if the waste water pipe 7 in the figure 1 is T-shaped, and the waste water pipe 7 is connected with the waste box 8 in a threaded connection mode, impurities can be conveniently collected in the waste box 8, the waste box 8 can be conveniently taken down to treat the impurities, and if the fishing blocks 11 in the figures 1 and 5 are J-shaped, and the fishing blocks 11 are arranged on the first connecting belt 10 at equal intervals, waxberry insects floating on the water surface can be fished, so that the collection of the waxberry insects is facilitated;
as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 8, the air suction openings 12 are symmetrically arranged in front and back of the vertical central axis of the steeping box 1, and one side of the air suction opening 12 close to the steeping box 1 is in a round table shape, so that the waxberry insects can be conveniently sucked into the air suction opening 12 from the first connecting belt 10, and the speed of the waxberry insects entering the air suction opening 12 is increased;
as shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 7, 9 and 9, the second connecting block 19 forms a rotating structure on the washing chamber 17, the second connecting block 19 is connected with the washing chamber 17 by bolts, the glass tubes 34 are arranged on the washing chamber 17 at equal intervals, and the glass tubes 34 are in threaded connection with the ultraviolet lamps 35 through the lamp holders 36, so that the blanking of the waxberries from the conveying box 2 can be conveniently controlled, the stability of the second connecting block 19 can be increased by the bolts, and the ultraviolet lamps 35 can be conveniently replaced;
as shown in fig. 11, the water blowing device 27 includes a second motor 2701, a first gear 2702, a second gear 2703 and a fan 2704, the first gear 2702 is welded below the second motor 2701, the second gear 2703 is engaged with both the front and rear sides of the first gear 2702, and the fan 2704 is welded below the second gear 2703, for example, 4 sets of the first gear 2702 are disposed on the steeping box 1 in fig. 1, 4 and 11, and the first gear 2702 and the fan 2704 form a linkage structure through the second gear 2703, so that the water blowing efficiency can be increased;
as shown in fig. 6 and 10, the turning block 33 is disposed on the second connecting rod 32 at an equal angle, and the turning block 33 is arc-shaped, so that the waxberries can be conveniently turned over, the time for the waxberries to remain under the fan 2704 is increased, and the waxberries are thoroughly washed.
The working principle is as follows: when the waxberry cleaning equipment convenient for removing waxberry insects is used, firstly, the waxberries are poured into the material inlet 3, then a power switch of a first motor 6 with the model of Y90S-2 is turned on, a conveying block 5 tightly attached to the conveying box 2 is driven to rotate through a first connecting rod 4, the waxberries can be driven to move towards the right side of the conveying box 2, when the waxberries firstly entering the conveying box 2 move towards the rightmost side in the soaking box 1, the first motor 6 is turned off, the waxberries can be stored in the soaking box 1, then saline water is injected into the soaking box 1 through a water inlet on the upper left side of the rear side of the soaking box 1 for soaking for a period of time, the waxberries in the waxberries can be separated from the waxberries after encountering the saline water, and the waxberries have small size and light weight, can enter the soaking box 1 through holes in the conveying box 2 and float on the water surface under the action of buoyancy, heavy impurities such as small stones fall through the holes of the conveying box 2 and fall into a waste box 8 through a waste water pipe 7 to be collected;
then a power switch of a fifth motor 39 with the model of Y90S-2 is turned on, a third gear 29 drives a first connecting belt 10 to rotate through a first tooth block 9, so as to drive a fishing block 11 to rotate in the soaking box 1, namely, the waxberry insects floating on the water surface can be pushed to the right side and fished up along with the rotation of the fishing block 11 to move to the upper part of the first connecting belt 10, then a power switch of a fan 16 is turned on, a part of an air suction port 12 penetrating through the soaking box 1 generates suction force, the waxberry insects moving to the upper part of the first connecting belt 10 can be sucked into the air suction port 12, the waxberry insects are isolated due to a filter block 14 arranged in the middle inside of the air suction port 12, the waxberry insects fall into an insect collecting block 13 to be collected along with the action of gravity, air is discharged through an air outlet 15, after the waxberry insects are fished, the fan 16 is turned off, the insect collecting block 13 is turned off, and then the waxberry insects can be conveniently treated, then, after a ball valve on the waste water pipe 7 is opened, water in the soaking tank 1 can be discharged, impurities such as small stones and the like are stored in the waste water tank 8, the waste water tank 8 is rotated and taken down, the impurities can be conveniently treated, and the waste water pipe 7 cannot be blocked;
after the water is drained, the second connecting block 19 is rotated to rotate the blanking block 20 by 90 degrees, the conveying blanking port 18 can be opened, then the bolt on the front side of the second connecting block 19 is tightly attached to the flushing chamber 17 after being screwed, the position of the blanking block 20 can be fixed, then the power switch of the first motor 6 is turned on, the soaked waxberries can move towards the right side, when the waxberries move above the conveying blanking port 18, the waxberries fall into the connecting plates 21 along the action of gravity, fall onto the second connecting belt 26 along the obliquely arranged connecting plates 21, then the power switch of the water pump 24 with the model of WL-37RS520 is turned on, the water can be sprayed to the second connecting belt 26 through the spray head 23 after being pressurized by the water pump 24 after passing through the connecting water pipe 22, then the power switch of the fourth motor 38 with the model of Y90S-2 is turned on, and the fourth motor 38 drives the second connecting belt 26 to rotate through the second tooth block 25, the waxberries on the second connecting belt 26 can be moved to the right side, when the waxberries move to the position below the spray heads 23, water sprayed by the spray heads 23 can be used for washing the waxberries, the waxberries can be washed again, salt water on the waxberries can be taken away, and waste water falls into the washing chamber 17 which is obliquely arranged through holes in the second connecting belt 26 and is discharged out of the device through the waste water pipe 7 on the left side of the washing chamber 17;
then, a power switch of a second motor 2701 with the model of Y90S-2 is turned on, the second motor 2701 drives a second gear 2703 to rotate through a first gear 2702, so that a fan 2704 can be driven to rotate, so that water is blown to the waxberries moving below the fan 2704, then a power switch of a third motor 28 with the model of Y90S-2 is turned on, the third motor 28 drives a fourth gear 30 to rotate through a third gear 29, the fourth gear 30 is meshed and connected with a fifth gear 31, so that the fifth gear 31 and the third gear 29 can be driven to simultaneously rotate clockwise, so that a turning block 33 can be driven to rotate clockwise through a second connecting rod 32, when the waxberries move to the left side of the turning block 33, because the waxberries move to the right side along with the second connecting belt 26, the waxberries can be conveniently brought by the turning block 33 in an arc shape along with the action of inertia, so as to rotate along with the turning block 33, so that the staying time of the waxberries below the fan 2704 can, the waxberries can be closer to the fan 2704 and can be turned over to prevent uneven water blowing of the waxberries, when the turning block 33 rotates to the right side of the second connecting rod 32, the waxberries can fall onto the second connecting band 26 under the action of gravity and continue to move to the right side along with the second connecting band 26, as the second connecting rod 32 is arranged at 3 equal intervals in the washing chamber 17, the water blowing is more thorough, when the waxberries move to the lower side of the ultraviolet lamp 35 along with the second connecting band 26, the ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp 35 can sterilize the waxberries, so that the waxberries are cleaner and more sanitary, and the ultraviolet lamp 35 is damaged, only the lamp holder 36 needs to be rotated from the glass tube 34 and then replaced by a new ultraviolet lamp 35, when the waxberries move to the rightmost inside of the washing chamber 17 along with the second connecting band 26, the waxberries fall into the main feeding port 37 under the action of gravity, the red bayberry cleaning equipment can complete the blanking of the red bayberries, which is the whole process of the red bayberry cleaning equipment convenient for removing the red bayberry insects.
