Aiming at the problems of high cost, troublesome adjustment and poor anti-seismic performance of the conventional steel keel partition wall system due to the fact that two vertical keels are connected through bolts for adjustment, when the multi-type keel is used for partition walls with different thicknesses, the thickness of the partition wall can be controlled by replacing an upper M-shaped limiting member and a lower M-shaped limiting member, the thickness is controlled without slowly loosening and screwing an adjusting bolt, and because the two keels are only fixedly connected up and down, the upper M-shaped limiting member and the lower M-shaped limiting member are isolated from the bolts and the top and bottom keels through sound insulation and shock absorption gaskets, the sound insulation performance and the anti-seismic performance of the partition wall are improved.
Aiming at the defects that the existing light steel Long Guge wall system and steel keel partition wall system are not suitable for a wall protection system and need to be additionally provided with components when being fixed on the wall surface of a building structure, the U-shaped keel can be applied to the wall protection, bolts are arranged in grooves to be fixed with the wall surface of the building structure, the components do not need to be additionally provided, the wall protection is the same as a partition wall, and the wall protection can be installed in a hanging mode through a vertical keel, so that the wall protection is simple and convenient.

Referring to fig. 10-11, the floor keel 36 includes a floor keel body 366 and a floor keel base, the floor keel base is disposed corresponding to the grouped vertical keels 33 in one-to-one manner along the width direction of the heat preservation rock wool layer 32, the floor keel base is perpendicular to the thickness direction of the heat preservation rock wool layer 32, the floor keel base includes a bottom supporting plate 368, the inner and outer ends of the bottom supporting plate 368 are bolted to the ground 4 through floor keel expansion bolts 367 respectively, a thread adjusting center post 365 is disposed in the center of the floor keel base, a floor keel adjusting nut 364 is sleeved on the thread adjusting center post 365, the floor keel body 366 is a groove-shaped strip with a downward opening, a floor keel adjusting slotted hole 362 is disposed at a position corresponding to the floor keel base of the floor keel body 366, the lower side of the floor keel body 366 is fastened to the floor keel base, the thread adjusting central column 365 penetrates through the ground keel adjusting long round hole 362, the ground keel adjusting nut 364 is fastened at the bottom of the ground keel body 366, a gasket is arranged between the two, a slot opening formed by a horizontal keel buckling part of the M-shaped limiting component 5 is buckled at the upper side of the ground keel body 366 downwards, a sound insulation and shock absorption gasket 363 is arranged between the horizontal keel buckling part and the ground keel body 366 in a padding mode, the thread adjusting central column 365 sequentially penetrates through the ground keel adjusting long round hole 362 and the limiting part connecting hole 53 from bottom to top and is fastened on a buckling part slot bottom plate 51 through a nut and gasket combination 361, a limiting part slot 33e at the bottom of the n-shaped vertical keel 33 is upwards inserted by the limiting piece 56 of the M-shaped limiting component 5, and the bottom of the n-shaped vertical keel 33 is placed in a slot formed by the vertical keel inserting the limiting part.
Referring to fig. 12, the ceiling keel 31 includes a ceiling keel body, a ceiling keel adjusting slotted hole 312 is opened in a position of the ceiling keel body 311 corresponding to the n-shaped vertical keel 33, a slot opening formed by a buckling portion of the horizontal keel of the M-shaped limiting member 5 is buckled to the lower side of the ceiling keel body, two sets of nut and gasket combinations 361 are sleeved on a bottom thread of the ceiling keel expansion bolt 313, the ceiling keel expansion bolt 313 penetrates through the limiting member connecting hole 53 from bottom to top and is clamped and fastened on the upper and lower sides of the buckling portion slot bottom plate 51 through the two sets of nut and gasket combinations 361, the top of the ceiling keel expansion bolt 313 continuously penetrates through the ceiling keel adjusting slotted hole 312 and is anchored into the ceiling floor 1, the limiting member slot 33e in the top of the n-shaped vertical keel 33 is inserted downwards by the limiting sheet 56 of the M-shaped limiting member 5, and a vertical installation distance is reserved between the top of the n-shaped vertical keel 33 and the slot formed by the vertical keel inserting the limiting portion.
Referring to fig. 13 to 20, the wiring bottom case 337 includes a cross member 3352, a second wire groove 335, a second cover 336, a double-sided sticker 3351, a bottom case body 3373, a first connector 3353, and a second connector 3372, the second cover 336 is fastened to the opening side of the second wire groove 335, the cross member 3352 is disposed at the position of the second wire groove 335 and fixed to the surface of the insulating rock wool layer 32, the bottom case body 3373 is fastened to the cross member by a bottom case fastener 3372, and the back side of the second wire groove 335 is fastened to the surface of the cross member 3352 by the double-sided sticker 3351.
The first vertical line slot 331 is communicated with the second horizontal line slot 335, a first connecting hole is formed in the n-shaped vertical keel 33 at the communicating position of the first line slot 331 and the second line slot 335, a first connector piece 3353 is installed at the end position of the first connecting hole and the second line slot 335, the second horizontal line slot 335 is communicated with the bottom box body 3373, a second connecting hole is formed in the side wall of the communicating position of the bottom box body 3373 and the second line slot 335, a second connector piece 3371 is installed at the end position of the second connecting hole and the second line slot, and the electric wire 334 is wired to pass through the first line slot 331, the second line slot 335 and the bottom box body 3373.
The first plug 3353 includes a first contact plate 33531, a first contact plate plug 33532, a second contact plate 33533, a first plug 33534 and a second plug 33536 of second contact plate 33533.
The first plug 33534 and the second plug 33536 are located at the back side of the second contact plate 33533, wherein the second plug 33536 is a solid plug, the second plug 33536 is correspondingly inserted into the groove of the cross keel 3352, the first plug 33534 is a hollow plug with a through hole and is communicated with the second contact plate 33533, the first plug 33534 is correspondingly inserted into the second wire groove 335, and the back side of the second contact plate 33533 is abutted against the end face of the second wire groove 335.
The first contact plate plug 33532 is located on the back side of the first contact plate 33531, the first contact plate plug 33532 is a hollow plug with a through hole and communicates with the first contact plate 33531, the back side of the first contact plate 33531 abuts against the inner wall of the inverted V-shaped vertical keel 33 and is aligned with the first through hole 33535, and the first contact plate plug 33532 is correspondingly inserted into the first plug 33534 from the front side.
The second plug 3371 comprises a third contact plate 33711 and a third contact plate plug 33712, the third contact plate plug 33712 is located at the back side of the third contact plate 33711, the third contact plate plug 33712 is a hollow plug with a through hole and is communicated with the third contact plate 33711, the back side of the third contact plate 33711 abuts against the inner wall of the bottom case body 3373 and is aligned with the second communication hole 33713, and the third contact plate plug 33712 is inserted into the second wire groove 335 from the inside of the bottom case body 3373.
The construction method of the partition wall structure system comprises the following construction steps:
step one, constructing a partition wall system 3: through measurement and paying-off, the specific installation position of the partition wall is found accurately, and a cross mark is made;
step two, paving a shock-absorbing sound-insulating pad on the ground, and placing a ground keel base at the cross mark position;
thirdly, erecting the ground keel on a ground keel base, and adjusting errors formed by installation or measurement and paying-off of the ground keel expansion bolts 367 through the ground keel adjusting long circular holes 362;
step four, installing the M-shaped limiting member 5, wherein the thread adjusting center post 365 penetrates through the keel adjusting long round hole 362 and the M-shaped limiting member 5 and is not locked temporarily;
installing a skullar keel corresponding to the ground keel, adding and subtracting a vibration and sound insulation gasket between the skullar keel and the ceiling floor slab, installing an M-shaped limiting member 5, and locking and fastening by using a skullar keel expansion bolt 313;
step six, clamping the trunking body and the fireproof sound insulation pad 332 into the keel groove 3301, inserting the top of the n-shaped vertical keel 33 into the M-shaped limiting member 5 connected with the skynbone in an inclined manner, because the M-shaped limiting member 5 has a spare space in the structure, the n-shaped vertical keel 33 is lifted upwards and then falls onto the M-shaped limiting member 5 connected with the ground keel, screwing the adjusting nut 364 of the thread adjusting center post 365, realizing the up-and-down position adjustment of the n-shaped vertical keel 5, and locking the ground keel expansion bolt 367 after the position adjustment; the heat-preservation rock wool layer 32 is inserted between the two combined U-shaped vertical keels to complete the installation of the U-shaped vertical keels 5 and the heat-preservation rock wool layer 32;
step seven, after the vertical keels 5 are installed, the electric wires 334 are placed in the keel grooves 3301, first connecting holes are formed in the positions, where the wiring bottom boxes 337 need to be installed, of the side walls of the vertical keels 33 parallel to the wiring bottom boxes 337, the first plug connectors 3353 are plugged into the first connecting holes, and the sides of the first connecting holes are clamped in the grooves of the first plug connectors 3353, so that the first plug connectors 3353 cannot fall off;
buckling a cross keel 3352 into a second plug 33536, attaching a bottom box clamping piece 3372 to the back of a bottom box body 3373, and buckling the bottom box clamping piece 3372 on the installed cross keel 3352; attaching a double-sided sticker 3351 on the transverse keel 3352, inserting a first plug 33534 into a second line slot, attaching the first plug 33534 to the double-sided sticker on the transverse keel 3352, plugging a second plug connector 3371 into a second communication hole, plugging the second plug connector into the second line slot, enabling the two ends of the line slot to be stably supported, enabling an electric wire in a groove of the vertical keel 5 of the n-shaped type to penetrate through the first communication hole, then penetrating out from the through hole of the first plug 33534 of the first plug connector, directly connecting to the bottom box body along the second line slot, and buckling a first buckle cover and a second buckle cover to complete the installation of the wiring of the bottom box;
marking the mounting positions of the top closing-up female piece 25 and the skirting female piece 351 on the vertical keel according to the size and the measurement paying-off positioning of the decoration panel 34, nailing and fixing the top closing-up female piece 25 and the skirting female piece 351 on the vertical keel, or mounting the skirting female piece 351 after the decoration panel 34 is hung on the vertical keel;
the core plate 343 is wrapped and compounded by the metal plate 342 of the decorative panel 34, the hanging codes 341 are installed on the two sides of the compounded plate to form a decorative panel unit, or the hanging codes 341 are directly installed on the back of the decorative panel without being compounded with the metal plate 342, the decorative panel 34 provided with the hanging codes 341 is inserted into the hanging holes 3302 of the multi-type keels and hung on the multi-type vertical keels;
then the top closing strip 23 is inserted, and the skirting line 35 is buckled to complete the installation of the decoration panel;
step nine, constructing a ceiling system 2; be fixed in several types of vertical joist with furred ceiling limit fossil fragments 24 on, installation suspended ceiling system 2, on furred ceiling panel 22 was fixed in furred ceiling keel frame 21, furred ceiling keel frame 21 leaned on furred ceiling limit fossil fragments 24, accomplished the installation.
