Abstract
The invention provides a water-based environment-friendly coating which comprises the following components: 20-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 30-50 parts of epoxy organic resin, 5-10 parts of water-based adhesive, 10-20 parts of silica powder, 15-25 parts of auxiliary agent, 20-40 parts of water, 5-15 parts of water-based pigment slurry, 10-20 parts of silicon carbide and 5-10 parts of bentonite. The coating has good stability, clean and safe environment after use, environmental protection, small peculiar smell and no stimulation to smell; and various organic substances are adopted, so that the performance of the water-based paint can be improved, and the later protection is facilitated.

1) the raw materials are proportioned and screened by a mesh screen to remove impurities with particles out of specification;
2) putting the screened raw materials into a proportioning barrel, then adding water, and primarily mixing and stirring by using a stirring rod;
3) putting the primarily mixed raw materials into a centrifugal stirrer for fully stirring for 10-30min at room temperature and normal temperature of 25 ℃;
4) storing the stirred raw materials in a placing barrel for cooling, and cooling at normal temperature for 20 min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the coating has good stability, clean and safe environment after use, environmental protection, small peculiar smell and no stimulation to smell;
and various organic substances are adopted, so that the performance of the water-based paint can be improved, and the later protection is facilitated.

an aqueous environment-friendly coating comprises the following components: 20 parts of titanium dioxide, 30 parts of epoxy organic resin, 5 parts of water-based adhesive, 10 parts of silica powder, 15 parts of auxiliary agent, 20 parts of water, 5 parts of water-based pigment slurry, 10 parts of silicon carbide and 5 parts of bentonite.
The water-based adhesive is an APU adhesive.
