本发明涉及一种利用镁铬废砖制作的耐高温镁铬质浇注料,由以下原料按重量份配比而成:粒度大于3mm小于等于6mm的废镁铬砖10‑20份;粒度大于1mm小于等于3mm的废镁铬砖30‑40份;粒度大于0mm小于等于1mm的废镁铬砖20‑30份;325目的巴基斯坦精铬矿5‑15份;200目的97高纯镁砂10‑20份;200目的纯铝酸钙水泥1‑10份;200目的纯铝酸钙水泥5‑10份;325目的α‑Al2O3微粉1‑5份;硼酸1‑3份;325目的硅灰粉1‑5份;六偏磷酸钠1‑5份。优点是:实现废镁铬砖的二次利用,浇注料性能优越,降低了耐材的消耗,为冶炼厂降低了消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用镁铬废砖制作的耐高温镁铬质浇注料。
背景技术
镁铬质耐火材料是一种含三氧化二铬的镁质耐火材料,氧化铬通过固熔于方镁石和形成低膨胀的镁铬尖晶石,可增大液相对耐火相的润湿角,提高直接结合程度,生成理想的方镁石-镁铬尖晶石-微裂纹复合结构,使镁铬质材料具有良好的荷重软化温度、高温强度、抗侵蚀性、热震稳定性、较低的导热率和较好的挂窑皮性。镁铬砖在现有的烧成带、液相区耐火材料中具有最高的性能、价格比值,并由此成为一种被广泛使用的耐火材料。
在我国以及周边国家和地区应用镁铬砖作为烧成带、液相区还是非常普遍的,每年因此而所产生的废镁铬砖数量也是非常庞大的,也因此开发出很多对废镁铬砖二次利用的方法。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种利用镁铬废砖制作的耐高温镁铬质浇注料,选用废镁铬砖生产该种耐高温镁铬质浇注料,可以对废镁铬砖进行二次利用,节能环保,是用于各种窑炉高温区域。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种利用镁铬废砖制作的耐高温镁铬质浇注料,由以下原料按重量份配比而成:
粒度大于3mm小于等于6mm的废镁铬砖10-20份;
粒度大于1mm小于等于3mm的废镁铬砖30-40份;
粒度大于0mm小于等于1mm的废镁铬砖20-30份;
325目的巴基斯坦精铬矿5-15份;
200目的97高纯镁砂10-20份;
200目的纯铝酸钙水泥1-10份;
200目的纯铝酸钙水泥5-10份;
325目的α-Al2O3微粉1-5份;
硼酸1-3份;
325目的硅灰粉1-5份;
六偏磷酸钠1-5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明利用废镁铬砖生产浇注料,浇注料性能优越,降低了耐材的消耗,减少对我国矿山的开采,有利于我国资源长久的利用发展,使冶金高温区用料国产化,替代了国外进口的高价料,为冶炼厂降低了消耗。本发明既可以对镁铬砖进行二次利用,节能环保,又开发了具有良好高温性能的浇注料产品,能够广泛应用于各种窑炉高温区域。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明进行详细地描述,但是应该指出本发明的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
一种利用镁铬废砖制作的耐高温镁铬质浇注料,由以下原料按重量份配比而成:
粒度大于3mm小于等于6mm的废镁铬砖10-20份;
粒度大于1mm小于等于3mm的废镁铬砖30-40份;
粒度大于0mm小于等于1mm的废镁铬砖20-30份;
325目的巴基斯坦精铬矿5-15份;
200目的97高纯镁砂10-20份;
200目的纯铝酸钙水泥1-10份;
结合剂:
200目的纯铝酸钙水泥5-10份;
325目的α-Al2O3微粉1-5份;
硼酸1-3份;
325目的硅灰粉1-5份;
六偏磷酸钠1-5份。

以废镁铬砖为主体原料合成耐高温镁铬质浇注料的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)原料粉碎筛分细磨:
将废镁铬砖用颚式破碎机破碎成大颗粒,再用辊式破碎机将其中的大颗粒粉碎成粒径为0~5mm的小颗粒;选取部分小颗粒用球磨机细磨成粒径为200目的微粉;小颗粒按粒径不同进行筛分,0-1mm、1-3mm、3-6mm的三种粒径的原料。
(2)配料:
按下述配方称取原料,见表2。

(3)搅拌:
将配好的物料投入混料机中;保证混料的均匀,净混时间不低于12min,然后出料。
(4)出料:
出料后,质检员对该料进行抽检,抽检执行标准见表3;使用时加水搅拌均匀即可。

粒度大于3mm小于等于6mm的废镁铬砖10-20份;
粒度大于1mm小于等于3mm的废镁铬砖30-40份;
粒度大于0mm小于等于1mm的废镁铬砖20-30份;
325目的巴基斯坦精铬矿5-15份;
200目的97高纯镁砂10-20份;
200目的纯铝酸钙水泥1-10份;
200目的纯铝酸钙水泥5-10份;
325目的α-Al2O3微粉1-5份;
硼酸1-3份;
325目的硅灰粉1-5份;
六偏磷酸钠1-5份。
