Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the intelligent sewage treatment device (hereinafter referred to as a sewage treatment device) of the present invention includes a base, a cleaning module 20, two input shafts 70, two support rods 27, two buoyancy bubbles 60, a sewage collecting bin 11 and a speed change mechanism 30, and the sewage treatment device of the present invention can move on a sewage river or a polluted water area, and salvage floating garbage on water through the cleaning module 20 and then transport the garbage to the sewage collecting bin 11 for collection, so as to complete basic salvage and cleaning work of river sewage treatment.
The base comprises two leveling bottom rods 26 which are arranged at intervals and horizontally extend along the front-back direction; the cleaning module 20 comprises a frame 24 and a conveyer belt 21 wound on the frame 24, wherein the frame 24 is obliquely arranged, and the lower end of the frame 24 is hinged with the front ends of two leveling bottom rods 26. Two input shafts 70 are rotatably mounted to the left and right sides of the frame 24, respectively. Dirty storehouse 11 of collection is installed in frame 24 through input shaft 70, and the inside power module 13 that is provided with of dirty storehouse 11 of collection, the below of the dirty storehouse 11 of collection is provided with the impeller subassembly. The power module 13 is connected to the input shaft 70 through the first belt 41 to drive the input shaft 70 to rotate. The input shaft 70 is connected with the conveying belt 21 through a transmission mechanism to drive the conveying belt 21 to rotate to salvage the floating garbage and convey the floating garbage to the sewage collecting bin 11, and the sewage collecting bin 11 is provided with a draining port 12, so that the water doped in the floating garbage is filtered when the sewage collecting bin 11 is hoisted, and the weight of the sewage collecting bin 11 is reduced. The input shaft 70 is connected to the impeller assembly via the speed change mechanism 30 to drive the impeller assembly to move and thus drive the sewage treatment apparatus of the present invention to move on water.
The speed change mechanism 30 includes a rotation column 251, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a second belt 42 sleeved between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the driving wheel is installed on the input shaft 70 and includes a main fixed wheel 32 and a main movable wheel 31, the main fixed wheel 32 is fixed, and the main movable wheel 31 can slide along the input shaft 70. The driven wheel is mounted to the impeller shaft 53 of the impeller assembly and includes a driven fixed wheel 56 and a driven movable wheel 57, the driven fixed wheel 56 being fixed from the driven movable wheel 57, the driven movable wheel 57 being slidable along the impeller shaft 53 and being adjacent to the driven fixed wheel 56 by means of a resilient member (not shown in the drawings). The rotating column 251 is rotatably mounted on the input shaft 70 through a bearing 81 and is fixedly connected with the frame 24, the two buoyancy bubbles 60 are rotatably sleeved on the rotating column 251, the two support rods 27 are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the frame 24, the upper ends of the support rods 27 are fixed on the buoyancy bubbles 60, and the lower ends of the support rods 27 are rotatably connected with the leveling bottom rods 26 and are arranged on the leveling bottom rods 26 in a back-and-forth sliding manner. It should be noted that the lower ends of the two support rods 27 are connected by being hinged to two ends of a hinge shaft, a sliding slot is arranged on the leveling bottom rod 26, and the hinge shaft is located in the sliding slot to ensure the synchronous movement of the two support rods 27.
In the process that the sewage treatment equipment advances on water, if floating garbage is touched, the cleaning module 20 rotates anticlockwise around the input shaft 70 under the resistance of the floating garbage so that the inclination angle between the cleaning module and a base is changed, the cleaning module 20 deflects anticlockwise so that the frame 24 drives the rotating column 251 arranged on the frame to rotate, the rotating column 251 rotates and drives the main movable wheel 31 to move inwards through a matching structure, and further the main movable wheel 31 and the main fixed wheel 32 are mutually far away, so that the transmission ratio of the input shaft 70 and the impeller assembly is increased, the rotating speed of the impeller assembly is reduced, the advancing speed of the sewage treatment equipment on water is reduced, and the floating garbage is convenient to clean; when the floating garbage in front is reduced, the cleaning module 20 gradually returns to the initial state, and the main movable wheel 31 and the main fixed wheel 32 approach each other to reduce the transmission ratio of the input shaft 70 and the impeller assembly and further increase the rotating speed of the impeller assembly, so that the advancing speed of the sewage treatment equipment on water is increased, and the efficiency is improved.
When the cleaning module 20 is rotated counterclockwise with respect to the base by the resistance of the floating debris, the lower end of the cleaning module 20 moves downward and rearward with respect to the input shaft 70 to move at least the leveling bottom bar 26 downward and the draft becomes large. The leveling bottom rod 26 drives the lower end of the support rod 27 to move downwards and move forwards along the leveling bottom rod 26, and because the buoyancy bubble 60 is fixedly connected with the support rod 27, the lower end of the support rod 27 moves downwards and forwards to enable the rear end of the buoyancy bubble 60 to deflect downwards, so that the buoyancy of the rear end of the buoyancy bubble 60 is increased due to the fact that the depth of water entering the rear end is increased, the depth of water entering the front end is reduced, the buoyancy is reduced, and therefore the buoyancy difference is generated. The difference in buoyancy at the front and rear ends of the buoyancy bubble 60 causes the lower end of the support rod 27 to move upward and rearward, thereby preventing the leveling bottom rod 26 from moving downward (i.e., causing the leveling bottom rod 26 to move upward, i.e., causing the lower end of the cleaning module 20 to rotate upward and forward relative to the middle of the frame 24), and finally causing the leveling bottom rod 26 to stop descending and to remain at the current position under the action of the resistance of the floating debris and the difference in buoyancy of the buoyancy bubble 60, thereby causing the cleaning module 20 to maintain the current position (current draft). If the garbage resistance becomes larger again as described above, the angle between the cleaning module 20 and the leveling bottom rod 26 continues to become larger; if the resistance to refuse is reduced, the buoyancy bulb 60 will move the cleaning module 20 etc. to the initial position. Through the technical scheme, the sewage treatment equipment can adaptively adjust the draft according to the quantity of the floating garbage (the garbage is large in resistance), reduce the possibility that the floating garbage crosses the bottom of the sewage treatment equipment, and improve the recovery effect and the recovery efficiency of the floating garbage.
In this embodiment, the speed changing mechanism 30 further includes a half-ring pillar 311 and an extension pillar 312 connected to each other, the extension pillar 312 is connected to the main movable wheel 31, and the extension pillar 312 is rotatably sleeved on the input shaft 70 and penetrates through the sidewall of the dirt collecting bin 11, and can move along the sidewall of the dirt collecting bin 11 to drive the main movable wheel 31 to move. The engagement structure includes a protrusion (not shown) provided on an outer circumferential wall surface of the rotary post 251 and a spiral groove 313 provided on an inner circumferential wall surface of the half cylinder 311, the rotary post 251 being inserted into the half cylinder 311, the protrusion and the spiral groove 313 engaging with each other to allow the half cylinder 311 to move along the input shaft 70 by engagement of the protrusion and the spiral groove 313 when the rotary post 251 rotates. In the present invention, the outer peripheral wall surface of the extension column 312 is a polygonal structure, so that the extension column 312 and the sidewall of the dirt collecting bin 11 are prevented from rotating, and further, the movement of the extension column 312 along the input shaft 70 is ensured, the main movable sheave 31 rotates relative to the semi-annular column 311, and the main movable sheave 31 can rotate along with the input shaft 70.
In this embodiment, the transmission structure includes a friction wheel 29 and a third belt 44, and the third belt 44 is mounted on the conveyor belt 21 so that the third belt 44 drives the conveyor belt 21 to run. Through setting up vertical extension's notch 112 for input shaft 70 and the dirty storehouse 11 of collection have the space of relative floating, in order to reduce the mutual influence when dirty storehouse 11 of collection floats from top to bottom with clearance module 20, do not influence the dirty storehouse 11 of collection simultaneously again and promote clearance module 20 and advance.

In this embodiment, the driving motor of the power module 13 has two motor shafts 43, the two motor shafts 43 respectively extend out of the left and right sides of the housing of the power module 13, the motor shafts 43 are drivingly connected to the input shaft 70 through the first belt 41, and the input shaft 70 is provided with a transmission groove 72 at the semi-ring column 311 for installing the first belt 41.
In the present embodiment, the supporting rod 27 is provided in a telescopic structure to adjust the rod length thereof. Adjusting the length of the support rods 27 can change the draft of the initial state of the invention and can further change the sensitivity of the invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the initial draft of the apparatus is large; as shown in fig. 11, the initial draft of the apparatus is small. In comparison with fig. 9 and 11, under the same resistance, the frame 24 shown in fig. 9 receives a larger component force, and is easier to rotate counterclockwise to increase the draft. In the case where the frame 24 is capable of moving downwardly and the same distance, a structure having a large initial depth is also easier to reach or takes a short time, and a structure having a small initial depth is not easy to reach or takes a long time, i.e., the sensitivity of the apparatus shown in fig. 9 is high. If the density of most floaters is close to that of liquid, when the front end of the floating garbage collecting device touches the floating garbage, the floating garbage moves underwater and can float out of the water surface again after a long time, at the moment, the draught of the floating garbage collecting device needs to be changed instantly to intercept and salvage the floating garbage moving underwater so as to prevent the garbage from passing below the floating garbage collecting device, namely, the floating garbage collecting device needs to have high sensitivity, at the moment, the length of the supporting rod 27 is adjusted to extend the length of the supporting rod 27, the initial draught is increased, and the initial state shown in fig. 9 is adopted. If the density difference of most floating objects relative to the density of the liquid is too large, when the front end of the present invention touches the floating garbage, the floating garbage can quickly float out of the water again, the present invention is not needed to change the draft immediately to salvage the floating garbage, i.e. the sensitivity of the present invention is needed to be low, at this time, the length of the supporting rod 27 is adjusted to shorten the length of the supporting rod 27 compared with that shown in fig. 9, and the initial draft is shallow, i.e. the initial state shown in fig. 11 is adopted.
As another explanation, in order to achieve the same draft, the initial state shown in fig. 9 is adopted, and after the advancing resistance is increased due to the floating garbage, as shown in fig. 10, the buoyancy bubble 60 can be balanced with the advancing resistance only by changing a small angle (i.e. generating a small difference in buoyancy between the left end and the right end of the buoyancy bubble 60) so as to stabilize the currently changed inclination angle of the frame 24, i.e. stabilize the current draft, and perform interception and fishing on the floating garbage. With the initial state shown in fig. 11, after the floating garbage is encountered and the advancing resistance is increased, as shown in fig. 12, the buoyancy bubble 60 needs to change a larger angle (i.e. the buoyancy bubble 60 generates a larger difference in buoyancy at the left and right ends) to balance the advancing resistance, so as to stabilize the currently changed inclination angle of the frame 24, i.e. stabilize the current draft, and salvage the floating garbage. It is apparent that, with the initial state shown in fig. 11, the forward resistance required to float the refuse is significantly greater than with the initial state shown in fig. 9. That is, when the same large resistance is encountered, it is clear that the invention using the initial state shown in fig. 11 cannot achieve the required draft, and it is clear that it is not effective and efficient in cleaning most of the garbage whose flotage density is close to that of the liquid.
When determining which initial state to salvage and collect the floating garbage, a user needs to analyze the size relationship between the density of the floating garbage on the cleaned water body or water area and the liquid density, and can judge the types of most of the floating garbage according to seasonality or judge and detect the density of the floating garbage by using an instrument. The initial length of the supporting rod 27 is flexibly adjusted according to the relation between the density of the floating garbage and the density of the liquid, and the problems that the advancing resistance is too large, the advancing efficiency is low and the recovery efficiency of the floating garbage is influenced due to the fact that an overlarge draft is adopted under the condition that the density difference of most of the floating garbage relative to the density difference of the liquid are too large are avoided.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
