall body. The flush state allows certain errors or gaps reserved for installation requirements, considering the inevitable errors in construction.
In another embodiment, for the convenience of integral hoisting, hoisting connecting pieces 15 can be arranged on the two side columns 1. The hoisting connecting piece 15 can be realized by selecting different structures according to hoisting forms, in one embodiment, the hoisting connecting piece 15 is realized by adopting an internal thread sleeve, the internal thread sleeve is fixed inside the side upright post 1 and is welded with the steel bar in the post, and the other end is an opening end which is positioned on the concrete surface of the side upright post 1. In the subsequent hoisting process, the external thread fixing piece used for hoisting can be conveniently screwed into the opening of the internal thread sleeve, and then hoisting is carried out. After the hoisting is finished, the external thread fixing piece can be unscrewed again, and the concrete surface of the side upright post 1 is blocked and plastered, so that the internal thread sleeve is hidden. Of course, in other embodiments, the hoisting connection member 15 may be eliminated if the module is hoisted integrally without setting a hoisting point.
Fig. 8 and 9 show the hitching state of the external window attached frame wall panel on the upper frame beam 10 and the lower frame beam 11, and it should be specifically noted that fig. 9 shows a section of the position of the upright post, not a section of the upper wall panel and the lower wall panel, in order to show the mortise and tenon structure of the top and the bottom thereof. The top of the module is hooked on the upper frame beam 10 by high-strength bolts, while the bottom is fixed on the lower frame beam 11 by L-shaped connectors. And the outer window can be directly arranged on the outer window auxiliary frame. Because the outer window frame and a circle of groove and tongue of the auxiliary frame in the wallboard module with the outer window auxiliary frame can form a clamping relation, the outer window is pushed in from outside to inside when being installed, one or more sealing strips are arranged at the groove and tongue contact position where the window frame 12 is installed on the auxiliary frame, and the specific number of the sealing strips is adjusted according to actual requirements. As shown in fig. 10, which shows two sealing strips, a sealing strip, i.e. an outer sealing strip 16 and an inner sealing strip 17 in the figure, is generally arranged on the front surface and the side surface of the tongue-and-groove respectively, and the sealing strips play a role of water stopping and sealing, and after the outer window frame is fixed, a sealing glue is arranged in a seam of an outer circle in a conventional manner.
Fig. 8 shows the installation state of the single module, in another embodiment of the present invention, the single module can be continuously spliced to form a light prefabricated external wall panel with an external window attached frame. The spliced external wall panel is formed by continuously splicing the wallboard modules and other external wall panels. The exterior wall panel may be a wall panel with corresponding rebates on the sides, such as an AAC plank. At the position of each floor facade for opening the window, the wallboard module containing the external window attached frame is hung on the upper frame beam 10 and the lower frame beam 11 according to the drawing shown in fig. 8, the window frame 12 is arranged in the external window attached frame, and the rabbet position of the two is provided with one or more sealing strips. The other positions of each floor vertical face except the windowing position are connected through the external wall panel, and the external wall panel and the wall panel module with the external window attached frame are spliced through the tongue-and-groove to form the continuous wall panel vertical face of the floor. The vertical faces of the wall plates of the upper and lower floors are continuously spliced at the position of the floor slab between the two floors to form vertical bearing force. In this way, a building construction with spliced external wall panels can be formed.
It should be noted that, in the spliced external wall panel of this embodiment, the upper and lower sides of the wall panel module may be the same wall panel module, or may be other external wall panels, and the above is not limited, and is determined according to actual engineering.
After the assembly of the spliced external wall panel is finished, the splicing seam needs to be processed. The processing of the abutted seams can be adjusted according to the requirements of field construction so as to meet the design requirements. For example, the horizontal joints of the vertical walls of the upper and lower floors can be provided with elastic water stop bars, and the vertical joints of the vertical walls of each floor can be treated by filling mortar and supplemented with necessary measures of water proofing, beautifying and the like. In one embodiment, the wall board of the outer wall is constructed by using an external hanging type AAC light slat, and the vertical joints of the building facade can be treated by filling bonding mortar and assisted by necessary measures of water proofing, beautifying and the like. Be equipped with the rubber sealing rod of high elasticity between the horizontal joint that two-layer outer window that contains attaches frame wallboard module to form about to ensure waterproof performance and gas tightness, except the utility model discloses an all the other side fascia outside the module also adopt to set up the sealing rod of high elasticity to handle at the outer wall horizontal joint of floor elevation department.
The foregoing embodiments of fig. 1 and 2 illustrate a first type of externally hung lightweight prefabricated external window-containing framed wall panel module suitable for use with conventional flat windows. Referring to fig. 11 to 13, a second embodiment of the present invention is directed to an externally-hung light prefabricated external window-containing wall panel module, which is suitable for a balcony window module. The structural form of the module is basically the same as that of the first type, but the cross beam of the balcony window needs to be reinforced relative to the common flat window due to the large span of the balcony window.
Unlike the first and second forms of the module described above, fig. 14-16 illustrate a third form of an externally hung lightweight prefabricated exterior window framed wall panel module according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is suitable for use in an outwardly protruding bay window. The basic construction of such a module is also substantially similar to the first two, but with differences in the locations of the attached frames. The module also comprises an upper cross beam 2, a lower cross beam 3 and two side upright columns 1, wherein the two side upright columns 1 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the upper cross beam 2 is erected on the upper parts of the two side upright columns 1, and the lower cross beam 3 is erected on the lower parts of the two side upright columns 1. The width of the cross beam of the first two types of modules is the same as that of the two side upright posts 1, so that the four types of modules can be directly enclosed into an auxiliary frame. However, in this embodiment, due to the particular configuration of the bay window, the frame thereof is not at the location of the side uprights 1, but rather needs to be convex with respect to the side uprights 1. Therefore, the two beams in the embodiment are both cantilevered towards the same side of the plane where the two columns 1 are located, so that an up-and-down floating window plate structure is formed, and the up-and-down floating window plate and the beams are integrated. Of course, the prefabricated bay window panels can be fixed on the cross beams independently as long as the structural strength can be satisfied. Referring to fig. 16, the clamping space between the up and down window panels has three overhanging elevations, of which the outermost side is used for mounting the window frame and sash, and the two side elevations are respectively filled and sealed by the side wall panels 13. Of course, the side wall panels described herein need not be complete walls, but may be walls with windows, or other forms, depending on the building design requirements.
In order to ensure the strength of the bay window body, the lower part of the side wall plate 13 is preferably reinforced and fixed by arranging a steel beam which is fixed on the side upright 1 by a cantilever. One end of the steel beam is fixed in the side upright column and is connected with the steel bar in the column into a whole, and the other end of the steel beam extends into the lower part of the side wall plate 13 to be fixed. The girder steel can adopt the channel-section steel, and its journey (be along the girder steel on the surface of trend) offers the through-hole that is used for running through fixed reinforcing bar.
The up-down floating window plate in the embodiment needs to be flush with the outer vertical surfaces of the two side wall plates 13, so that the up-down floating window plate and the outer sides of the two side wall plates 13 can be enclosed to form an outer window auxiliary frame. Similar to the first two types of modules, the outer window attachment frame in this embodiment also circumferentially surrounds an annular bezel for mating with the mounting window frame 12. The rest hanging modes are similar to the first two types of modules, the top and the bottom of the two side upright posts 1 are respectively provided with an extending section which extends outwards relative to the external window auxiliary frame, the extending sections of the top of the two side upright posts 1 are respectively provided with a first lateral connecting piece 6 used for fixing the side upright posts 1 on the side part of the upper frame beam 10, and the extending sections of the bottom of the two side upright posts 1 are respectively provided with a second lateral connecting piece 9 used for fixing the side upright posts 1 on the side part of the lower frame beam 11. The top extension sections of the two side upright columns 1 are filled with an upper wallboard 4, and the bottom extension sections of the two side upright columns 1 are filled with a lower wallboard 5, so that an integral external window attached frame wallboard module is formed.
Except for the difference of the tongue-and-groove form in the third type of module, the other detailed node methods, such as the specific methods of the first lateral connecting piece 6, the second lateral connecting piece 9, the upper wall plate and the lower wall plate, and the like, can be similar to the first two types of modules. The modules can also be spliced to form spliced external wall panels.
In addition, in the above different types of modules, other necessary window frame components, such as a water drip, a lightning protection embedded pipe, and the like, can be arranged according to actual engineering requirements, and are not limited thereto.
To further illustrate the method of installing the wall panel modules of the present invention, the following examples are preferred. In one embodiment, the on-site construction of the module is as follows:
1. hoisting a steel structure and pouring concrete on the steel column;
2. hoisting a floor support plate, binding steel bars, pre-embedding pipelines and pre-embedding parts, and pouring floor concrete;
3. preparing a crane in the earlier stage of positioning an external window, snapping a line, cleaning an embedded part and hoisting a wallboard module containing an external window attached frame;
4. the prefabricated wallboard module (which type can be selected according to actual requirements) which is provided with the outer window attached frame and the tongue-and-groove is transported to the field and is in place;
5. hoisting and horizontal seam processing of the wallboard module containing the outer window auxiliary frame: and hoisting the wallboard module containing the external window attached frame from bottom to top from the standard layer, adjusting and fixing the wallboard module according to the designed position at four upper/lower points respectively, and arranging a high-elasticity water stop strip between horizontal seams formed by the upper layer of component and the lower layer of component.
6. Installing an outer window: because the outer window frame and the circle of rabbet containing the outer window auxiliary frame wallboard module can form a clamping relation, the outer window is pushed in from outside to inside when being installed, water stop strips are arranged on the front surface and the side surface of the rabbet, and sealant is arranged in the seam of the circle of the outer side according to the conventional method after the outer window frame is fixed;
7. outer wall decoration: the decoration is carried out by adopting a thin plastering system.
Of course, the installation process is only used for illustration, and the optimization and adjustment can be performed according to actual situations in different engineering scenarios, which is not limited to this.
To sum up, the utility model discloses according to the window opening size at the prefabricated both sides side stand of mill and be located the upper and lower crossbeam between the both sides side stand to prefabricate light heat preservation AAC panel etc. as window belly wall as an organic whole in the lump, both sides side stand prolongs to floor face and floor top and carries out external installation. Because the tongue-and-groove matched with the window frame is made according to the characteristics of the window frame when the wallboard module containing the attached frame is prefabricated in a factory, the wallboard module containing the attached frame has better waterproof performance and air tightness.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but it is not intended to limit the present invention. Various changes and modifications can be made by one of ordinary skill in the pertinent art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, all the technical schemes obtained by adopting the mode of equivalent replacement or equivalent transformation fall within the protection scope of the utility model.
