For a further understanding of the structure, features, and other objects of the invention, reference should now be made in detail to the accompanying drawings of the preferred embodiments of the invention, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and are for purposes of illustrating the concepts of the invention and not for limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an apparatus for preparing health tea by regenerating waste okra stems comprises a cutting mechanism 1, a cleaning mechanism 2, a crushing mechanism 3 and a drying and sterilizing mechanism 4.
The cutting mechanism 1 comprises a conveying assembly 11, a cutter fixing frame 13 is arranged above the conveying assembly 11, a plurality of cutters 14 which are arranged at equal intervals according to the cutting length of the okra stems of each small section are arranged on the cutter fixing frame 13 towards the conveying assembly 11, a photoelectric receiver 15 is arranged on the side face of the cutter fixing frame 13 positioned on the right side of the cutter 14, an operation track consistent with the conveying direction and the conveying speed is arranged on the front side face of the conveying assembly 11, a plurality of photoelectric transmitters 12 according to the total cutting length are arranged on the operation track, and the photoelectric transmitters 12 and the photoelectric receiver 15 are positioned on the same vertical line, so that when each photoelectric transmitter 12 moves to the position right below the photoelectric receiver 15, the cutters 14 execute cutting actions.
The cleaning mechanism 2 is arranged below the conveying direction of the conveying assembly 11, a left vertical rail 21 and a right vertical rail 22 are respectively arranged on two side walls in the cleaning mechanism 2, the length of the left vertical rail 21 is larger than that of the right vertical rail 22, a filter screen 23 capable of moving up and down is arranged at the bottoms of the left vertical rail 21 and the right vertical rail 22, when the filter screen 23 moves up to the maximum limit, the filter screen 23 is in an inclined state, an ultrasonic generator 24 is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning mechanism 2, a shower joint 25 and an air inlet joint 26 are arranged at the top position of the left side wall of the cleaning mechanism 2, the shower joint 25 is communicated with a water tank 27 through an inlet pipeline, the air inlet joint 26 is connected with an air compressor 28 through an air inlet pipeline, a drainage pipeline 29 is connected with a waste water tank 210 at the bottom position of the left side wall of the cleaning mechanism 2, a discharge pipeline 211 is connected with the left side wall of the crushing mechanism 3, and a first electric door 212 is arranged at the joint of the discharge pipeline and the cleaning mechanism 2.
The top of the crushing mechanism 3 is provided with a squeezing component 31 which can move up and down, a crushing component 32 which can move up and down is sleeved in the squeezing component 31, the crushing component 32 is limited on the bottom surface of the squeezing component 31, and the squeezing component 31 and the crushing component 32 are connected with a driving motor group 33. The bottom of the crushing mechanism 3 and the bottom of the drying and sterilizing mechanism 4 are provided with a horizontal rail 36, a material table 34 is arranged on the horizontal rail 36, and the material table 34 moves between the crushing mechanism 3 and the drying and sterilizing mechanism 4 along the horizontal rail 36. The second electric door 35 is in sealing engagement with the horizontal rail 36 when closed to ensure independent operation of the crushing mechanism 3 or the drying and sterilizing mechanism 4, and the drying and sterilizing mechanism 4 adopts an independent device or a combined device capable of drying and sterilizing in the prior art, which is a drying and sterilizing mechanism capable of realizing drying and sterilizing effects by a person skilled in the art, and specific structural parts are not shown in the drawings and are not discussed as important points of the application.
As shown in fig. 3, an infrared sensor 16 for detecting the cutting length of each small okra stem and a push rod assembly 17 for sorting out the okra stems exceeding the length are mounted on the rear side of the conveying assembly 11 positioned on the right side of the cutter 14 and the photoelectric receiver 15, and a waste bin 18 is arranged below the front side of the conveying assembly 11. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, two ends of the material table 34 are provided with right triangle baffles 37. The height of the baffle 37 is adjusted according to actual needs, so that crushed okra stems are conveniently extruded on the material table 34, and okra stem liquid can be generated during crushing, so that waste of the stem liquid is prevented, and the nutritional value of the crushed okra stems is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the side walls of the pulverizing mechanism 3 and the dry sterilization mechanism 4 on both sides of the horizontal rail 36 are provided with the induction switch 38, so that the second electric door 35 performs a closing action when the table 34 is in contact with the induction switch 38. The position of the table 34 is obtained by providing the induction switch 38, here only illustrating the mutual state relationship of the induction switch 38 and the second electric door 35, and the cooperation of the induction switch 38, the movement of the table 34, and the opening and closing of the second electric door 35 can be achieved by the controller.
The cooperative operation of all the structures and components can be intelligently realized by a controller, and the application describes the level of mechanical mechanisms and connection relations.
The method for preparing the health tea by using the regeneration of the waste okra stems is realized by the device for preparing the health tea by using the regeneration of the waste okra stems, and comprises the following steps:

Step 3), draining and transferring small sections of okra stems: the drain pipe 29 is opened, the wastewater after ultrasonic cleaning is discharged to the wastewater tank 210, the filter screen 23 is started to move up to the first highest position H of the right vertical rail 22 at both ends, the wastewater is kept stand for 5-10 minutes, then the air inlet joint 26 is started, the filter screen 23 is made to move up and down for 5 minutes by taking the first highest position H as the center at one end of the left vertical rail 21, then the first electric door 212 is opened, the filter screen 23 is made to move up to the second highest position I at one end of the left vertical rail 21, and the okra stems are transferred to the crushing mechanism 3.
Step 4), crushing small sections of okra stems: collecting small sections of okra stems on a material table 34 of a crushing mechanism 3, starting an extrusion assembly 31 and a crushing assembly 32, enabling the extrusion assembly 31 to extend out of the position 10cm above the okra stems, crushing the okra stems, resetting the crushing assembly 32 on the bottom surface of the extrusion assembly 31, forming an extrusion plane with the extrusion assembly 31, and extruding the crushed okra stems to obtain okra tea cakes.
Step 5), sterilizing and drying the okra tea cake: the second electric door 35 is opened, the material table 34 is moved to the drying and sterilizing mechanism 4 from the crushing mechanism 3, then the second electric door 35 is closed, and the okra tea cake on the material table 34 is subjected to drying treatment and sterilizing treatment to obtain the health tea prepared by using okra stems, namely, the dried okra tea cake is drunk, and then the health tea is dried and stored.

the cutting mechanism (1) comprises a conveying assembly (11), a cutter fixing frame (13) is arranged above the conveying assembly (11), a plurality of cutters (14) which are arranged at equal intervals according to the cutting length of the okra stems of each small section are arranged on the cutter fixing frame (13) towards the conveying assembly (11), a photoelectric receiver (15) is arranged on the side face of the cutter fixing frame (13) positioned on the right side of the cutter (14), an operation track which is consistent with the conveying direction and the conveying speed is arranged on the front side face of the conveying assembly (11), a plurality of photoelectric transmitters (12) according to the total cutting length are arranged on the operation track, and the photoelectric transmitters (12) and the photoelectric receivers (15) are positioned on the same vertical line, so that when each photoelectric transmitter (12) moves to the right lower part of the photoelectric receiver (15), the cutter (14) executes cutting action;
the cleaning mechanism (2) is arranged below the conveying direction of the conveying assembly (11), a left vertical rail (21) and a right vertical rail (22) are respectively arranged on two side walls of the cleaning mechanism (2), the length of the left vertical rail (21) is larger than that of the right vertical rail (22), a filter screen (23) capable of moving up and down is arranged at the bottoms of the left vertical rail (21) and the right vertical rail (22), so that when the filter screen (23) moves up to the maximum, the filter screen (23) is in an inclined state, an ultrasonic generator (24) is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning mechanism (2), a shower head joint (25) and an air inlet joint (26) are arranged at the top position of the left side wall of the cleaning mechanism (2), the shower head joint (25) is communicated with a water tank (27) through a water inlet pipeline, the air inlet joint (26) is connected with an air compressor (28) through an air inlet pipeline, the shower head joint (25) and the air inlet joint (26) are obliquely arranged on the left side wall of the cleaning mechanism (2), the inclination angle of the shower head joint (25) and the air inlet joint (26) is the same as the inclination angle of the filter screen (23) to the maximum, the drain pipeline (29) is connected with the drain pipeline (210) at the bottom of the drain pipeline (2), the discharging pipeline (211) is connected with the left side wall of the crushing mechanism (3), and a first electric door (212) is arranged at the joint of the discharging pipeline (211) and the cleaning mechanism (2);
the top of the crushing mechanism (3) is provided with an extrusion component (31) capable of moving up and down, the extrusion component (31) is sleeved with a crushing component (32) capable of moving up and down, the crushing component (32) is limited on the bottom surface of the extrusion component (31), the extrusion component (31) and the crushing component (32) are connected with a driving motor group (33), the right side wall of the crushing mechanism (3) is provided with an opening, the opening is communicated with the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4), the opening is provided with a second electric door (35) for separating the crushing mechanism (3) from the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4), the bottoms of the crushing mechanism (3) and the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4) are provided with a horizontal rail (36), a material table (34) is arranged on the horizontal rail (36), and the material table (34) moves between the crushing mechanism (3) and the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4) along the horizontal rail (36); the side walls of the crushing mechanism (3) and the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4) on two sides of the horizontal track (36) are provided with induction switches (38), so that when the material table (34) is contacted with the induction switches (38), the second electric door (35) performs closing action.

5. A method for preparing health tea by using waste okra stems, which is characterized by being realized by the device for preparing health tea by using waste okra stems according to any one of claims 1-4, and comprising the following steps:
step 1), cutting okra stems into sections: according to the cutting length of each small-section okra stem, a cutter (14) and a photoelectric receiver (15) are arranged on a cutter fixing frame (13), the total cutting length is calculated according to the position and the cutting length of the photoelectric receiver (15), a photoelectric transmitter (12) is arranged on the front side surface of a conveying assembly (11) according to the total cutting length, and then a cutting mechanism (1) is started to obtain the small-section okra stem;
step 2), ultrasonically cleaning the small okra stems: collecting small sections of okra stems in a filter screen (23) in a cleaning mechanism (2), spraying water into the cleaning mechanism (2) by a flowering and sprinkling joint (25), and opening an ultrasonic generator (24), wherein the frequency range of ultrasonic waves is 50-80 kHz, and ultrasonic cleaning is carried out for 30-50 minutes;
step 3), draining and transferring small sections of okra stems: opening a drainage pipeline (29), discharging the wastewater after ultrasonic cleaning to a wastewater tank (210), starting a filter screen (23) to move upwards to a first highest position (H) of which both ends are positioned at a right vertical rail (22), standing for 5-10 minutes, starting an air inlet joint (26), enabling the filter screen (23) to move up and down for 5 minutes by taking the first highest position (H) as the center at one end of a left vertical rail (21), opening a first electric door (212), enabling the filter screen (23) to move upwards to a second highest position (I) at one end of the left vertical rail (21), and transferring okra stems to a crushing mechanism (3);
step 4), crushing small sections of okra stems: collecting small sections of okra stems on a material table (34) of a crushing mechanism (3), starting an extrusion assembly (31) and a crushing assembly (32), enabling the extrusion assembly (31) to be located at a position 10cm above the okra stems, enabling the crushing assembly (32) to extend out to crush the okra stems, resetting the crushing assembly (32) on the bottom surface of the extrusion assembly (31), forming an extrusion plane with the extrusion assembly (31), and extruding the crushed okra stems to obtain okra tea cakes;
step 5), sterilizing and drying the okra tea cake: and opening the second electric door (35), enabling the material table (34) to move from the crushing mechanism (3) to the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4), and then closing the second electric door (35), and drying and sterilizing okra tea cakes on the material table (34) to obtain the health tea prepared by using okra stems.
